Facebook has not provided me with any solutions for my issue. The ad in question was posted on the GamerCreative page, which was hacked yesterday, and I am unable to regain access. I need assistance in recovering my page as I and my backup account were the only administrators, both of which have been removed. The advertisement ID [redacted][redacted] belongs to my hacked page. Despite receiving an email from Facebook prompting me to confirm if it wasn't me who made changes, I did not find an option to recover the page. I want to invest in it, but this situation is hindering me. My photo and biography are on the page, and all content on it was created by me. I am desperate to regain control as even my cellphone number is associated with the page. Please provide guidance on reclaiming ownership of my page as soon as possible.

I encountered a problem with the Facebook app. While using it, the app abruptly closed with a 'Facebook app has stopped responding' error. Attempts to reopen the app resulted in the same error message and closure. After uninstalling and reinstalling the app, I was prompted to log in with an SMS code that I never received, despite multiple attempts. Interestingly, I managed to access Facebook via my laptop successfully initially. However, subsequent login attempts via the phone's browser required a 6 digit code, hindering access both on the laptop and the phone. I suspect this issue could be related to the network provider. Is there a way to receive login codes via email instead? Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

I have rewritten my situation multiple times, but have been unable to proceed due to a missing continue button. I had to delete the email, [redacted], linked to my Facebook because it was hacked. Facebook claims there is no record of this email. The phone number on my account, [redacted], is no longer in use. I reside in San Antonio, my name is George Boyd. I created a new Facebook account to engage with a Facebook group. I suspect Facebook is assisting me in accessing the new account, but I need help recovering my old one. I recall the password could be either ToadsuckdazePS1$ or ToadsuckdazePS$1. Retrieving my old account seems challenging with the available options. I believe specialized assistance is necessary and any support would be highly valued. Thank you.

My Instagram account @sarahfuture was hacked and deleted on the night of July 27th while I was asleep. At 2:45am, I lost access to my account. I discovered the hack when I received a notification about unauthorized access to my Gmail, leading to the deletion of my Instagram profile. I feel my privacy and rights were violated, and I consider this a criminal act. Despite Instagram's policies to safeguard users, I am frustrated by the lack of assistance provided to me in this situation.

I am experiencing trouble logging into Facebook. The system claims I do not exist, and my usual password does not work. I have used this login info since opening my Facebook account. I usually log in under the username [redacted] After my email was hacked 3 or 4 years ago, I changed it to [redacted] Although I am the same person, I am encountering constant issues. I no longer use [redacted] due to the hacking incident where my password and credit card were compromised. Resolving the matter was incredibly stressful. Now, I am dealing with login problems on Facebook. I require assistance. Please reach out to me via email at [redacted] with a contact number for speaking with a customer service representative, not an automated system.

I recently changed my password and seem to have made an error. I (J.H.) am unable to access my account. I have submitted my license to verify my identity and am eagerly awaiting a 6-digit code to regain access. My previous email with insight bb is outdated, suggesting I need the code sent to my Time Warner Cable email instead. To confirm my identity, I sent a message containing variations of my names but realize now I should have just used (Judy Hughes). I am employed at Warrick County School Corp, and the profile picture dates back to around 30 years ago. I kindly ask for your assistance in resetting my password, as I rely on accessing a specific embroidery group. Thank you for your support, and I apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Hello,
I am reaching out because I believe you are present on both Instagram and Facebook. I am facing an unresolved issue with my Instagram account, tasha_1812, which has been hacked. The hackers changed the email address associated with the account, preventing me from resetting the password. I have attempted to contact Instagram without success. They suggested I provide a photo of myself with a four-digit code to regain access, but I am uncomfortable with this method. I am concerned about my personal information on the account, especially photos of my niece and other family members. Could you please advise on an alternative way to recover my account? Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

I have been made aware by my sister that there is a photograph on my grandson's mother's Facebook profile displaying my 4-year-old grandson naked, urinating with his back to the camera, his head turned toward the photographer. The image is concerning as my grandson did not consent to it being shared, putting him at risk of online predators in his local area who may recognize him.
After reading through Facebook's Community Standards on Child Nudity and Sexual Exploitation, I found that posting content that shows child nudity is prohibited. The standards outline that nudity includes close-ups of fully exposed buttocks or children older than toddlers not wearing clothes from the neck to the knee, which applies in this case as my grandson is 4 years old and not clothed from neck to ankles.
I have asked my grandson's mother to remove the image for his safety, but she has declined. As his grandmother and in accordance with your policies, I am formally requesting the removal of this picture.

I recently tried to buy bingo chips on Bingo Blitz and ended up with four debits in my bank account instead of one. Three of these charges seem to be for coins which I never purchase. I need your assistance to rectify this issue as soon as possible. My bank account is short $98.61 due to other bills being due at the end of the month. I realize there may have been an error when I attempted to get the chest with food in it. The chest did not show up three times, so I tried again, and on the fourth try, the chest was acknowledged using my credit. I spoke to my bank, and they confirmed there were three debits of $32.87 each that need to be refunded to avoid any non-sufficient funds on my account. The total amount in question is $98.61 USD. I would appreciate it if you could review my account to see the debits that have occurred. I truly enjoy playing this game and hope we can resolve this matter promptly. Thank you for your understanding and assistance. Warm regards, P. Mascia.

Our situation needs to be addressed as we have a name similarity issue. We purchased a budget phone, and it seems Facebook allows this kind of mix-up. Here is the number that was included with the phone. The other number belongs to my aunt residing in a nursing home; she doesn't share her number. Either someone there is stealing or there has been a major mistake made. I may contact my wife, who is informing everyone with a similar name to Mooney. If they are considering joining, we will share our experience, as it seems the mix-up is because our last name sounds like Mooney. We believe it would be wise to inform others with the same last name to prevent this issue since Facebook doesn't seem to support name changes.

After getting a new phone, I excitedly downloaded the Facebook app and accidentally created a new account with my existing email address, resulting in two accounts - one with my photo and the other without. I've attempted to delete the new account to no avail, as it keeps reappearing. I am frustrated because I want to access my original account, the one with the photo ([redacted]) but I can't seem to figure out how to resolve the issue. I am currently unable to use Facebook until I can find a solution.

My FB account seems to have been hacked. Despite changing the password multiple times, I am unable to submit a code for account recovery. I cannot receive the SMS code since my account has no attached phone number. Accessing the code generator recommended by FB is not an option as I am locked out of my account. I want to either regain access or permanently close my account without success. I feel uneasy not knowing what's happening on my account. While I managed some access through Google, I can't open the account on the app, which I usually use. The instructions keep leading me in circles back to two-factor authentication, which isn't working due to the SMS code issue.

I appear to have been censored by Facebook. I have not engaged in any misconduct other than being conservative. Those at Facebook should act like adults and not try to control others. This behavior is why stricter regulations may come for platforms like Facebook and Twitter to ensure an open exchange of ideas. We must resist censorship and protect our 1st amendment rights. Unfortunately, some are blinded by hate. Please contact me to discuss this matter further. My phone number is [redacted].

I recently struggled to remember my Facebook password after weeks of attempts, I decided to use the "forgot password" option. Unfortunately, the email linked to my account was inaccessible due to an old email that my ex changed during a difficult time. Although I remembered my original password, a new one was sent to the email I can no longer access. I heard that I could send a picture of my ID to verify my identity. Can anyone confirm this? My name is Chantelle S-F and the email tied to my account is [redacted] Any assistance in accessing my account would be greatly appreciated as I have valuable pictures I don't want to lose.

On July 19, [redacted], I received a video from a friend, or so I thought. When I played it, strange things started happening on my screen, prompting me with questions about being from Texas and Ontario, Canada. I realized something was wrong and tried to change my password to stop it. Since then, I have struggled to regain access to my Facebook and Messenger accounts. Unfortunately, my phone is not generating the Code Generator, causing further issues. My email has also stopped working. Please reach out to me through my phone, as my email is currently inaccessible. Additionally, a Facebook account has been created under my phone number without my consent, under the username Baxter Sheila. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thank you for your help.

When I tried to log back into Facebook, I was notified that my session had expired and prompted to log in again. Unfortunately, I couldn't recall my password, so I followed the "forgot password" link and entered my phone number. The system informed me that the phone number did not match any existing profiles. Consequently, I attempted to create a new Facebook account with the same phone number, only to be informed that the profile associated with that number had been disabled. As a result, I find myself unable to regain access to my original account or to create a new one.

I have previously reported that my account was hacked. Despite deactivating "melissa" from my account years ago, I continue to receive emails about her. I want to make it clear that I do not have nor want a Facebook account. The re-appearance of "melissa" suggests a security issue on your end.
Kindly permanently remove my email, "[redacted]," from any association with Facebook. I request to cease receiving any further emails from Facebook, as I do not have an account and am not linked to "melissa." Please ensure my email is eliminated from your records and my non-existent account is permanently deleted.
