A few days ago, an acquaintance of ours posted a distressing message on Facebook accusing me and my siblings of a crime we did not commit. This false accusation has not only caused us significant stress but has also damaged our reputation in the community. The post claimed that we vandalized our mother's home while she was away, but this was proven untrue by the police investigation that was dropped due to lack of evidence. The hurtful responses to this post have only added to the injustice we are facing. We have sought legal assistance to address this matter and stop the ongoing attacks on our character. My Facebook account seems to have been compromised. I am unable to access it using my email address [redacted] as Facebook does not recognize it. When I try to reset the password, it suggests another email starting with a W and ending with a 6 which is not mine. Despite following the steps in the help center, I reach a dead end. I uploaded my ID as requested, but after three days, I haven't received any updates. Another form asks for my email, screen name (LJ Mas), and ID, but then claims my email cannot be found. It's frustrating that someone else has control over my account while I struggle to regain access. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I encountered a problem with my business Instagram page under the username khanelkorba. The page has been closed, leading to the deactivation of its linked Facebook page. Unfortunately, my personal account, Mariam Shehata, was also deactivated. I have always maintained a clean online presence with no inappropriate or political content shared. My business is legitimate, registered with a valid tax ID, and compliant with community standards. Additionally, my personal account has over 2.5K friends. I have two accounts: Barbara Bitting Kline (personal account) and Lynne Kline (gaming account). My gaming friends and my husband are on my gaming account. Both of my accounts were shut down on Sunday without any explanation. I was spending the day helping my mother during her battle with cancer and couldn't access Facebook on my phone at her house. When I returned home at 4 pm, I saw a message saying I broke a rule on Facebook, but it didn't specify what I did. I suspect someone didn't like a comment I made and reported it. Facebook should clarify what rule was violated to prevent future issues. I have expressed my disagreement with this decision but have not received any response yet. I would appreciate it if someone could update me on the situation.

I am trying to log in to my Facebook account, but it is currently under review for 30 days. The phone number I used to register is not accessible, making it impossible to receive the verification code. I recently made several purchases on Facebook using Facebook Pay and the Pay Now feature. Unfortunately, my debit card was hacked for a total of $[redacted].99 plus an additional $1.01 for a money order. This is the reason why I need to deactivate my Facebook account. I have been attempting to do so since yesterday morning, but Facebook keeps providing me with information on how to enhance the security of my account instead. I simply want to deactivate my account immediately.

Hello, for several months I have been trying to recover my old Facebook account under the name of Stéphanie Celisse. I had to create a new one because it was impossible to recover the old one. I don't remember the code, and when I try to request a new password, I'm asked to send a link to three people I never talk to. Someone tried to help by clicking on the link, but they couldn't do it. I would like to recover this account, please. There must be a solution to this problem.

My Facebook account was hacked, and the phone number linked to the account was changed. The browser history was also cleared. After successfully resetting the password, Facebook does not recognize the device I am using to log in. They send an SMS authentication code to the wrong number. Since the hacker changed the phone number on my account, how can I receive an authentication code when logging in on a "new" device without using my phone?

Around 5 weeks ago, I experienced a hack on my Facebook account. I started receiving messages that my account had been disabled for violating Community Standards. Upon attempting to reset my password, I was repeatedly prompted to provide a copy of my driver's license which I am hesitant to share. I am seeking assistance in reactivating my account as it is used solely to keep in touch with family and close friends. I do not engage in political, religious, or other negative discussions on Facebook. Your help in resolving this matter would be highly appreciated.

On September 9th, I encountered an issue on Facebook while trying to create an advertisement. Despite wanting to write an ad, the ad page failed to load each time. I attempted to seek assistance through Facebook's Help and Support options like the Help Centre, Support Inbox, and Report a Problem, but unfortunately, these pages also wouldn't load. Hello, I wanted to share that on Tuesday, my Facebook account was compromised by a scammer. They posed as a friend, claiming we both had won money. Despite the profile looking just like my friend's, I grew suspicious when asked for money and declined. After blocking the individual, they hacked my account, logged me out, and altered my password, preventing me from retrieving a login code from Facebook. My account was unexpectedly blocked with a concerning message about a serious issue, which leads me to believe it may have been compromised. When trying to log in, a prompt requesting verification appears, but the Continue button does not work, preventing me from resolving the issue. I find it distressing that Facebook has suspended my page with such a severe allegation. If I do not receive a prompt explanation and apology, legal action may be necessary due to potential defamation by Facebook. Additionally, my Instagram account is also inaccessible.

My account has been hacked by someone identified as Malcolm Nwode. The phone number associated with the account has been replaced with his own, making it impossible for me to access it. The account was originally created on October 29, [redacted], under the name Aver Sed-Brownz, which was later changed to Aver Scanty_Brownz. I am urgently requesting the management to assist me in recovering my account, as it contains important personal information.

Hello, I'm Olivia Faelli. I have been using the Messenger app on my phone with my phone number for some time. Today, I created a new Facebook account. After switching the Messenger account to the new one, I can no longer access my old account and all my conversations, contacts, and photos. Hello, I am a high-level D1 athlete who needs help with my hacked Instagram account. A few weeks ago, I logged out and when I tried to log back in, it said I was logged out. Friends told me that someone was pretending to be me, claiming to be Instagram, and saying their accounts would be shut down. My secondary account shows 0 posts on my profile but all my followers are still there and I am still verified. My name is Amari DeBerry, my Instagram handle was @amarideberry, email used was [redacted], and phone number is [redacted]. Another concern is that I never set up two-factor authentication, and I suspect the hacker did this to make it harder for me to regain access to my account.

After receiving a 30-day ban, my Facebook account was disabled without any opportunity to contest the decision. This is troubling because I was the primary administrator for various important groups and pages, such as a community group I founded, as well as a work-related page where I manage advertising and content. I am seeking guidance on how to regain access to my account or, if that is not possible, retrieve control of my groups and pages through another account in order to continue monitoring and managing them effectively.

Hello, it's been over three years since my Facebook account was hacked, along with my associated email address, which I no longer use, and I've changed my phone number too. I can't receive a "Facebook code" to reset my password. The hacker has been posting inflammatory things as me on my account, which is problematic as I'm job hunting. I've tried reaching out to Facebook multiple times by email, sending my ID, but haven't heard back. When I try to report the issue on the site, I get stuck in a loop of them not verifying my identity. I need to contact them directly through a valid email to address this breach, regain access, delete, or hide the account. My friends have also reported the hacked posts and page with no response.
