I attempted to create a Facebook page for my non-profit, Teaching Haiti, but I seem to have made an error as my personal page, Mary Weidner Williams, has become intertwined with Teaching Haiti. I receive constant text alerts for Teaching Haiti notifications but can't access them. The account won't allow me in. I've tried to remove Teaching Haiti but I need guidance on where to start. Your assistance is much appreciated. Thank you.

I've been dealing with a complex situation involving threats and harassment on social media that has escalated to needing police involvement. After reporting someone for threatening my life, I found my Facebook account suddenly shut down. I've provided Facebook with extensive verification materials like government IDs, birth certificates, and even medical records, but my account remains inaccessible. My business name, tied to various online accounts, is affected, and I urgently need access to download important media before the account is permanently closed. Despite my efforts to reach out and comply with their requests, Facebook's responses seem automated and offer no resolution. This has been ongoing for months now, and I am in desperate need of real assistance to resolve this troubling situation.

Yesterday, I received a warning for posting sunglasses in a Facebook group meant for buying and selling items. After receiving a verification code for my phone, I attempted to repost the sunglasses but now I am unable to log in. Each time I try to do the security check, I keep getting the message: "For your protection, we limit the number of attempts allowed. Please try again later." Even after successfully completing the photo recognition security test once a day, I am still unable to sign in. When I tried to appeal for a disabled account, I received an error message prompting me to ensure I have included all required information. I am in need of help as I am losing customers from my Facebook page. Thank you.

I am Milton R. Williams and I need help from Facebook regarding an issue. There is a person named Kathleen Sebelius at [redacted] who is using my name to promote a scheme by emailing my friends and relatives, telling them they have won money and to contact her at the provided number. Hello, I am seeking assistance in recovering my original Facebook account, which was operational until the evening of March 22nd. I received a request on March 22nd to confirm my account. After confirming, I discovered it was a new account under my name with a different password and missing my photos, contacts, and comments. Despite expressing my concern, I received repeated requests to accept this new account. My original account has been inaccessible for three days, replaced by this new one with unfamiliar contacts. I chose to unsubscribe from the new account, as my original one remains inaccessible. The continuous cycle of being directed to this new account is frustrating. I urge you to restore my original account with all its contents intact. Thank you, [redacted]

I've been attempting to link my e-commerce shopping cart app to our Facebook page. Usually, this is a straightforward process without any hitches. However, I've encountered an issue while trying to connect it to our client's Facebook page. The system is indicating that there is already a shop linked to this page, even though I have removed any visible shop connections. This unexpected problem is preventing me from completing the setup seamlessly.

I've been locked out of my Facebook account and suspect it was hacked. I received multiple notifications of login attempts from Newark, New Jersey, a location I'm unfamiliar with. Being an admin for another page I monitor regularly, I urgently need to regain access to Facebook; it's been over four days now. Despite sending copies of my driver's license and other requested information, I still can't log in. The lack of response from Facebook has left me confused and worried. I'd appreciate a prompt resolution to this issue. Thank you.

I oversee various Facebook pages, including my personal account. Previously, I could easily switch between the pages and post content separately. However, as of yesterday, I have been facing an issue. While I can access each Facebook page, I am unable to view their individual feeds. Additionally, any posts I make end up on my personal timeline instead of the intended page. I am unsure of the cause of this sudden change and am unsure of how to resolve it.

I am currently logged into my Facebook account on my home computer. I am unable to sign in on my phone or tablet as I have forgotten my password. When attempting the password recovery procedure by clicking on "forgot my password," the process identifies my account but does not allow me to receive a code via email at [redacted] Clicking on the "continue" button to get the code results in the button graying out with no response. I have successfully recovered my password in the past and am unsure why I am having trouble now. I am hesitant to log out on my home computer out of fear of being locked out there as well. Please assist me with this issue. Regarding a separate matter, several years ago, I unintentionally created a second Facebook account when I was unable to sign in. Despite my attempts to merge the two accounts, Facebook indicated it was not possible and did not provide any solutions. I have refrained from closing the second account due to concerns of losing friends or data. I am aware that I should only have one account and seek guidance on resolving this issue. My aunt recently notified me about the second account, and I would appreciate your assistance once again.

I recently started using Facebook for my business. I don't have a personal account and never had one. However, I accidentally created my page under my wife's account, so she is considered the administrator. I attempted to change the name of the page, but it was unsuccessful due to a recent name change within the last 60 days. Additionally, I tried to alter my role but encountered difficulties. I appreciate any assistance with resolving this issue.

I have recently been billed $[redacted].46 by Facebook for an unauthorized ad that I was unaware of. Despite being a longtime and honest customer who previously resolved a similar issue by paying half the bill, Facebook has denied my request for a refund this time. As an author who has consistently run small ads to promote my author page under the name Jon Katz, I find it unreasonable to be charged for an ad of this size that ran without my knowledge. I have tried contacting Facebook without success, and even reached out to the New York State Attorney General's office, only to be mischaracterized by Facebook as someone with a history of disputing payments, which is untrue and upsetting. I value my Facebook page and have a track record of paying for ads, but I am currently unable to access this feature due to the situation. I am at a loss for how to proceed and am disappointed by the lack of customer support. Any assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I need to deactivate my Facebook account due to personal reasons. I am facing challenges as I cannot recall my updated Facebook and Yahoo email addresses. Despite my efforts to use the account recovery methods for both companies, I find myself stuck in a loop without progress. The issue arises as I am unable to reset my Facebook password without access to my Yahoo account, which has an outdated recovery cell number linked to it. Yahoo's Password Helper is not guiding me to recover my account through secret questions as expected. My priority is to deactivate my Facebook account linked to the username facebook.com/katieggalbreath. In case a full name is required, please use the name Galbreath Katie. The associated email address is [redacted] I can provide the missing digits for the outdated recovery cell number, but this detail has not been helpful so far. The current email address is [redacted], and my contact number is [redacted]. Thank you for your assistance. - Katie

In [redacted] or [redacted], I established an organizational page known as "Geared for Life" in Metro Detroit for fundraising. The volunteer, Eddie Mitchell (Mulak), who assisted me recently, seems to have removed the page. I founded this group back in [redacted], and it is crucial for our upcoming June fundraiser that I regain access to it. I am hopeful that the page is archived and that I can retrieve it. Starting over would be quite challenging for us at this point. Any assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Our Facebook page, Green World Path International, has been tampered with by ex-employees promoting Thoron Environmental Services. We are currently unable to access our page as they have changed the login details. This situation appears to be a violation, with our posts now advertising their new company. Our immediate goals are to regain control of our account, reset the password, and block contacts affiliated with Thoron Environmental Services. For further communication, please reach out to me at [redacted] or contact at PH: [redacted].

Good Morning, I am experiencing difficulty accessing my account due to a security lock prompted by suspicious activity on my Facebook account. The message indicates that my account may have been compromised through a phishing attack. I am attempting to pass the security check by identifying people in photos, but I encounter an error message stating, "www.facebook.com is currently unable to handle this request." I have been facing this issue consistently since last night. Thank you, Phil G.

I have encountered an issue with my Facebook pages. I had two pages with the same name, one was published, and the other was not. Attempting to change the username on the unpublished page inadvertently led to Facebook changing the username on my published page instead. Unfortunately, since it can only be changed once, I am now unable to revert to the original username. I kindly request assistance in restoring the original username to my published page. Thank you.

My fiancée, Janie Conway, had her Facebook account locked three months ago after reporting a scammer who was trying to extort money from her under the false pretense of a Facebook lottery. The scammer posed as a Facebook executive with the name "Evonne Chrisman Charlotte Slater." Janie knew it was a scam and reported the incident to Facebook, but her account got temporarily locked the next day. Facebook requested copies of her ID, but Janie is hesitant to provide sensitive information. Despite multiple attempts to contact Facebook for assistance, the issue remains unresolved. I, Kieran Ginnelly, have vouched for Janie's identity, but my account also got locked each time I reached out to Facebook. Janie does not want to compromise her security by sharing her documents. If you can help unlock Janie's account, we are willing to pay a fee. You can confirm the details through Janie's email, [redacted], and my email, [redacted] We appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you. Mr. Kieran Anthony Ginnelly.

I am experiencing an issue with my Facebook page where I am unable to view photos or identity icons. When trying to access my "home page," no pictures load. Additionally, I am encountering difficulties logging into Facebook as I receive an error message prompting me to enable cookies on my browser, despite attempting to do so on Chrome, Explorer, and Firefox. I have McAfee Total Protection installed, ruling out a Windows 10 problem according to Microsoft support. Could this be a virus causing files not to load correctly in the browser? This issue has persisted for two weeks, and after researching online, it seems to be a common problem with Facebook. Unfortunately, Facebook support has been unhelpful. I am hopeful that someone with experience in this matter can assist me in resolving this issue.

My son, Steven Martin, aged 21, has a chronic condition known as Autism Spectrum Disorder, a mental illness. He resides in Malta, Europe, and has been a victim of severe bullying, including physical and cyberbullying, which has greatly impacted his self-esteem. Despite reporting the issue to the Malta Police, no action has been taken by Facebook to address the cyberbullying. The situation has become so serious that my son is now considering suicide. If the fake Facebook page "Tixtieq Int Freestyler Daqs Steve Martin" is not removed within 48 hours, I will proceed with legal action against Facebook USA. I stress that the Malta Police are involved in this matter. Failure to act may result in serious consequences, and I urge immediate intervention to prevent any further harm. Edward W. I believe there was confusion due to me sharing a link multiple times on friends' comments and my own page. A video clip with sound, sent by my nephew, was posted on my page with untrue statements and unauthorized use of my pictures. I expressed my upset in comments but later deleted them. Despite reaching out to friends through chat, Facebook seemed hesitant to deliver my messages. I fear misunderstandings may have arisen. I have contacted a few friends to suggest a small donation through the link, which is from a legitimate company aiding people through donations for charity cases. I wish to clarify any misconceptions before any issues arise. Although no immediate action has been taken, Facebook mentioned they are investigating. Here is my link, occasionally showing a picture automatically: [redacted]. Enjoy the picture on it, if it appears.
