My Facebook account, which I've had for years, was locked. Facebook says they are sending an email with a code to reset the account. However, I've never received the email code despite disabling the spam blocker on my EarthLink account. The phone number it tries to send an SMS code to is a landline that can't receive text messages. It looks like I can't use Facebook anymore unless I create a new account, but I'm not keen on that idea.

I rarely use Facebook, mainly for family events. Unfortunately, a close friend recently passed away, and I visited her profile to pay my respects. Surprisingly, when I tried to log back into Facebook, I received a message regarding a possible violation. I genuinely don't believe I did anything inappropriate; it was purely out of respect. My Facebook account was disabled by them. They mentioned odd things. I am 67 years old. I purchased a printer, and now I’m worried about potential issues since I cannot be contacted. They claim I reside in a different location starting with “s”. I actually live in Blacksburg, SC. I have even tried setting up my computer again, but the problem persists. I am experiencing issues with the Facebook Messenger app on my computer. While I can still access my messages from the small drop-down menu on the upper part of my Facebook home page, I am unable to view them from the full-screen version, which is accessed from the link on the left side of the home page. Upon opening the app, no messages are displaying. I have tried troubleshooting by reinstalling the latest Messenger app, logging out, restarting my computer, and logging back in, but the problem persists. My internet connection is working well. Currently, I am limited to using the small drop-down version for accessing my messages. Interestingly, I have installed Messenger on my Mac desktop (iMac) and all my messages are appearing there, just not on Facebook's platform.

I share an email with my husband, but while trying to set up my personal and business email on www.worldwidetreasures.net, the account seems mixed up between us. I linked my Facebook business ad to my Shopify account, but it displayed my photo with my husband's phone number. After entering my phone number and Facebook password, the profile picture switched to his, and the verification code was sent to him. Despite entering the code, I can't update my photo, phone number, or password. I accidentally sent a photo with inappropriate content to my friend, leading to my account being disabled by Facebook. I have submitted an appeal but have not received a response in 7 days. There is a risk of permanent disablement in 30 days. I really need access back to retrieve important information, but attempting to download my data results in an error message. I understand the mistake I made with the photo, although it was originally from another chat. I am surprised by Facebook's strict enforcement on private chats but acknowledge my wrongdoing. The security measures on Facebook have locked my account. Despite sending my ID twice to confirm my identity and once via email, the support team mentioned it was unclear. I received a notice of hacking on 11/9 at 12:37 am, where the hacker changed my primary email to a Hotmail address, which isn't mine. As a result, I can't reset my password via email. Even though my phone number is correct, I don't receive the password reset text. Someone accessed my account without my consent during various times, as mentioned in the error messages. I've attached a copy of my ID again. Please assist me in recovering my account without repeating steps I've already taken unsuccessfully. I am reaching out regarding the unexpected deactivation of my personal Facebook account (Aurélie Martin), which has also affected my professional Facebook account (ARIA SkinLaser) and professional Instagram account (ARIA SkinLaser). Since 10/4/21, my personal Facebook account has been blocked without warning, leading to confusion. This action resulted in the disappearance of my work Instagram account and restricted access to my work Facebook account, impacting my newly launched professional endeavors and investments in advertising. Despite multiple attempts, I have been unable to determine the cause of this deactivation as Facebook lacks direct contact options. Despite submitting my identity documents numerous times for verification, I have not received any substantive feedback from Facebook beyond automated responses. Although Facebook Business representatives expressed their inability to assist, attributing the resolution to me reaching out personally through my account (which I cannot access), I remain at a standstill. Recent communication suggested my account had been deleted, preventing me from creating a new one. I urge Facebook to acknowledge this issue, reinstate my account, clarify the allegations, and provide evidence of any policy violations. It is my hope that Facebook can review the situation given the potential for hacking and unjustly posted content, allowing me to regain control of my business pages. I suspect my Facebook account has been compromised, as I am unable to access it. It seems that someone may be exploiting my account to breach financial accounts. While attempting to log in with my Username and Password, Facebook is requesting a code from an authentication generator, a security measure I did not set up previously. Unfortunately, I am at a loss on how to obtain this required code without access to my account. I urgently need to regain control in order to revoke any unauthorized access to other platforms. Despite submitting my identification, I have yet to receive any assistance from Facebook regarding the authentication code. I kindly request that Facebook facilitate sending me the necessary code to regain access to my account or proceed with permanently deleting it.

I respectfully disagree with the decision to permanently restrict my ad account. I have always followed the policies and have been consistently paying for the services. As a freelancer, losing access to this account has had a significant negative impact on my career. Due to the political situation in my country, I am required to use VPNs to access Facebook, using different ones for my laptop and mobile phone. Recent events have made it necessary for individuals to deactivate old Facebook accounts and create new ones to avoid issues with the military. I am not an activist, but the current circumstances have made it challenging to operate online. Additionally, there are other difficulties related to the exchange rate and limitations on VISA card payments. I kindly request a review of the decision to disable my ad account. Thank you.
