Even after reporting the situation and having Facebook refund the money taken for ads, they did not assist further or connect me to the right team. Today, my new Facebook account created to communicate with them was unexpectedly closed, even though I had set it up due to the hack. The hacker has even posted on my business page, putting my business at risk. Despite involving the police and banks to recover the funds taken, Facebook has been unhelpful. I am on the verge of losing all the money I invested in advertising for my business on Facebook, and I am unable to access my shop. The hacker is still attempting to breach other accounts even though my computer has been wiped clean.
