While using Instagram, I suddenly received a pop-up stating there was unusual activity on my account. I followed the steps to verify my account, and it mentioned I would regain access within 24 hours. After waiting 30 days, I tried logging in only to find my account had been disabled for alleged policy violations. Despite being certain that I hadn't broken any rules, I checked the terms again and reached out to Facebook since my Instagram was connected. They instructed me to send a code along with my username and details, but unfortunately, I didn't receive a response after that. I am eager to have my account reinstated and regain access as soon as possible.

Recently, in July [redacted], while chatting with a friend, Esther Erhurhu Becky, on Facebook about a business opportunity she mentioned, I fell victim to scammers who had hijacked her account. I unknowingly transferred ₦[redacted],[redacted] (One Hundred Thousand Naira) to the scammers' account. Subsequently, my account was hacked, and the scammers are now using it to deceive my Facebook friends. Some friends have already fallen prey and sent money, thinking they were helping me. I am requesting Facebook to completely block my hacked account. I have unsuccessfully tried to recover it and even opened a new one named Anthony Sodje, but Facebook blocked it citing suspicious activity. Unfortunately, I have inadvertently ended up with four Facebook accounts named Manny Faelnar, some of which have been compromised. One of the accounts was blocked when someone attempted to change my password, but now it appears active again. I am struggling to access these Manny Faelnar accounts due to forgotten passwords and their age. Hello, I have a Facebook account linked to an email provider that recently shut down without warning. I could access Facebook on my computer until today, when I tried to log in using my smartphone. Facebook requested a confirmation code via email or to identify previously sent messages. I selected the latter but was unsuccessful. Unfortunately, I can no longer utilize this option, and I am unable to access my account, even on my computer. On July 27, [redacted], I was informed that my Facebook password was changed by an IP address [redacted].[redacted].35.15 in Tokyo. Since then, I have been unable to access my two Facebook accounts ([redacted] and [redacted]). I have tried to change the password multiple times, but the email addresses provided to reset the passwords are not mine. The password reset codes sent via SMS to my phone number 00 33 6 77 91 91 80 do not work (I am directed to a message stating the site is unavailable). I also sent an image of my ID card, and on July 29, [redacted], I received a response stating, "We cannot grant you access to this account or respond to your request until we receive an ID document in an accepted format confirming the account information." I am seeking assistance with my Facebook advertising account. Despite having some ads approved, others were rejected without clear reasons. The main issue arose when an unauthorized ad was run on my account, resulting in a charge of $0.63. Subsequently, my ad account was blocked due to suspected unusual activity. I, along with my cousins, am part of the "Söskenbarnetreff [redacted]" event. I encountered an issue while trying to repost a picture of a cousin holding our grandmother's hand. Each time I attempted to share it, I received a message stating, "a problem has occurred, etc." Despite multiple attempts, I was unsuccessful in getting it published. Yesterday, I uploaded another picture featuring my grandfather, two aunts, and one of them with three of my young cousins beside her. It was a farewell photo as we are leaving the island. However, to my surprise, the picture was removed today without any explanation. I am hoping for clarification and would appreciate the opportunity to have the photos posted. Hello, on August 13th, I purchased a new phone and attempted to transfer data from my old phone to the new one. Unfortunately, during this process, I encountered an issue with my Messenger account. Despite numerous attempts over the weekend to resolve this problem, my Messenger account seems to have disappeared. When I tried to reset the password, I was led to an account unfamiliar to me, with the username BULLMANN GUTT, which did not match my account from August 13th. I recently joined as a new member on 8/13/21. I reside in zip code [redacted], but when using Facebook Marketplace, it placed me in a Philadelphia, PA zip code initially. I believe I managed to correct it, but I am unsure. I mainly use Marketplace to sell items. Initially, I was selling on my husband's phone, but it became inconvenient for him due to work interruptions. That's why I installed the Facebook app on my personal iPhone ([redacted]), and now I'm encountering the following challenges: 1. As a new member, Marketplace only allows me to post one item every 24 hours. How long until I can post multiple items in a day? 2. When listing an item for sale, I don’t see the screen to choose groups where I can list my item. How can I get that screen to appear? 3. The "House" symbol for Marketplace is missing from the bottom of my screen. I prefer it over selecting the word "Menu". I appreciate the option to email Facebook for help. Dealing with Marketplace issues while battling the loss of my father and sister to Covid last year is quite stressful. I hope my issues are clear for your assistance.
