I purchased quilts from GreatBuyAZ when it was still active on Facebook. My order was made on July 7th. Despite multiple attempts, I have not received my order and recently discovered that Facebook took action against the company for fraudulent activities. I have contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges and am in the process of getting new cards. Unfortunately, the GreatBuyAZ website is still operational. I am seeking advice on how to have the website shut down to prevent others from falling victim to this scam. I appreciate any assistance in addressing this issue. I require assistance in regaining access to my Facebook account. Approximately a decade ago, I created my account using an email address that is now defunct. I am unable to remember the password as it was automatically saved on my computer. While I can still log in using my smartphone, I need to access my account on both a new and an old laptop that lost stored passwords during a recent update. The email associated with my account is [redacted], and the initial password was brn2tch. I am willing to provide any necessary information to restore access on my laptops.

When attempting to visit www.facebook.com, I encountered the following message: "Your Account Is Temporarily Locked We've locked your account because someone recently tried to log in from an unfamiliar location. Please help us confirm that it was you who tried to log in." Upon pressing the Continue button, it prompted me with: "Was This You? Please review this recent login and let us know if it was you. 18 hours ago Piscataway, NJ, United States Chrome on Windows" I am not in Piscataway, NJ. Despite trying to select Yes and No, I was redirected to: "Change Your Password Please create a unique password that you don't use anywhere else and is difficult to guess. Current New Re-type New" I encountered an issue as it indicated that my old password was incorrectly entered. Despite knowing my password, the system rejected it, preventing me from changing it. I require assistance to resolve this matter to regain access to my Facebook account.

I created my Facebook account back in [redacted] with the email address [redacted] Later on, I added [redacted] as a secondary email address. Unfortunately, my account was recently hijacked. Even after changing my password once, it was hijacked again, and the secondary email associated with the profile was changed. I can't access the primary email as I haven't used it in years. Google suggested starting a new account after unsuccessful attempts to verify my access there. I ended up creating a new Facebook account with [redacted] I am quite upset and concerned about what the hijacker might be doing with my profile and pictures on the account. I kindly request that Facebook delete the compromised account and remove all its content.

Hello, I previously collaborated with a person named Mr. Doc Hollywood (Joseph Sinda) several years ago. He established a fan page for a web series I created using my name Natasha Hanina. The web series is known as ‘The British Jew With The Loose Screw.’ There is a fan page under my name for this series that I would like to have taken down. Despite my requests, Mr. Doc Hollywood has not been responsive. He has included my content with false BBC advertisements, which is unlawful and damaging my reputation. I am having trouble accessing my account. I entered my password incorrectly twice, then attempted to reset it multiple times with codes sent to my email and phone. Despite waiting 24 hours and receiving a new code today, I still cannot log in. I prefer not to create a new account and would appreciate assistance with my current login for the email provided below. I have been experiencing difficulties logging into my account for a few weeks now. I am not receiving the secondary confirmation text message on my phone, despite requesting it several times. Initially, I could circumvent the issue by logging off and trying again or by typing my login information slowly. However, I recently got blocked and had to go through the process of sending a picture with a specific number on it. This morning, the same issue occurred, and I am now blocked with no access. I was in the middle of an important project related to animal abuse prevention, and now I am unable to proceed due to these recurring login problems.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing regarding my personal account, "Haider". I've submitted my National Passport with visible details and National Identity number for the account name review. My Facebook account is important as it includes details of my friends and family like Syed Amir and Katherine Braun. I was shocked to discover my account was disabled after uploading a picture. I am unsure of what went wrong, but if there was an issue, it was unintentional. I apologize for any inconvenience caused. My cell number, [redacted]9, was previously used by my cousin for his account, as he didn't want it associated with Facebook. I have asked him to remove it as it is linked to my "Haider" account, but he has not done so yet. I was unaware that one number cannot be linked to two Facebook accounts. I have been unable to access my Facebook account due to a forgotten phone number linked to it. When trying to sign in, Facebook requires a verification code sent to the old number, which I no longer have access to. The account name is Adolfo Alcala, and the email associated with it is [redacted] I remember the password but can't verify my identity without the code. This is crucial because I use the account daily, particularly to access a page created after my nephew's passing. Unfortunately, I am unable to receive the code. I've been reporting issues with the News Feed for the past three months. Every time I report it, the problem seems to get fixed, but then it comes back. I reported it again two days ago, and now it's different. In the morning, Facebook looks normal, but later in the day, my News Feed disappears completely. I always have it set to Top Stories, but I currently have no News Feed at all, even though there were many stories this morning. Please, can you fix this issue?

Hello Facebook Team, I am reporting that my Facebook account was hacked on August 15, [redacted]. I unwittingly took actions that compromised my account due to a group in the United States promoting the AVA Tradex crypto currency trading platform. They sought to withdraw money from my bank account using my ATM debit card, acquired by tricking me into sending pictures of it. Today, I observed requests sent to my friends on Facebook to like the AVA Tradex page, confirming the hackers are interacting with my contacts. I am refraining from regaining account access by any means. I acknowledge I might not be directing this email correctly, so please redirect it. I have many friends at risk of being scammed, as I have [redacted] Facebook friends and more on Messenger. Kindly disable my account until my identity is verified, then restore it to me. I am experiencing issues logging into Facebook multiple times throughout the day. I consistently use the same cell phone for logging in. I used to have a second phone for authentication but it is no longer in use. Despite entering the correct password, I always receive an error message indicating an incorrect password, which has persisted for the past few months. Facebook is crucial for me as it is how I stay connected with my children who reside in another state. I truly value this platform but the ongoing login problem is frustrating. I have attempted to access my account several times to no avail. I kindly request assistance in resolving this issue promptly so I can regain access to my Facebook account. I am reaching out regarding the disabling of my Facebook account and seeking the reinstatement of my page. Recently, I posted a photo on Facebook of my partner dozing off in a deck chair after a camping trip. The image was intended humorously, but it was ultimately flagged and removed by Facebook for being inappropriate. Following this, I received a notification indicating the removal of the said photo, which I accepted without issue. However, a few days later, upon trying to access my messages on Facebook, I discovered that my account had been disabled. Initially, I assumed it was due to a security breach, but upon further investigation, it appeared that Facebook had disabled my account in relation to the aforementioned photo. I am currently in a disabled state on Facebook and awaiting reactivation. The delay in reinstatement is distressing to me, as my deceased friend's account, which holds sentimental value, is accessed through my profile. The inability to access our shared memories is deeply upsetting. In my 14 years on Facebook, I have never encountered any issues or violations of the platform's terms. I acknowledge my mistake and have familiarized myself with the community standards to prevent such occurrences in the future. I anticipate being reactivated on Facebook soon and hope for a resolution as I deeply regret any offense caused by the photo I posted unknowingly breaching community guidelines.

I have submitted my driving license ID and a photo of myself, but I keep getting an invalid logo message. I have tried multiple times to regain access to my old account without success. Being 73 years old and fully disabled, Facebook is crucial for me to stay connected with my family and friends. Despite my attempts, I have not received any responses from Facebook. I have received two new codes, changed my password, and provided my ID again, but the issue persists. I received an email confirming the password change, but the problem remains. I am not tech-savvy, and this experience is frustrating. If this is how Facebook treats elderly disabled users, I am disappointed. Despite attempts on 19/08/18 and 20/08/18, the issue persists, and I am unable to log in successfully. The lack of support is disheartening.

My account was suddenly locked! I've been using Facebook for over a decade, and it was allegedly phished. Despite numerous attempts, I cannot pass the security questions. I am the rightful owner and can provide all the necessary information. This situation is critical as my business and important contacts are dependent on my access to the account. Unfortunately, I never updated my email address or phone number, making the recovery process more challenging due to the outdated information. I am willing to undergo any security checks needed, but I am unable to proceed through the current verification system. This is frustrating! Please address this issue promptly! My business IG account has been hacked, and the hacker is using my clients' photos with my business name on each picture. The IG account is linked to my FB business account named Wake Up With Makeup by Dawna. I have evidence that this is a registered name, and the photos used belong to my business. The hacker has impersonated me and violated intellectual property rules. I have tried to contact the hacker, and their responses have been inappropriate. I provided photos of myself holding my driver's license with coded numbers but only received an email stating my account was deleted for alleged harassment. This situation is concerning as the hacker also has access to my business FB account, which has my financial information linked for ads. I have changed all passwords, but I cannot set up two-factor authentication because my phone number was removed when my account was deleted by the hacker. I will seek legal advice to address this issue.

I am requesting the deletion of our school from the Places category on Facebook. As the IT director, I attempted to verify the page to make necessary changes, but after several months, it became clear that wasn't possible. Despite claims of access, I couldn't make any modifications and received repetitive automated messages. Consequently, I created a new page ahead of the school year. However, the old page continues to appear in searches with individuals incorrectly tagging it. I need the removal of the outdated page, North Rock Creek Public School, while keeping the new one, North Rock Creek Public Schools. The distinction between the automated and active pages should be apparent. This ongoing issue has been frustrating, and I seek a prompt resolution. Thank you.

I've been unable to post in groups I don't manage for three weeks in a row. Each block supposedly lasts for a week, and when it ends, I try to post again, but I'm immediately blocked once more. I've tried appealing through Facebook's process, but I have not received any response. I didn't have high hopes for the decision to be overturned, but I'm confused as to why the block keeps getting reinstated after the previous one ends.
