Dear Facebook Support,
I am writing to report that my account, belonging to me, Nikola Perleta from Croatia, was unlawfully accessed by an unknown party on August 12th, [redacted], at 10:30 am. The breach originated from a different location, the Philippines, using a device named "FBLite on TCL One Touch Idol 4" and the IP address [redacted].[redacted].84.[redacted].
The unauthorized user changed the password during the incident. Prior to the breach, the password I had been using was "tomislavgrad1," and before that, it was "tomislavgrad." Despite following Facebook's instructions, I was unable to regain access to my account, as the linked email address "[redacted]" had also been compromised in a prior hacking event, leaving me unable to recover or access it.
I seek guidance on alternative ways to validate my ownership of the account and explore any available options to restore access.

After using Facebook for 11 years, I was asked to confirm my name. I provided legal documents with my legal name but FB changed my display name without my consent. They claimed my nickname "Kitty" violates community standards, which seems like an error. Please change my display name back to Kitty promptly. Also, FB should inform users why name confirmation is needed and address the issue of targeting real users while fake accounts roam free. This process shouldn’t take 60 days to rectify an error.

I deactivated my Facebook account to create one for my small business. Initially, I used my business name but ended up inputting my personal name. I made mistakes during setup, and Facebook disabled my account. I submitted a requested photo but haven't received any emails at my personal or business accounts.
I've learned that I need to create a personal page first before adding a business page, as suggested by other business owners.

I have been facing ongoing harassment on Facebook where someone repeatedly creates fake accounts using my name and photo. Each time this happens, I ask my friends to block and report the account, but the issue persists with multiple fake accounts appearing. The individual is spreading false information about me and making derogatory remarks to my friends and their contacts. They are even threatening to share compromising photos of me. The situation is becoming overwhelming, and I am seeking assistance in permanently deleting any accounts associated with my name and preventing new ones from being created. I have been attempting for days to find out how to pin chat heads to my phone's home screen/pages. I have already done this before, so I know it's possible. Normally, you tap and hold for a menu and then click the pin to screen option, but it seems to be missing now. How can I pin chat heads from Messenger to my phone like an app icon? It should be feasible. If this feature was removed after an update, it's disappointing. Additionally, why can't I directly email you from the Messenger app or Facebook? The limited options for questions may not cover all unique issues. It would be helpful if more solutions were provided if the initial suggestions do not help. The current design makes it difficult for users to contact you, which shows a lack of interest in user communication. I had to resort to a third-party website, gethuman.com, just to reach out to you, which is quite inconvenient.

Last spring, my account was hacked, but I discovered it before Facebook did and promptly changed my password. Following this, Facebook notified me of the hack and prompted me to change my password once more. However, after the second password change, I found myself unable to recall the new one. Despite numerous attempts to recover my account, I have been unsuccessful as my trusted contacts no longer have active Facebook accounts. Moreover, I cannot access the email associated with my Facebook as it was created a long time ago with a previous provider. I would appreciate assistance in regaining access to my account and updating the email to my current one.

I recently clicked on a YouTube link a friend sent me via Messenger, and it prompted me to log in. Although nothing seemed to happen at first, I later received messages from friends on my Facebook page asking if I had sent the same video. Concerned, I tried logging into my Facebook account using the phone icon, only to find an unfamiliar account under the name Gale Fulton with no profile picture, friends, or activity. My actual account is Gale Mudd Fulton, but when I searched for it, I couldn't find it. Oddly enough, my husband could locate it on his phone. I've reached out to Facebook for assistance at facebook.com/hacked.

I am experiencing severe bullying and harassment on a photo post where there are 88 hurtful comments. Despite numerous reports, the platform claims the picture doesn't breach guidelines. The issue lies within the comments tagging me. This situation drove me to seek help at a crisis center, and the person being bullied is even feeling suicidal. I will take legal action if the bullying leads to tragic consequences. I am frustrated by having to report this continuously. Here are a couple of the offensive comments:
1. Tammy is a mess, was she at the concert in Malone last night? Lol.
2. She's trashy and petty.
3. Crazy lady.
4. Implying adultery, calling names.
5. Harsh comments implying self-harm.

I am Laporshia Smith, and recently I was locked out of my account because I forgot the password I created a long time ago. My email is Laporshiasmith28[at]aol.com. Although I regained access to my AOL account, I did not receive the code from Facebook to restore my account. Trying to use my phone number, I discovered someone else was using it, posing as me. When I entered my number, the name "Jess Reyes" appeared, someone who has been harassing me. It's concerning how easy it is for someone to impersonate me on Facebook. I'm unsure if she hacked my account to view my information. I had to create a new account, but it's not ideal as people might think I am scamming them since they see me in their friend list. As an admin of a lost and found pet group, I've been facing issues with receiving notifications for all posts and comments ever since updating my iOS. This has caused me significant inconvenience and wasted a lot of my time, as I now have to manually check over [redacted] posts on the page to stay updated and assist effectively.
Being an actively engaged admin in the group, I find it essential to receive notifications for every post and comment to fulfill my responsibilities efficiently. I am appalled by the existence of Islamic training camps teaching children violent acts, leading to one child's death through a voodoo ritual. I condemn the abuse and call for justice against those planning mass murder in the USA. These individuals should be incarcerated as they pose a threat to society. Facebook, your response is unacceptable. The country has numerous Islamic training camps funded by taxpayers, a truth that needs to be acknowledged. There have been messages and comments posted on my account that I did not write. Someone even sent me a link to a video featuring me which I did not authorize. I have tried to report this activity, but I am unsure of the correct way to do so. Videos have been created using comments attributed to me that I did not make. I have changed my password multiple times because I couldn't access my account. I want all content with my name falsely attributed to me removed, including videos and comments. Some content has been removed, but not everything. The unauthorized activity dates back to the end of July with a video going global on July 24th and another one two weeks later. I need assistance to rectify this situation.

A few months back, I encountered an issue logging into my Facebook account on my laptop because I had been primarily using it on my mobile. Unfortunately, my mobile got damaged, leading me to delete the Facebook app without logging out. This problem hadn't occurred previously but arose after directly deleting the app. The next day, I couldn't access my account on the laptop due to Two-Factor Authentication codes being sent to my mobile, which I never received. I was recently contacted on my Facebook page by someone offering me a way to make money by posting ads. I was directed to a website link that claimed to be affiliated with Facebook Ads and asked to log in with my Facebook account. Unfortunately, once I did, I was removed from the page along with everyone else who worked on it. I managed to take a screenshot showing that my page is now managed by a Facebook business account named "Ads Manager Official *". I have invested a lot of hard work into my Facebook page over the * years, and I'm hoping to resolve this issue.
