Facebook Customer Service Issues

My Facebook account was hacked, and someone posted a comment that resulted in a 30-day ban. I did not post that comment; it was done intentionally by someone to get me banned. They also stole information; however, I am unsure of the extent. I only saw some pictures posted on Twitter. The comment appeared on September 27th at 08:40 AM. I want to understand how this happened because it doesn't show in my history log, and I am unaware of where the comment was posted. Dealing with the aftermath was difficult as the hacker changed my passwords, and I couldn't access the email to reset them as it wasn't sent to my Gmail. I wish to report this to Facebook, but I can't find a way to do it. There doesn't seem to be an option to report such incidents. I am not certain if Facebook can investigate, but I have also informed the police.
