Hello, my name is Adi Sotelo. I suspect my account has been hacked as a different email for verification appeared when I tried to log in. I am unable to access my [redacted] email or recover its password. My phone number was never linked to my Facebook account. The hackers added their email to my account and changed my password, as I received a notification of the password change six hours ago. Despite attempting my old passwords, I couldn't log in. When trying to recover my account, I encountered an error stating my email was in use, even though I never used [redacted] for Facebook. I request help to recover my account, reset my password, and receive recovery information via email. I also linked my Instagram and Facebook accounts. Though I still have access to Instagram, I need my Facebook account back for family communication on Messenger. I lack access to [redacted] and l*********[redacted] is not my email. I am also concerned about unauthorized charges on my credit/debit cards due to easy login access via the WISH app linked to my Facebook.

Hello,
My name is Rachel B., and I am the Digital Content Coordinator for Baltimore Country Club located in Baltimore, Maryland. I have encountered an issue with scheduling Instagram posts through Facebook Business Suite. A few days ago, I noticed that the posts were not going through. In an attempt to resolve this, I disconnected and reconnected the Instagram page through the Facebook Business Suite app. However, I was unable to reconnect them as the Facebook account was already associated with an Instagram account.
I also tried disconnecting the Facebook account from the Instagram account and reconnecting it, but I received the same message prompting an admin to confirm the connection, which I am. My goal is to link these two pages together as they both belong to Baltimore Country Club, and I am an admin for the Facebook page.

Hello. I encountered an issue on Facebook where I had to verify my identity. After resetting the password, my account got locked. The only way to unlock it is by receiving a code on an old email I no longer have access to. I've tried the "other option" link but always end up back at the old email. I've had this account for a long time and need to regain access. Can anyone assist me?
There also seems to be a fake account with a similar name to mine. Not sure if this is relevant. Thank you for any help!

I am facing difficulty accessing my account as I am unable to retrieve the 2-factor authentication code. Despite not setting up 2-factor authentication recently or misplacing the code, I cannot access my account. Additionally, the security app linked to Facebook is requesting a security code that I do not have. My account is associated with an old Yahoo email that I cannot log into, and after updating it to Gmail, I am unable to receive the verification code due to issues with recognizing my browsers on both my phone and PC. The trusted contacts feature is also not a viable option as I do not log into other devices. I am currently unable to pass the security checkpoint without the 6-digit code.

Dear Sir, my Facebook account has been disabled. I am a genuine Facebook user and my account was disabled without any clear reason. I do not use fake accounts, I respect the Facebook community guidelines, and I do not post any illegal or inappropriate content on my account. Please, kindly consider my request to recover my Facebook account. I have only used my real name and date of birth on my account. Thank you, Facebook community.

Hello, I am experiencing advertising restrictions on my personal Facebook profile, where I was the sole administrator of Business Manager and internal accounts. Despite submitting needed documents, I have exhausted my attempts at verification. Can advertising access be restored to my profile? With over a decade of membership, the recent restrictions unfolded as follows:
1) Quality score of page #1 dropped to 0.9 despite checks done.
2) Creation of a new page, page #2, resulted in ad publishing issues due to "system circumvention."
3) Business Manager #1 got banned.
4) Advertising access denied from my personal profile where I managed both Business Managers.
5) Unable to link to advertising accounts of Business Manager #2 where I am the sole administrator.
Is there a solution to regain advertising access from my personal profile on Facebook?

Hello,
My Facebook account was HACKED, and my phone was mirrored. I no longer have access to the original email I used to log in as it was corrupted by the hacker who changed the email, password, phone number, and other verifications. I find it extremely concerning that my account is still active because it was used for business, and people may think I am interacting with them when I am not. The hacker also accessed other females' phones, took images from them, and had conversations on my Facebook and Instagram. Despite this happening nearly a year ago, my account is still operational with a password and email in a different language. I am worried and alarmed that this has been allowed to continue. I would appreciate having my original Facebook account back to access years of memories. The recovery system Facebook has in place for such aggressive hacking is not sufficient in my opinion. I am seeking assistance and wondering if there is a contact number or person I can talk to about this issue. I am extremely concerned that the hacker might still be using my account to harm other women. They also breached my emails and banking information, forcing me to update all my details. I created a new Facebook account with minimal information primarily for Marketplace use, but it may be causing some issues with the process.

A few days ago, I received multiple emails from Facebook alerting me about unauthorized logins, changed passwords, and potential account access attempts. After trying to reset my password, enabling two-factor authentication now prevents me from accessing my account, even after changing my password. My friends can't view my page either. I've submitted my driver's license repeatedly, but Facebook insists on an approved ID before granting me access. I feel stuck with nearly 15 years of cherished memories and photos inaccessible. Moreover, my band page, linked to the account, has also been compromised. I'm at a loss about what steps to take next.

Dear Facebook Support Team,
I am writing to address a serious issue. While applying for a job on Facebook, I accidentally deleted a life event that holds significant sentimental value for me, containing cherished comments from close friends. I am reaching out for assistance in retrieving this deleted content.
I believe this issue arose due to the discrepancy between using Facebook on a desktop browser versus the mobile application. When attempting to remove education history from the job application on the desktop browser, I received a misleading message asking if I wanted to remove the experience from the job application only, not from Facebook entirely, as shown in the attached screenshot. Unfortunately, this led to the permanent deletion of the content from my Facebook profile.
I am concerned with this lack of clarity in the process and would appreciate prompt assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you for your attention to this issue.

On August 17th at 02:52, I received three emails from Facebook. The first asked if I logged in from an unknown device, the next three sent me login codes, all advising me to change my password if it wasn't me. When I woke up on the 17th and checked my emails, someone had accessed my Facebook account, changed the email and password. I've tried recovering my account but the recovery code is being sent to a hotmail account I've never had. I need help to regain access to my account and report the theft. I want to shut down the fraudulent account and possibly create a new one. I sent my information and driver's license copy for recovery on August 17th but haven't received any response yet.

My Facebook account was hacked around three weeks ago, and the hacker enabled two-factor authentication on their device. Despite resetting my password and updating to a new email address, I am unable to recover my account without the necessary code. It appears the hacker may have even deleted my account since my friends and family cannot locate it. I have diligently followed all the instructions and attempted to submit my ID without success. I need access to my account urgently for school and work purposes and am at a loss for what else I can do. The original email connected to the account was [redacted], while the new one is [redacted] I have reached out via email, forms, and provided links, but have not received any responses. Assistance would be greatly appreciated.

My parents created accounts for me when I was young but forgot the passwords. After they made another account which they also forgot the password for, I created my own account later on. I recently discovered I have 2 accounts under my name and when I asked my parents, they explained the situation.
I attempted to reset the passwords using the account usernames to receive a code on existing phone numbers, since my parents couldn't remember the email addresses associated with the accounts. However, the reset process didn't work, and I received a message saying they couldn't confirm the ownership of the account.
I also tried resetting the password using a phone number my parents mentioned, but I didn't receive the SMS code. I am now unsure of what steps to take next to regain access to the accounts. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you.

A few days ago, I received an email from FB informing me that my account had been accessed or attempted to be accessed, prompting a password reset. Upon logging in post-reset, I find myself unable to complete the login process due to a request for a code from a generator that I did not set up. I have not enabled 2-step verification or linked a third-party generator, so I am unsure why this step is needed. Despite my efforts to resolve this through FB's help page, I am repeatedly directed back to a request for a 6-digit code. Furthermore, when attempting to search for my account using my mobile number, it indicates no association, despite having received texts from FB previously. While my email is linked to the account, there appears to be a hotmail address associated that I do not recognize.

Hello, this is Christa Pellicci from Stamford, CT. I wanted to share that I am a huge fan of the British actor Henry Cavill from England. I have been noticing some troubling behavior on Facebook from individuals associated with ads featuring him, particularly regarding his rumored girlfriend, Natalie Vilacuzo. There seems to be uncertainty about their relationship status that is causing confusion and rumors. Despite the uncertainties, I believe Henry Cavill is kind and considerate towards his fans, including me. I have also found inspiration from actor Chris Evans' recent message about not letting anger from others affect our inner peace, a message that resonated with me. While facing bullying and harassment from unknown individuals online, I choose to remain positive and not let their negativity impact me. I hope to continue supporting Henry Cavill and focusing on the positive aspects of being a fan, regardless of any negative encounters. Thank you.

On February 23, [redacted], my account information on Facebook was allegedly changed without my consent. I missed the email notification sent by Facebook about this, and there have been unauthorized charges on my account. I am seeking assistance in recovering access to my account. I came across instructions from Facebook support about reversing an email change when the account has been compromised. I did not receive the email they mentioned and I am unsure if I misunderstood the process. Despite providing my profile picture as a proof of identity, I am unable to access my account since the associated email and password have been altered. When I attempt to use my email address, [redacted], or the linked phone number, I receive an error stating that the login credentials do not match any Facebook account.

I am seeking help with the appeals process regarding my Facebook account. My account got deactivated because of a work post that I believe doesn't violate any community standards. I've had to create a new account and FB charged me £13.85, which I don't understand since they say my previous account was an "ads account." I've lost access to Instagram and numerous photos. I am a veteran soldier and a current firefighter with 20 years of memories on my account. I've never been warned by FB before, and I feel their actions are unjustified. Please review my case.

Hello, I am experiencing issues accessing my Facebook account under the name Chloe Grace Spake. My account has been compromised, and the associated email has been changed. Despite successfully resetting my password, I am unable to log in as it requires a 6-digit code from the Code Generator, which I can't access. I've followed all the suggestions on the Facebook help page to no avail. Despite having the correct phone number, I do not receive any text codes. This is urgent as I have time-sensitive information on my account. I'm willing to provide any necessary verification to regain access. Please respond promptly. Thank you.

Hello,
My name is Aung Soe. I am reaching out regarding my Facebook account that has been disabled. I believe this happened due to issues related to my age. I have tried contacting Facebook, but without success. Despite their instructions to provide my card details, something I have never done, the issue remains unresolved. My account is essential for staying connected with relatives and friends, and I have always been mindful of the content I share on it. I have attached my National Identity Card from Myanmar to prove my identity. I kindly request the Facebook team to review my case and reactivate my account. Your assistance in this matter will be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention and support.

I contacted the panel about my blocked page due to non-responsiveness to the report I made on 8/15/[redacted]. I named the person who hacked my Facebook account, RITA IFARONKE OSUNFUNKE, who continues to add me to groups and post from my account and a pseudo page she created with my name and images. Facebook informed me that I couldn't post for 30 days due to a group post I was unknowingly added to. Rita is my former student seeking revenge and a business competitor trying to harm my business. Please unblock my page as Rita is stealing my images, creating fake pages, and repeatedly hacking my account. I only requested once today to reset my password, but Facebook notified me five times afterward that I requested a password change, which was not me but the actions of Rita trying to regain access and cause chaos. Thank you.

On Tuesday night, I received a verification code via text to confirm my Facebook account. Shortly after, I got a notification from Facebook regarding an attempted login from a different device. Following the prompt, I changed my password. The next morning, when I tried to access one of my games linked to Facebook, I was locked out due to an invalid password. Despite various attempts to reset the password, I faced challenges as the email associated with my account was inaccessible and alternative email was unfamiliar. There's a concern that the hacker may have deactivated my account, as suggested by one of my daughters.
