Today my father's Facebook account was hacked. The hacker sent messages asking for money to many people through his account, providing bank details for transfers and then deleting the messages. I changed my father's password and deleted the account to stop further misuse. I am worried if the hacker can reopen the account. My father is very stressed and planning to report this to the police. We seek help from Facebook on how to resolve this issue.

I have been experiencing issues with my Samsung Galaxy S10 for several weeks now. Various apps have been crashing randomly even though my phone is up to date. Recently, I encountered a problem with my Facebook account being logged out, and I am unable to log back in as I have forgotten the associated email address and cannot reset the password. Despite uninstalling and updating the app, I am unable to complete the two-factor authentication process as the code entry prompt simply refreshes the screen without any error messages whenever I enter the code. I have tried different codes to no avail. Your help in resolving these issues would be greatly appreciated.

I recently purchased a new mobile phone. I moved from the UK to Australia over 6 years ago and no longer have access to the original mobile phone or email address associated with my account. Unfortunately, I cannot recall my account username or password to log in on the new device, and I am unable to reset it as the information is sent to my inaccessible email and phone number. I am also unable to update my details on the old mobile I am logged into on Facebook as it requires my forgotten password. How can I resolve this issue without having to create a new Facebook profile and losing all my data? Thank you.

My Facebook account got hacked, and now I'm stuck at the login screen requiring a code sent to my old phone. I have managed to receive codes via email, but I'm unable to bypass the code sent to my old phone. I tried indicating that I don't have access to the phone, which led me to the option to have three friends help. Even after entering all three codes from my friends, I'm still unable to access my account without providing the code from my old phone.

After updating my laptop, I unfortunately lost access to all my passwords. Even though I had them written down, they seem to not be working. Despite trying to reset my password and email multiple times, I'm unable to receive the reset email. It also appears that my phone number isn't being recognized for verification either. My Facebook is accessible on my phone, but due to failed password reset attempts, I'm locked out of my account. I would appreciate any assistance in unlocking my Facebook account, as well as advice on why Facebook is not sending the password reset email to my Yahoo account.

For the past four to five days, I've been attempting to access my Facebook account without success. Every time I open the app, a prompt asks to send a 6-digit code to my phone for a security check. However, after clicking on it, a red error message appears, and I never receive the code. This issue is affecting my clothing page linked to Facebook, as I cannot manage it without access. My account got blocked for sharing something honestly. It's frustrating how Facebook doesn't seem to address the real issues. It's unfair that certain posts receive attention while others get penalized. The platform should differentiate between harmless content and inappropriate posts. People post explicit content without consequences, yet innocent memes get people banned. The rules on Facebook seem arbitrary. A temporary ban for sharing harmless material is unreasonable. Facebook needs to reevaluate its policies to avoid these situations in the future.

I am unable to access my Facebook account. After attempting to reconnect, Facebook informed me of another connection on Windows that was not initiated by me. By mistake, I clicked "yes, it's me," which led to my account being disabled. Unfortunately, I couldn't reset my password as my account was already disabled. Facebook suggested filling out a form in the Help Center for assistance, but the responses are sent to my inactive Facebook email address. I have been using Facebook for over a decade without any issues. However, after returning from a cruise, I discovered my account was gone. Despite multiple attempts to recover it, I was met with a notification about posting too quickly, even though I hadn't posted anything. Frustrated, I created a new account, only to have it disabled due to an alleged name mismatch with my ID. Confused, I decided to retry accessing my old account. Unfortunately, the process keeps sending a verification code to my old phone number, despite updating my email and new number on the account. It's been challenging as it always prompts me to enter the code sent to the old number, which I no longer possess. All I want is to regain access to my account, which holds precious memories of my children over the past decade.

It's common for us to seek jobs in nearby towns. Recently, I encountered an issue with job postings from employers in Shelby Township with the zip code [redacted], over 3.5 hours away. They list their jobs as Shelby, causing confusion and returning irrelevant job listings. I believe it would be helpful if employers were required to specify the exact location of the job by specifying the zip code or providing a dropdown menu potentially with the county name, like Shelby (Oceana) or Shelby Twp (Macomb), to avoid such issues. This change would benefit many individuals looking for jobs in our area.

My Facebook account, under the name Chioma Umeh, Email: [redacted], Phone: [redacted][redacted], was hacked in November [redacted]. I lost my phone, which I think the hacker used to get the security code. They changed the email and phone number. Despite trying to search for the account, it doesn't match. I received a message asking if "Shelburne Town" is the name I use daily. This is not my name, and I have attempted multiple times to delete this page, as it was originally created as a personal page instead of a business page by the previous owner. I was informed that it is linked to the correct page, The Town of Shelburne. I am worried that if I delete it, we might lose followers on the correct page.
