I am continuously experiencing hacking issues from an individual in Nigeria without a profile picture. Despite changing my password twice, the hacker gains access to my account, which is linked to Messenger. I never signed up for Messenger and am puzzled by this breach. I had saved a screenshot of the hacker's number but it disappeared. Even a friend of mine received a friend request from the same unknown person. The situation is distressing, and I seek assistance to resolve this ongoing security problem. Your help in addressing this matter is greatly appreciated.

Hello, I am VimalaDevi R. and I'm having trouble logging into my Facebook account. Normally, I receive a login code via SMS when I attempt to log in for added security. I recently received an email about someone trying to access my account, and since then I haven't been able to log in. Despite trying for 4-5 days, I haven't received any SMS codes after entering my email and password. I need help to ensure I can receive the login codes through my email so I can access my account. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I listed my repair shop, Fiberglass and More, on Marketplace in Ennis, Texas. With over 30 years of experience and certification in collision repair, I was surprised when my listing got pulled, stating it's pending. I'm baffled because there are other questionable repair shops listed. I've had Facebook pages before without issue. My name is Bill Haas. You can reach me at [redacted] or email me at [redacted] I'm simply asking for a fair chance and some clarity on why my shop is facing this obstacle. Just looking for some guidance on how to proceed if I can open a new page. Thank you.

I need assistance with redirecting a canceled payment to a different bank account as the original bank account is overdrawn. It would be helpful to have a dedicated customer service phone number for Facebook to address such concerns promptly and personally. As Facebook is now handling financial transactions and sensitive data, having direct customer support would provide reassurance and efficient assistance. It is important for customers to feel valued and have access to immediate assistance. I recommend improving customer service by implementing a phone support system to demonstrate care and support for users. Thank you.

I believe my Facebook account has been compromised. My contacts have received a suspicious message urging them to click a link. This might have happened after clicking on a similar message sent by a contact ("Rachel Ray" - not the celebrity). I use an Android device, and my text messages were directed to the Facebook Messenger app by default, which I forgot about. Consequently, the reset codes were being sent to Messenger, which I couldn't access due to the account hack. I've been unable to reset my password successfully. Although I've now switched my default texting settings back to my phone's messaging app, I've exceeded the limit for resending codes after multiple failed attempts. I've waited approximately 5 hours before trying again with no luck.

I have been using the same Facebook account and email address for a decade. Unfortunately, I unknowingly fell victim to a phishing scam around 7/1/18 when I entered my password on a deceptive login page. Strange email notifications from unfamiliar individuals started to appear, but I didn't realize the issue until two weeks later when I attempted to log in and discovered I was locked out. The account recovery process required me to identify photos of friends, but since I had unfriended everyone two years ago, this has left me unable to regain access. I am a member of two Facebook groups, The Glen Willow Chanters and The Institute for Historical Survey Foundation, and believe I could recognize members from these groups. Additionally, I could identify pending friend requests from before July, which numbered several dozen.

I received a notification that someone accessed my account and I was prompted to change my password through the app. After doing so, I was signed out and tried the forgot password process but didn't receive the SMS text with the pin on my phone. This happened multiple times, and now I'm locked out. I also couldn't retrieve my Facebook account using my phone number. The last few times I tried, the email with the code was the same ([redacted]). An error message popped up saying "resend failed." I tried changing the password for my Facebook account on my phone, but even after receiving the email with the code, I didn't receive the SMS text on my phone to enter the pin. I want this resolved quickly as I can't access my Messenger either. Thank you.

I have attached his current profile information. This individual, J.L.A., has posted harassing comments and slander about me. He created two profiles: fb.com/luiscanfly and another with the same name. He contacted my girlfriend at the time, K.C.R., spreading lies about me being gay. He continually messaged her and posted false information on social media. Despite being blocked, he threatened to fabricate damaging lies. He rides a unicycle in his profile picture. He has caused significant distress, even leading to the end of my relationship. Please take action.

I have attached the information regarding the user with two profiles, one being fb.com/luiscanfly. This individual, Jose Luis Argueta, has made harassing and slanderous comments about me, including contacting my ex-girlfriend (initials K.C.R.) with false accusations. He has two profiles under his name, one being on Facebook as mentioned above. He was last seen riding a unicycle. Despite being blocked, he continued spreading lies about me. I urge for assistance in locating him as he has threatened to further damage my reputation with baseless accusations. My ex can attest to his harassment, which caused her to leave me. Please help in addressing this issue.

Two days ago, an old account that I thought was deleted resurfaced and was hijacked to send spam. I reported this to the FBI's cyber division, and Facebook promptly removed the profile. However, when I searched my name, I found more old profiles I created before Facebook had strong security measures. Some of these accounts reappeared and, due to their age, I couldn't recover them to delete them again. Although these accounts weren't compromised, I worry about future hijacking as I can't access them. I'd like Facebook to review and delete these accounts once more as they keep reappearing inexplicably. I'm willing to provide verification like my driver's license since I no longer have the recovery information. Despite thinking these accounts were gone, I have reported them to Facebook.

I created a new Facebook account because my previous one got disabled suddenly. Now, the new account I made tonight is also inaccessible as it's under review after I submitted a picture for security verification. It's frustrating not being able to log in. I can't find any customer support to resolve this issue quickly. I haven't received any emails from the Facebook Help Center either. I need assistance as soon as possible. My name on Facebook is Devin Herndon. Please help me fix this. It's been a week since I lost access to my initial account, and now I can't even set up my new one properly due to this verification process causing delays.

I created a new Facebook account last night after my first one got disabled a week ago. Now, I can't log into the new account because Facebook is reviewing a picture I submitted for security reasons. I am frustrated as I haven't been able to use either account. I can't reach customer service and I haven't received any emails from the Facebook help center. I just want to be able to log in, finish setting up my profile and pages. Here is my name and phone number for reference: Devin H., [redacted]. Please assist me in resolving this issue promptly.

Hello, my name is Eli K. I recently discovered my Facebook account was hacked approximately three weeks ago, and the password was changed. Ordinarily, this wouldn't have posed a problem as I could have received a code sent to my phone number. However, over time, my phone number was updated on my profile, but I encountered difficulty changing it back because it seems another profile already uses that number. When I selected the option indicating that my profile had been hacked, I managed to create a new password. Regrettably, the security measures then prevented me from using this new password, requesting that I verify my identity on a different phone or device that I had recently used for Facebook or have a code sent to the phone linked to the profile. This is where I faced an obstacle since I no longer have access to that phone number.

I have had a Facebook account for over 15 years. In November of [redacted], amidst the post-election political disagreements, I took a break while leaving my account and page open without logging out, which was not a good practice. Recently, when I tried to log back in, I realized I had forgotten my password. Despite several attempts to recover it by following the "forgot password" instructions, I never received the passcode via email or text. Suspecting hacking due to unauthorized photos on my page, I ultimately created a new account with the same name since I couldn't delete the original one without access. Unfortunately, the new account has now been disabled, claiming I am pretending to be someone else, which is not true. I rely on Facebook to connect with others, especially as the sole caregiver for my mother with Alzheimer's. I am part of a support group for Memory People. Any help would be appreciated.

I recently had to change the password to my very first Facebook account that I started 10 years ago. My ex-boyfriend knew the previous password and was posting hurtful things. I typically used combinations related to my kids' names, favorite team Auburn, or my name, which he knew. When I changed it, I ensured it was something entirely different. This Facebook page holds sentimental value as it contains all my photos and connections from over the years. The associated email is with Yahoo, and I changed the password for that as well. Although I've started a new account, it doesn't compare. I feel disheartened and lost without access to my old account. Unfortunately, I no longer have the recovery phone number either. I humbly request assistance in retrieving my old page. Thank you for considering helping me regain access.

I've had my Facebook account for about a decade; however, I can't access it because it's saying my password is incorrect. I've tried all the passwords I can remember without success. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the phone number or Yahoo email linked to the account. I've followed Facebook's suggestions to no avail. I've even attempted to recover my Yahoo account, which seems to have been deleted permanently. I'm desperate to regain access as my account holds memories from my teenage years, my two children, my failed marriage, and my new relationship. Please help me retrieve my account. My name is Kelley Marie Richardson, formerly known as Hull, born on March 19, [redacted], in Arkansas. I'm willing to provide any necessary information; I just don't want to lose my account forever.

I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account due to password loss. When attempting to recover it, the system prompts me to enter a code sent to my old inactive email instead of my usual mobile number. Upon trying the trusted contacts method, I was asked to provide a new mobile number or email to receive a code. After entering a new mobile number, I received a code that ended up opening an account for a different user named "Ahmad Genidy" instead of mine. Trying once more, I used a new email address but faced difficulty finding where to input the verification code sent by Facebook. Subsequent recovery attempts were fruitless as I was informed the tool is temporarily disabled for overuse. My account name is Marwa Mahmoud, and the mobile number associated with it is +[redacted]80.

I'm Christyline Ruiz, and since 7/23/[redacted], I've been seeking assistance with a Facebook issue. My account got locked due to a clickbait message. I received an email about someone trying to access my account, so I changed the password and logged out of all devices. However, upon logging back in, the account now requires a code generator, which I didn't have before. Despite changing my password multiple times, I'm unable to retrieve the necessary code. I have friends who reported the issue on their pages on my behalf and even sent a picture of my driver's license to prove ownership. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, my name is Munnah, and I manage the Facebook fan page @thelibprincess as a public figure since ****. Recently, I've been hacked, and someone who gained access to my page has been posting false information and damaging my image. This individual removed me from the page and changed the email address associated with it, making it impossible for me to regain control. Despite being a verified artist and able to post through Facebook mentions, this hacker continues to spread lies to my 31,[redacted]+ fans. I urgently need assistance to remove this person and regain access to my page.

I encountered an issue on Facebook. The advertisement linked to my page fb.com/GamerCreative was posted on it. Unfortunately, the page got hacked yesterday, and I am unable to regain access. I am the rightful owner of the page, and the email associated has always been mine. I have the necessary details for recovery, including access to my backup account also serving as an admin. The ad ([redacted][redacted]) in question is one from my compromised page. I have exhausted the options provided by Facebook to recover it, and I am uncertain of my next steps. I fear losing all the content and efforts put into creating the page. Please find attached evidence of my ownership through the profile picture on the page's biography section.
