I was at work about 6 weeks ago when it seems someone posted something on my Facebook account, leading to it getting locked without any proper explanation. Despite multiple attempts to verify my identity, I keep receiving an automated response saying it can't be verified. I created a new account using a variation of my name, but within 3 days, I lost the ability to post, comment, like, or share. The available help options in settings haven't been useful either. I am a small business owner in the clothing industry, and my primary source of business is through Facebook. Due to the impact of Covid-19, I had significantly reduced my online presence from April to November, resulting in limited activity on my Facebook business page during that period.
During this time, someone posted an unauthorized advertisement on my page that violated Facebook's policies. As a result, my page was restricted from running ads, even though I can still access my account.

I recently received an email about someone attempting to log into my account, which I believed was deleted years ago. I tried to access it, changed the password, and entered the confirmation code from the email. However, I was asked to verify my identity with three "friends" who needed to click on a recovery link and provide me with a code. Unfortunately, only one friend on the list attempted but was labeled as "Not a trusted contact," even though Facebook prompted me to contact her. I forgot my password and attempted the "forgot password" option, but it is displaying an old number I haven't used in over 4 years due to a lost SIM card. I couldn't receive the code. I tried adding a new number on Messenger to receive a code, but this seemed suspicious. Although I tried to get the code via my Gmail linked to [redacted], I was prompted to use the old number. My children's father, Andrea Lauro, sadly passed away in a tragic accident at sea, and I was logged out of my account shortly after. There are unread messages, funeral photos, videos, and many memories of my kids on my Facebook. My Facebook page was hacked, and now someone else is posing as me. I recently received an email threatening to close down my page if I didn't provide my email and password via a form (purportedly from the Facebook page safety center). After a few days, my page disappeared from my account, and my admin rights on another account linked to it were revoked. I've noticed the hacker is posting games and other content on my page, and I can see their face. The situation has caused me to lose 5,[redacted] followers in just two days. Despite my attempts to recover my account through Facebook's help center by providing the page name, I can't progress as it requires the password I no longer have. I allowed my sister to use my number to recover her Facebook account, as her phone was not working. However, due to this, Facebook mistakenly deleted both of my accounts. When attempting to recover my account, it only offers to send the code to my old number, not my updated one. I have 30 days to resolve this before losing both accounts. I have provided proof of my identity showing my sister and I are separate individuals. I need help in resolving this issue as I have not violated any guidelines or rules.
