I encountered an issue on Saturday when Facebook prompted me to change my password upon login. Subsequently, I had difficulty accessing my account. Despite my attempts to retrieve the password by sending a code to my email, an unfamiliar email address (k*********[redacted]) appears for recovery, whereas I have consistently used [redacted] for logging in for the past 4 years without any changes. Uncertain if my account was compromised or if this is a system error, I resorted to creating a new account under the name Mika Gdan. However, I am earnestly seeking your assistance in recovering my original Facebook account, given that I have cherished memories spanning over 15 years stored there. I woke up this morning to find two emails indicating someone accessed my Facebook account, followed by a third email saying my account was disabled for a community guidelines violation. I attempted to verify my account through the app, but after receiving the verification code, I couldn't input it due to an error. Trying multiple times led to the same issue. Switching to the browser, I was unable to sign in or recover my account. Instead, I was shown a page listing actions supposedly done by me today, even though I was asleep. Tapping on the prompts or the "learn more" button did nothing. I can't access Facebook's website to seek support. I'm struggling to reach Facebook or verify my account, jeopardizing my access to over 12 years of cherished memories and photos, including my Instagram account.

I am frustrated with the lack of privacy regarding my message history on this platform. Deleting my account should mean my messages are gone too. It's concerning that even after account deletion, my private messages are still accessible. Privacy should be a top priority, and users should have the option to completely erase their message history. I don't want my past messages resurfacing to cause problems. It's unfair and many others online share the same concerns. I request that all my information, including all messages sent over the years, be permanently deleted.

My brother-in-law and I were bantering, using language some might find offensive, but it's freedom of speech, right? He called me "fatty" and received a warning. I jokingly called him an anorexic term, and I got a 3-day ban. How can I report this erroneous ban? No harm was done, and Facebook's automated system unfairly censors users. It's frustrating how easily people get offended. I might just quit using Facebook altogether; it's becoming too sensitive, controlled by the democrats.

Hello. I am using my page to sell feet pictures. Recently, I came across a post from Luke Jackson pitching to sellers. He appeared legitimate, so I reached out to him. However, when he asked me to bring two buyers to join his 'seller chat,' red flags went up. I approached a large community on Discord and Reddit for feedback, and they confirmed it is a scam. When I confronted Luke about this, he became defensive and used offensive language. Despite his seemingly legitimate page, the excessive amount of work and education information listed there raises suspicions.

Facebook is requesting verification due to my change in location from Denmark to the UK, and I no longer have access to the secondary email address I used, [redacted], which has been discontinued in favor of my new Gmail account. Selecting the correct identity verification contacts provided is challenging, as one of the options, Rio Bravo, only operated from [redacted] to [redacted] and is now relevant to my work documenting past events I organized there. I am having trouble separating my personal account, Nasese Lewa, from my business account, Island Art by Karen Bower. I want to unlink them and have them completely independent. I will be the administrator for both accounts. The email for the Island Art account should be [redacted] I managed to set up most of the Island Art account, but I am struggling to create the @username. It does not accept Karen Bower or IslandArtbyKaren.

Hello, I’m Kaylee Wensley. My phone was hacked, and my Facebook account compromised. The hackers changed the email and password, setting up duo authentication on a different phone number and email, leaving me locked out. They are impersonating me, contacting my loved ones for money under false pretenses of charity. These fraudulent actions violate Facebook community standards. To address this, I created a new account to reach out to them. However, they demanded $[redacted] for my information. I refuse to comply. Help deactivate the hacked account promptly. I created a Facebook account under the name Jen Sun about a week ago to promote my ebooks in various selling and marketing groups. Suddenly, my account was locked yesterday, and I was told to wait until the end of June for a review without a clear explanation. Feeling discouraged, I decided to open a new account right away to resume my promotional efforts. Unfortunately, my new account under Jean Sun was also shut down today after I had just set everything up. I am frustrated by these repeated closures, as I rely on Facebook to either establish a marketing career or help me secure a job. Yesterday evening, I received an email informing me about my Facebook password being changed. I took immediate action to secure my account by updating the password. However, after changing the password, I was prompted for a 6-digit code for two-factor authentication, which I never set up. It seems the individual who compromised my account activated this security feature, and since my phone number is not linked to my Facebook account, I am unable to receive the code. My account is currently locked until I can input the code. I attempted to use an old phone with the code generator, but none of the generated codes were valid. I am uncertain of the next steps to take. If possible, could you disable two-factor authentication, provide me with the correct code, or associate my phone number (07.80.02.03.01) with my Facebook account? If these actions are not feasible, would it be possible to create a backup of my account to retrieve my photos, videos, and Messenger chats? Thank you for any assistance you can provide. Hello Facebook Team, I received an email stating that my FB account has been disabled by Facebook, but I am unsure why this action was taken. Throughout the more than 10 years I have been on Facebook, I have only shared cherished memories with my family and friends, never engaging in any suspicious or inappropriate behavior. I kindly request the reactivation of my account as soon as possible. Several applications I use require me to log in via FB, and currently, I am unable to access them due to the account suspension. This morning, I interacted with a PUBG event on Facebook, using my FB credentials to log in. Shortly after, I removed the event from my advertisement list, and it was following this action that my account was disabled. I suspect this may have triggered the issue. I sincerely seek your assistance in restoring my account. Moving forward, I have learned from this experience and will avoid participating in any questionable events on the platform.

I am currently unable to access my Facebook account where there are important photos I need. I have tried to recover the account, but I no longer have access to the phone number linked to it. Every recovery attempt asks for the old phone number, which I cannot provide. I hope to reset the password or regain access in a different way to secure the account and retrieve the photos stored there. Having access to my account again is essential.

Recently, my Facebook account started prompting me to use two-factor authentication for "Robyn Liptow," although I didn't set this up. My login email was hacked a few weeks back, leading me to suspect that a similar security breach may have occurred on my account. I have submitted my passport ID for verification, but there has been no progress. The message in the pop-up mentions that due to the pandemic, they are unable to assist with my account. According to Facebook, it was due to allegedly violating rules related to adult content, which is completely untrue. I was using the account to advertise my sportswear and equipment brand, workoutstage.com.
