I am Meghan Berry, and my Facebook account has been locked by Facebook. Someone has created multiple fraudulent profiles using my name without any pictures and posted my images on various pages. Facebook notified me that my content is inappropriate. I am deeply distressed as someone accessed my Gmail, used my credentials for Facebook, and Facebook has not contacted me regarding this issue. Now I am unable to access my account, and my reputation has been tarnished. I am disappointed by Facebook's lack of consideration. I request to regain access to my original account, Meghan Berry, and have all the other fake accounts deleted.

I recently contacted you about my hacked Facebook accounts, [redacted] and [redacted], and an unauthorized account opened with [redacted] I am struggling to regain access to my accounts due to the complex process. I would like more empathy and assistance in resolving this issue quickly. I mentioned in my previous message that dealing with my banks has been easier than with Facebook. Hello, I recently boosted a Facebook post on my business account "BlackSun BodyArt" for 5 days spending $8. Later, I discovered that the option to extend the boost period was automatically checked, and without realizing, I confirmed the change for 5 more days, increasing the total to $18 instead of the original $8. I am seeking a refund of $10. Thanks.

I misplaced my old phone and recently acquired a new one. I can't log into my Facebook account on the new device because it's requesting an access code sent to my old mobile number, which I no longer have access to. I've attempted to use a trusted friend's contact for help but that didn't resolve the issue. Hello, I encountered an issue yesterday while using the supermarket's WiFi near my home. Upon logging in, I am constantly prompted to confirm my identity. Unfortunately, I am unable to complete the first challenge as I cannot log in initially. I then attempted the second challenge of identifying some friends, and I am confident in my answers, but I am still unable to log in. The message I receive states "confirm not approved." My husband's computer recently stopped working, and while setting up his new laptop, he realized he couldn't remember his Facebook password. Unfortunately, he was registered under an old email that is no longer active, making it impossible to communicate with Facebook's system. After numerous unsuccessful attempts, he decided to create a new account, but Facebook's review process is holding him back, requesting to verify his identity. I intentionally moved a conversation with a contact to message requests on Messenger to keep it out of my inbox. However, when I later replied and it went back to my inbox, I noticed that when I use the 'search conversation' feature, the previous messages prior to ignoring the person do not show up. Even though the chat was not deleted and I can scroll up to see the older messages, not being able to search for them is problematic for me. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue as this feature is quite vital to me.

I'm having trouble accessing my account through Facebook. The error message "error 1" pops up on the app and a general error message appears on my computer. This issue started after I upgraded my phone and reset my old device. I visited the Apple store to rule out any phone problems, and they confirmed that Facebook is the issue, not my phone.

I encountered an issue with my account being timed out and automatically logged out. When I tried to log back in, it prompted me that my password was outdated. Surprisingly, my account also displayed a different name which I hadn't set. Moreover, the email address linked to my Facebook account is no longer accessible, preventing me from retrieving my account. I urgently need access as it contains precious photographs that I cannot replace.

I recently received an email containing a code to reset my password. Upon following the link provided to access Facebook, I discovered that my account along with my Instagram account have been deactivated. The rationale cited was "Repeated behavior not allowed on Facebook, as it violates Community Standards" among other unspecified reasons. I would like to highlight that I have never posted anything that goes against these standards. To address this problem, I attempted to resolve it by submitting my identification through the designated form. This occurrence took place approximately 3 hours ago. My account has been disabled and I was informed that someone falsely reported me for sending rude messages. I am unable to receive the code via the old phone number [redacted], as I've changed it to [redacted] on Facebook under the name Joyce Diane, previously Joyce Noah Stephenson. There is a Facebook account under the name Sweta Patil that has been using my account to post. My account name is Manali Palav. Sweta Patil has been posting my profile picture as her own, and that account appears to be suspicious. Please either delete the Sweta Patil account or secure my account. I have linked my mobile phone number to my Facebook account but have not received a verification code for a long time. After unsuccessful attempts, I decided to change my email address. Once I did that, I went through the Trusted Contacts process and received a message saying I have confirmed my identity. I have been struggling to retrieve my Facebook reset code since around August 27th when I encountered a virus through Facebook Messenger. My Facebook account was hacked two weeks ago, and I have been struggling to reset the password and recover it ever since. Despite my efforts, I have not been successful in regaining access. Every time I try to reset the password, I receive an error message stating an incorrect username. The individual who hacked my account changed the password and is now using the username "India Pak Ka Sala." My original username was "[redacted]" I kindly ask for the account to be blocked, and for appropriate action to be taken against the hacker.

I forgot the password for my Facebook account. I have not received a code through my Yahoo email. To try to locate my original active account, I created a new Facebook account. However, every time I enter the recovery email or phone number for my original account, it redirects me to the new account. When I enter my Facebook user ID and attempt to reset the password, it keeps directing me to the new account. I am unable to log in using my phone number and email on my original Facebook account.

I recently upgraded to a new iPhone 11 Pro and encountered an issue transferring my Facebook profile. After moving my apps to the new device, my Facebook profile did not transfer correctly. Now, when I log in with my current credentials, it opens a blank profile. I've tried accessing my old profile from both my phone and desktop, but it keeps leading me to this new empty profile.
