A few weeks ago, I got logged out of my Facebook account. However, when I attempted to log back in, it claimed that my password was incorrect. Despite trying the "forgot password" link, I couldn't reset it because I no longer have access to the associated email address. I decided to use my phone number to receive a reset code, but this method was unsuccessful after several attempts. Now, upon returning to the issue, I discovered that my account has been disabled. My account has been hacked. I got emails to my Hotmail address, [redacted], saying my password was changed without my knowledge. When I tried the link in the email, it didn't work. I then used Forgot Account, and it revealed the hacker had changed the email associated with my account. I added my Gmail address, [redacted], but the hacker got the confirmation code as well. Despite multiple attempts, I was unable to enter the code successfully, and now Facebook is advising me to wait before attempting again. I also sent a picture of my passport, but the link provided in response was invalid. Now, my account seems to have disappeared, and I'm concerned about losing all my photos.
