Hello, I am experiencing issues with my Facebook private group. Since March, no one can be invited due to technical difficulties. Despite my efforts to contact Facebook for a solution, I have not received any assistance. I have reported the problem multiple times with no response yet. The group has no violations and complies with community standards. It has been five months without any invitations being received, rendering the group inactive. Additionally, the post reach is minimal as most members do not receive notifications. I have the following questions: 1. Is there a solution to resolve these issues? 2. If the group has no violations, why is this problem still occurring? 3. With no invitations, post reach, or notifications, what steps should I take next? I am eagerly awaiting a response from Facebook. Thank you, Ruksana Ismail

Since this morning, I've been unable to access my Facebook account. I keep receiving warnings that someone using Windows has logged in from a different location, which is not possible since I don't use Windows. I've reset my password twice, but it keeps getting overridden, preventing me from logging in. The issue is compounded by the fact that the email linked to the account is outdated, so I can't receive the code Facebook sends to unblock my account. This is not just affecting my personal profile but also a specific Facebook page I manage. Despite creating a new account to report the issue, Facebook seems unresponsive and unable to comprehend the problem. I urgently need access to my account to thwart the imposter using it and posting my photos.

I recently engaged with an advertisement on my newsfeed and received an unexpected call on my personal cell phone from the advertiser. Despite ensuring my privacy settings were secure on Facebook, my phone number was accessed without my consent which is unacceptable. I never authorized anyone to contact me, and this breach has left me feeling violated and concerned for my privacy. I am seeking clarification on how this breach occurred and if my personal information is not safeguarded, I will have no choice but to delete my Facebook account. I refuse to tolerate unsolicited calls from advertisers as it compromises my safety and privacy. I am considering legal action against Facebook for failing to protect my personal information. I urgently request an explanation for this disturbing incident.

I manage a page for the National Society of Arts & Letters, St. Louis Chapter. There was a persistent pop-up window requesting action on posting an ad. I attempted to remove the message, but unintentionally agreed to a $25 charge for posting a blank page as an ad. This has upset viewers and I would like it deleted to maintain viewer interest. Please refund the $25. Thank you.

I'm having trouble resetting my password because the phone number on my account is incorrect. I asked for an email with a reset code, but have not received it even after checking my spam folder and verifying my email address. I've made sure all details are correct, but still can't access my account. If this issue persists, I may have to cease using Facebook, even though I enjoy it. I'd lose all my memories like vacation photos and family albums, which is disappointing. The last code delivery attempt warned me about spamming after several failed tries. This situation seems illogical, and I just need help resetting my account.

My Facebook and Instagram accounts have been hacked! The hacker has sold my jewelry through my Etsy account, posted items on Instagram, insulted my family, and asked for money. They have even accessed my bank information. This has affected my business, Princess Mary Designs, which I have owned since [redacted]. Despite changing my email, password, and enabling two-step verification, the hacker is still targeting me on various platforms like Twitter. Each password is different, but this hacker is determined. They have crossed a line by threatening my daughter, an Olympic silver medalist wrestler. We have involved the police due to the fraudulent activity and harassment. Despite providing personal identification documents, the issue is unresolved, and my accounts remain compromised. I urgently need assistance from Facebook and Instagram to regain control and remove this malicious hacker. I have filed reports with the police and have case numbers from Interpol and the FBI. I require immediate action and communication from the platform to rectify this situation effectively. Thank you, Mary DE Mercedes.

I encountered an issue trying to log into my Facebook account on my phone's internet browser. I usually stay logged in, but today I couldn't access it and received an email about a password change. Since I've lost my phone in November, I suspect the verification texts are going to my old number. I've tried various recovery methods to no avail. My account holds significant memories in the form of photos and videos that are extremely important to me. Even my close friends can't find my account anymore. I urgently need assistance in recovering my account. Thank you for your help. -S. Rennie

My Facebook account has been hacked. The hacker changed my email, phone number, and backup email linked to my account. I've been trying to recover it for months as it contains crucial business information and contacts. After reaching the stage where Facebook requested my driver's license for verification, I've submitted it at least 10 times without a response. Despite receiving emails about [redacted]+ notifications, my account seems hidden when searched by others. When trying to reset my password, I'm prompted to use a code generator for two-factor authentication, which I can't access. Even after requesting security codes sent to my phone multiple times, I don't receive them. I'm stuck providing details like my service provider and account name along with my DL, but nothing progresses. Seeking assistance desperately to regain access to my account before I go crazy.

Today, I lost $[redacted] due to a Facebook hacker. I believe Facebook should be responsible for reimbursing me since this incident occurred within their platform. I previously interacted with the hacker, believing it was a genuine account. I am requesting my $[redacted] back as it is concerning that scammers can easily take over someone's Facebook account. If Facebook does not address this, I will consider escalating this matter to the media. It is crucial for Facebook to improve its security measures to prevent hackers and scammers from victimizing innocent users. The account linked to my loss is SALMON LANNY NANLOHY. I urge Facebook to review our conversations to see how easily scammers exploit real accounts. Your prompt attention to this matter is appreciated.

I listed items for sale on Facebook including a desk, new back massager, and OTC allergy medications from my couponing stash. After posting, I discovered my account was disabled. I've requested a review, but it's been 2 months with no progress. I haven't been able to provide any additional information or ask questions. I suspect the issue was with the OTC meds. Despite trying to reach out for support through various channels, I keep ending up back at the disabled account screen. I'm concerned that my account, active for 15 years with important photos, may be deleted in 10 days if I can't resolve this. I need assistance to regain access to my account and understand why it was disabled.

Facebook suspected unauthorized access to my account and asked me to change my password. Even after changing it, the 6-digit verification code sent to my email did not work. Requesting multiple codes was unsuccessful, and I was eventually locked out. After trying on my desktop and Android phone, Facebook requested additional verification by submitting my ID and a bill. Despite sending my driver's license and utility bill, Facebook is still not granting access. Their email stated I need an accepted ID matching my account information. I feel frustrated and lost in this process. I need guidance to navigate this complicated situation with Facebook's account recovery process.

My account was disabled at the end of August, approximately. I don't use Facebook much. I've had an account for about 10+ years that my granddaughter set up for me. I rarely used it, just to look around, as I wasn't familiar with how it worked. Sadly, my accounts, email, and personal info were hacked, causing about five months of constant harassment on my iPhone and PC. We decided to start fresh, purchasing new devices, updating security measures, and changing all passwords multiple times. A tech expert helped me delete the old account and set up a new one. Everything seems to be going well, but my new account is under review for almost two weeks, even though it was supposed to take 24 hours. I would appreciate your help in deleting the review page so I can access Marketplace as it indicates I am approved to use it in my notifications, yet I keep getting stuck at the review notification page.

I have been using Facebook for over 10 years. On August 9th, I found myself logged out of my FB app and unable to log back in with my password. When I tried to reset my password, I realized it had already been changed. I followed the steps to reset my password but was then prompted to enter a code from an authentication generator, which I do not have. I observed that a new phone number ending in 92 had been added to my account. Despite submitting my ID for verification, it was rejected for not matching my FB account information, which is incorrect. I continue to receive notifications via email but cannot access my account. I am stuck and unsure of what to do next. Please assist. Thank you.

My account was hacked. The hacker changed my email and I am uncertain about other actions taken. After regaining access to my email and updating my password, Facebook is prompting me to generate a code, which I can't do since I am unable to log in. Additionally, it attempts to send the code to a phone number I never provided. When trying to authenticate by submitting a picture of my license, I encounter an error message instructing me to try again later. It has been three days, and I am still struggling to recover my account. Facebook continues to notify the hacker's email address along with mine each time I attempt to reset the password. This situation is both frustrating and alarming. When I received the email notifying me of changes to my profile, I had no means to secure my account or verify the changes. I wish Facebook would implement alternative security measures beyond logging into the account, especially when access is restricted. I urgently need to resolve this issue as it feels like my personal information is exposed, and Facebook's protection measures are inadequate.

Hello, I am concerned about the security of my account. On Friday, August 13th, I received an email notifying me that my Facebook password was altered from Lakeville, Minnesota. I have been a resident of Atlanta, Georgia for 14 years and have never been to Minnesota. After receiving this email, I tried to access my account and discovered that both my Facebook and Instagram profiles were disabled for allegedly violating community standards by posting sexual content. I want to clarify that I have never posted any sexually explicit content on either platform. My most recent post, shared on Thursday evening, consisted of photos from a concert I had worked at last month. As a professional photographer, Instagram is a vital tool for me to connect with my local community, showcase my portfolio, and attract potential clients. Being denied access to my accounts has hindered my ability to communicate with my audience and has potentially led to missed business opportunities. I have been a loyal Facebook user since my college years starting in [redacted], and I am eager to resolve this issue. If any content on my page breached community guidelines, I can confirm it was not posted by me. Since the incident in Lakeville, MN, I have been locked out of my accounts. I kindly request assistance in restoring access to my accounts. Your help in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Chris

I arrived home early Sunday morning, August 15th, around 2 am. Upon checking my email, I was alerted that someone in Ohio had used my Facebook password. Despite changing the password, the page failed to load. Subsequently, I received an email saying my associated email had been switched to an unfamiliar one. The linked phone number is obsolete [redacted], as I now use a Galaxy S7 with a different number. I acknowledge not setting up 2FA. Thankfully, I managed to lock out the intruder with the help of my three trusted contacts, but I still can't access my account due to requiring a 2FA code. Even after sending ID, it wasn't accepted, and now it seems my account may be deactivated. I urgently need assistance as I can't access 2FA or the old number. My current number is [redacted] if needed for verification. Please guide me on how to regain access or confirm if my account is permanently deactivated. Thank you for your help.

My girlfriend's Facebook profile got hacked. The profile picture and age were changed to make it look like she is underage. Facebook has blocked the profile and started the verification process. The owner’s Instagram account linked to it was also blocked without any notice. The password was changed twice, but the email and phone number are still accessible. Facebook requests a verification code via SMS, but after entering it, it says to "try again after 24h." She is anxious and needs help as she works with social media and cannot afford to lose her profile.
