My account, Matthew Townsend, associated with the email [redacted], has been compromised. When I try to access www.facebook.com, I am prompted to log in using my email and password. Even after entering the correct information, it does not recognize my account. It then asks for a current or old password, which I provide, followed by a request for a 6-digit code from the Code Generator or a 3rd Party app.
However, I am unable to receive the code for authentication. Clicking on the "Need another way to authenticate?" link suggests using the Facebook app on a mobile device, which I cannot do as I am unable to access my account. The alternative method of approval from another device has also proved unsuccessful.

However, I kindly request that you remove all email addresses associated with my Facebook account and replace them with the new secure email address I provided. Despite receiving a password reset link from you, someone else was able to gain access at the same time and remove my access. I hope you can assist me once more. My Facebook and Instagram accounts have been disabled for supposedly violating community guidelines. I have been using these accounts since [redacted] and have never posted any inappropriate content. On August 10, [redacted], I received numerous emails stating my posts were abusive, leading to my accounts being disabled. Upon appealing with my national ID card photo as proof of identity, the situation with both accounts remains unresolved.
I recently discovered that a video containing inappropriate content was shared from my account in a group I am unfamiliar with. I strongly condemn such content and believe it may have been a mistake or overlooked by a younger family member who has access to my phone. My Instagram account, linked to Facebook, faces a similar situation.
I sincerely apologize to the Facebook community for any distress caused. My online accounts are essential to me as a business student in my 5th semester, providing a means to stay connected with friends and family. My Facebook Ads account was disabled, and Facebook requested verification of my identity. I submitted a screenshot of my ID card, but my account remains disabled. The notification states: "Identity Confirmation Failed," and I am unable to request a review. When attempting to request a review, I receive a message stating: "You must confirm your identity before requesting a review." I am encountering difficulties accessing my Facebook account due to issues with two-factor authentication. Previously, I set up the two-step authentication but uninstalled the app without noting which specific app it was. Besides, my phone number has changed, rendering my old number - connected to my account - inaccessible. Recently, I deactivated my account and used the security feature on Facebook to log out from all previously logged-in devices.
Presently, I am without any recognized devices, the old phone number, or the code generator app for two-factor authentication. I possess only my username, password, and access to the email associated with the Facebook account. Despite numerous attempts to reactivate my account, I am unable to receive the necessary code. Facebook prompts for the code, which I cannot retrieve, offers to send it to the old number that I no longer have, or requests login from a recognized device that I have erased.
The sole remaining option is to submit my ID picture, which I have done multiple times using my National ID and passport; unfortunately, I have not received a response from Facebook. I am unsure how to proceed in this situation.

I recently performed a factory reset on my phone without backing up my Google Authenticator app, resulting in the loss of all my codes. On Wednesday evening, while browsing my Facebook group, I received a message asking me to contact Facebook about an urgent matter, warning that I might be locked out if I didn't. After replying, I received a smiley symbol. It wasn't until last night when I attempted to log in that I realized I couldn't access one of my Facebook accounts. Despite trying my usual login, it prompted me for my password. Three days ago, I received a verification code from Facebook while I was asleep, indicating a potential account breach. Upon trying to access my account, I realized it had been hacked roughly 22 minutes before. I felt anxious as I attempted to reset my password but was prompted to enter a new email instead of my main one, with no option to receive a code on my phone.
