I'm experiencing difficulty logging into my Facebook account after changing my phone. I am reaching out regarding a serious security breach I encountered this morning. At 7:19 AM EDT, my account was accessed by an unknown person from Jacksonville, FL. Despite receiving warning emails at 10:46 AM and 11:30 AM EDT, I have not been able to regain access due to the hacker's interference. Additionally, my account seems to be hidden or disabled by the hacker, as it is not visible to my family members who tried to report it as hacked. Last week, a friend accused me of sending a friend request to one of her relatives without my knowledge. Despite showing her my sent requests history, she remains upset. She mentioned it was sent on July 5th to a relative with either her maiden name O'Neill or her married name Chollar. To prove my innocence, I checked my activity for July 5th and found no such request sent from my account. I will attach screenshots of that day's activity for evidence. This situation is distressing as we have been friends for over 50 years. I seek assistance in understanding how this could have occurred without my involvement. Two weeks ago, my Facebook account, Alfie Datara, was disabled. I created this account to stop using my old one, tonyjamesoreilly, as I received unwanted mail and posts. When trying to update Alfie Datara's profile, which was dedicated to my German shepherd dog and close contacts, it got disabled. I have provided explanations, ID, and photos five times as requested. Facebook is threatening to suspend my account within 30 days despite me providing the six-digit authentication code they sent me. No reason was given for this action. I was expecting a confirmation email to my email address [redacted] but have not received it yet. The suspension might be related to my posts about human rights violations in India-occupied Kashmir. Concealing disclosures of war crimes could lead to liability under the Alien Tort Statute. I hope that Facebook will restore access to my account for Asenueh Meritye.

I initially contacted Mathew I. on July 23 regarding purchasing an iPhone SE2000 listed on a marketplace for $[redacted]. After he mentioned the total cost would be $[redacted]+ with shipping, I made the payment through the marketplace platform right away. However, he indicated he didn't prefer that method and claimed the sale was canceled without providing a refund. Despite my bank deducting the funds promptly, I have yet to receive the phone as of August 12. The listing remains marked as pending, with the shipment date continuously postponed. Despite my numerous unanswered messages, he seems to be advertising other items for sale. Ultimately, I opted to purchase the phone from Total Wireless. Mathew I. hasn't offered an explanation or refund for the undelivered product, leaving me in a frustrating situation with payment made three weeks ago. I have retained all message exchanges on Messenger as evidence.
