On November 6th, [redacted], my Facebook account was permanently deleted without warning. Facebook claimed it was due to a severe violation of community standards, but I was never informed of the specific violation. My personal page was always rated PG, and I maintained respectful discussions. I was an admin for a page sharing information about preventing human trafficking and exposing pedophiles. Despite never receiving details about the violation, I suspect it was related to the anti-predator content. Since then, significant developments have occurred in cases we were working on, reinforcing the importance of our advocacy. While I understand Facebook's policies, I would like at least to retrieve my personal page with cherished memories and photos. I have been trying to resolve this issue for months without any success. I am currently unsure why my Facebook page was disabled. Despite numerous attempts to recover it, I have been unsuccessful. The message I received states: "Your Account Has Been Disabled" due to not following the Community Standards. I am a retired Military Veteran, and my wife is currently serving in Pakistan. On January 7, [redacted], my Facebook account, registered under the name Jay O'Hearn, was hacked, and the password was changed. I received emails from Facebook alerting me to the issue, but I only saw them later, rendering it too late to address it. I tried numerous steps on Facebook to recover it, managing to reset the password. However, I faced a roadblock when prompted for Two-Factor Authentication from a Code Generator, a security measure I hadn't set up. It seemed the hijacker had done so. Despite changing the password, I couldn't progress due to the Two-Factor step, which would likely notify the hacker. I had not linked a phone number to my account initially. Despite my attempts to provide proof of identity to Facebook, they have not accepted it, citing a mismatch with their records. As I created the account years ago, I'm unsure of the information they possess. Trying to reclaim my account for six months has left me frustrated, especially since contacting Facebook for assistance is nearly impossible. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. My Instagram account (@hiimjustinnnn) was disabled on June 10th. It was not cited for violating community standards initially, as seen in picture 1 where I was prompted to verify my account with a phone number. However, after waiting for 24 hours, I received a disabled message when attempting to log in to my main account, as shown in picture 2. I followed the provided instructions to appeal the issue, but encountered a problem with an error message stating an invalid account name, as depicted in picture 4.
I mainly used my account to share news, daily life updates, and chat with friends through Direct messages. If sharing posts to my story was deemed a violation, I find it unreasonable. I am hoping for a reasonable solution to reactivate my account and understand why my account name is preventing me from appealing my case. I kindly request assistance in restoring my account, as it holds many memories with friends and from my university life.

My account was disabled in early May, and I promptly submitted a request for reactivation. I received an automatic reply acknowledging my request, stating that due to Covid-19, they were unable to review it at that time and apologizing for any inconvenience caused.
Since then, I have been reaching out to Facebook consistently regarding the issue. Recently, I received a response mentioning that too much time had passed for the account to be reactivated.
As a professor at Karachi University and currently serving as a Vice Chancellor at Benazir Bhutto Shaheed University in Karachi, the history displayed on my account is significant to me, and I cannot afford to lose it.

I sent an email to the provided address, but it returned as a nonexistent number. I included my card details against advice, and there's no option for a text reply. I am unable to use a mobile device and the form did not accept either of our emails. Security is a concern due to thefts in our area, creating added stress. The form didn't accept numeric characters and assumes ownership of mobile devices, which we don't have.

Hello, I haven't accessed my Facebook account in nearly six years. Today, I attempted to log in and reset the password successfully. However, the platform is now requesting that I confirm my identity by contacting three friends I am no longer in contact with. It would be more convenient if I could select which friends to reach out to for these codes, but unfortunately, this option is not available. I was able to update my password, but the challenge now is verifying my identity without current contact with these friends. I wonder if there are alternative methods to confirm my identity. Is it possible for Facebook to allow users to choose the specific friends to contact in order to verify their identity?

I have not received any communication from Facebook regarding my hacked account, which occurred on May 28th. The person who hacked into my account changed the associated phone number, so I am not receiving the login codes.
My account is connected to a Facebook Business Page, and access to this page has been revoked from all profiles that previously had access. This situation is detrimental to our business, and we need a swift resolution.
I have attempted to contact Facebook through various forms and submitted my ID multiple times without success. I will try the live chat option provided on your website, but I am not optimistic about it.

My account was deactivated due to sharing offensive content, which was unknowingly sent by a friend as a prank. I have always complied with Instagram's guidelines and policies without any prior violations. I understand accounts can be permanently removed for repeated violations, but this was a one-time mistake caused by my friend's video prank. I had no warning before my account was banned.
