Hello,
I urgently need assistance with the Facebook business page ElectraBoatMK. The page 'Milton-Keynes Boat' was initially set up by the director for us to manage the business page. Today, the bookings web-page was launched, and I was in the process of updating buttons and other elements. Unfortunately, I attempted to edit the boat's birthday to reflect this year, which led to me being blocked. It is crucial for me to regain access as I need to continue commenting and posting for our business. Kindly review this situation promptly to allow me to make the necessary adjustments.
Thank you for your help.
Best regards,
Lindsey W.

My Facebook account has been hacked, and despite my efforts using the available automated methods to recover it, I have been unsuccessful for months. I have tried providing pictures of my driver's license and passport as requested but have encountered difficulties with the phone verification process necessary for logging in. It seems that either my phone number associated with the account has been changed by the hacker, is outdated, or I simply do not have one linked to my profile. Moreover, as I primarily use the Facebook app on my phone and not a browser, the links provided for account recovery do not work within the app, leading to a frustrating cycle of account disablement and re-hacking. Although I have diligently responded to the 'no-reply' emails sent by Facebook in hopes of resolving the issue, no assistance has been provided, leaving me considering the drastic step of either regaining access or deactivating the account altogether to prevent future breaches.

My Facebook account got hacked, and the hacker changed my ID and password. I'm struggling to follow the instructions about using a browser to verify my identity. I've tried contacting Facebook for hours and even called the USA with no luck. I came across an email [redacted], but it turned out to be a scam asking for $50 to recover my account. I've created a new account, but I lost all my history. Please help me, I need my original account back. - Roger

I created a Facebook business account in May to sell flip-flops. I placed ads and tried to verify my business. Despite verifying it four times, my account got disabled. Every time I verify, it requests verification again, preventing me from appealing the disabled account.
For over two weeks, I've been exchanging emails with Facebook support, but they simply ask me to re-verify. I'm stuck in a loop where different support agents keep asking me to verify without resolving the issue. It's frustrating and feels like a robotic response. Can someone offer assistance? Thank you.

Hello, I'm Christa Pellicci from Stamford, CT. Happy Thursday morning! I just want to express my admiration for the young actor, Henry Cavill, from England. I have been experiencing bullying and harassment from individuals associated with a university on Facebook regarding my support for him. It's unfair and needs to stop. If this continues, I will ignore them or take further action. They have no right to mistreat me for being a fan of a celebrity. Henry Cavill doesn't belong to anyone, including me. I don't understand the motive behind their behavior, but I won't tolerate it. If this persists on Facebook, I will involve the authorities. Thank you, Christa Pellicci

Hello,
I am the area manager of the Starbucks outlet in Cannock. We recently had a disagreement with our former store manager and are now facing issues with our Google business account. It seems like we may also be experiencing similar problems with our Facebook page.
Although we removed Rameeza Shimar as an admin, both the current store manager and I have somehow lost admin access. I am concerned about potential damaging posts being made on the page, as we recently had to remove a negative recommendation.
I have attached a PDF to verify our ownership of the business. Is there a way to temporarily take down the page to prevent any harmful content from being posted? And could we regain admin access to our page?

Yesterday, when I tried to post a picture on Facebook, I was unexpectedly logged out. After attempting to log back in, I encountered an issue with my password, which had been changed along with my email address. Despite updating my email and password, I am unable to access the code generator due to being locked out of Facebook on the device I primarily use, my cell phone. It appears that my account has been tampered with as my device is no longer recognized by Facebook. I have provided the necessary information, including my ID, via email to rectify this situation. I have managed to regain access to my email, but I require the code generator to be sent to either my email or phone number in order to regain full control of my Facebook account. Thank you for your assistance.

I am facing an issue with my Facebook account being hacked. I am unable to sign in as the password is being reported as old. Following instructions on Facebook's website, when I entered my mobile number, I was given two account options - one with my picture and another linked to my mobile. I attempted to verify both but was prompted to enter a 6-digit code sent to "your email." However, both displayed emails are unfamiliar Hotmail accounts, not mine, indicating that the hacker might have changed my email information. I have been unsuccessful in reaching out to a live representative at Facebook for assistance in resolving this matter.

I am experiencing problems accessing my Facebook account as I am locked out and unable to successfully complete the two-factor authentication process. Despite using my usual devices, I am not receiving any codes on my code generator and have attempted to receive a code via SMS, but have not been successful even after following the correct steps. When trying to send my ID, it was not accepted, possibly due to the blurry image required to be taken with my front-facing laptop camera, which is unable to focus properly. This issue is critical for my work in marketing that relies on Facebook access. Thank you for your assistance.

Dear Facebook Team,
I am writing to address the disabling of my Facebook account under the name Ravi Kumar. The account was disabled due to a violation of community standards. I believe this action was a mistake. I am eager to complete a review process if necessary.
I use this account for personal reasons and it is essential to me. I have attached my government-issued identity card for verification purposes. It would be greatly appreciated if you could review the information and reactivate my account without further delay.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Sincerely,
Ravi Kumar

Hello,
I am writing to address an issue with my Facebook account, which was disabled two weeks ago. I provided my valid driver's license as identification. I am unsure if I have violated any policies of Facebook.
I apologize if I unknowingly breached any rules on Facebook. I am genuinely sorry for any mistakes I have made due to my lack of understanding of the terms and policies on Facebook.
Furthermore, the Facebook app on my mobile has been disabled even after I updated it.
My main concern is to recover my account, as it has been active for the past ten years. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter.
Thank you.

A few weeks back, I noticed some individuals were accepting friend requests from me whom I didn't send requests to. I promptly changed my password. However, a similar incident occurred about a week later. In the wee hours of the night, I changed my password again. Despite numerous attempts, I have been unable to guess the password. Each time I try to log in using my mobile number, no code is sent. When I attempt the same via email to reset the password, it claims there is no account linked to my email. I've exhausted all options for weeks, even seeking help from third parties. This situation has been incredibly frustrating for me.
My account is under the name Henry Fiore Jr. The phone number attached to the account is [redacted], and the original email on the account is [redacted]

A few weeks ago, someone attempted to access my Facebook account which led to it being disabled. The following day, when I tried to login, I was informed my password was incorrect. After requesting a password reset, I discovered Facebook had sent me emails with a security code. Unfortunately, after multiple unsuccessful login attempts with my old password, my account was disabled, requesting official identification. Despite numerous attempts to upload my ID, such as my driver's license, council tax invoice, and bank statement, I kept receiving an instant email saying my submitted ID did not match the account information. It seems automated, as it was too quick to have been reviewed. I am unable to receive security codes as it insists on a code generator I never set up, indicating someone changed my account settings, including adding a new email address with part of my email combined with a Hotmail address I don't own. I am stuck in a loop and unable to find a solution to reinstate my account.

I recently received three emails indicating that my account has been hacked by someone in New York, even though I am based in London. I've spent over 48 hours trying to secure my account without success. Each time I try to request a passcode, the email address shown is unfamiliar to me. Despite following the website's instructions, I've been unable to change my password. I received a passcode in one of the emails, but it didn't work.
I am worried about my personal information and contacts being compromised. It's frustrating that the standard procedures aren't helping me to resolve this issue. I hope to receive a prompt response and assistance to resolve this matter. Thank you.

Last night, my account was hacked. The hacker added their email, changed the phone number linked to my account, and set the account to private, making it unreachable to others. Despite having set up multifactor authentication, the hacker changed the phone number, preventing me from receiving the security code needed for account recovery. When following Facebook's help center instructions, I am continuously prompted for the security code sent to the hacker's phone, making account recovery impossible. I have not found any alternative solutions on the help center and keep looping back to the hacker's phone code. What steps can I take next to resolve this situation?

I need assistance as my account seems to have been compromised. My password was changed without my knowledge, and I am unable to log in. Attempts to reset my password only send the new password to an unrecognized email address. I also tried recovering through my wife's account but hit a dead end. After many failed attempts, I discovered a page requesting a photo of my ID. I submitted it with my wife's email since mine was not accepting new passwords. It mentioned it could take 24 hours to verify and unlock my account, but there has been no progress. I am unsure how my account was accessed as I am cautious with my devices. Notably, I received a suspicious email notifying me of adding a new email on the same day my account was compromised. I clicked on the "Confirm" button. Could this have led to the breach?Attached is a screenshot of the email for reference.

I recently deactivated my Facebook account temporarily, but when I tried to reactivate it, I encountered issues with the Google Authenticator app not providing me with codes to access my account. Despite filling out the identity form with the required documentation, I keep encountering errors. When I follow the steps provided by Facebook, it only allows me to reset my password, which I already know. Although I have recovery codes saved, they do not work due to the discrepancy in digits. I am unable to receive the code sent to my phone as it may not be connected to my Facebook account. This account is essential for me to communicate with my children and grandchildren. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter.
