I have been having trouble accessing my Facebook account since I changed my password on September 24th. I am unable to log in as it is asking for a mobile number to receive a text, which I cannot provide because I am locked out of my account. I created a temporary account while waiting for a solution, but it was also disabled. I urgently need to regain access to my main account where all my important information and photos are stored. I can provide screenshots and identification to prove my identity. My new mobile number is 1-[redacted]. If you can assist me in any way or provide me with an email address for Facebook support, I would greatly appreciate it.

One of my Facebook "friends" is sharing false news about me and my family, even creating a dedicated page for it. There are pictures posted as well, which include a close relative who doesn't want to be featured. Despite reporting this to Facebook, only a few images have been removed. Although this person could face consequences, I prefer not to be directly involved and simply want them removed from the platform. I feel an IP ban may be warranted given the extent of the damage caused. It would be helpful to have a conversation to clarify the situation further. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Assistance is appreciated.

My Facebook account has been deactivated by Facebook for the third time. I am not aware of the reason behind this action. I have submitted my details and ID documents. Although I have not violated any policies, spammed anyone, or engaged in any wrongdoings, my account was abruptly removed. I have spent years building my profile and documenting my life and business as a ruby coach, only to have it taken away without warning. Despite my efforts to retrieve my original account, I was informed it was permanently removed. After creating new profiles, each one was met with the same fate. I am at a loss as to why this is happening and desperately seek assistance in recovering my account. I have tried reaching out to Facebook and provided all necessary information to no avail. I urgently need to regain access to my account. My Facebook profile name is/was Kevin Musikanth.

I've been in contact with a guy named Larry Mason on Facebook. According to his profile, he lives in Bardstown, Kentucky, and is selling fishing items. I expressed interest in purchasing his items, and he instructed me to use PayPal friends and family to avoid money holds. However, despite sending messages since November 3, [redacted], the last response I received from him was on November 8, [redacted]. I have paid over $[redacted] for the items using my credit card. I have tried emailing and FaceTiming him for updates on the shipment, but he has not responded to any of my attempts. I'm seeking advice on how to address this issue. - Gary C.

After serving a 2-year prison sentence, I regained access to my Gmail and Facebook accounts. However, I discovered unusual messages that were sent from my account while I was incarcerated, leading me to suspect a compromise. Despite providing my photo ID to recover the account, Facebook continues to send SMS verifications to a number I don't recognize. I created a new account, but it is too closely linked to the old one. I suspect my ex-girlfriend might be involved in hacking my account.

I am locked out of two accounts. The first one is under [redacted], and the second one is under [redacted] I have been unable to access the first account, and that's why I created the second one. I would appreciate any help in regaining access to both of them. The first account contains irreplaceable photos, including memories from my trip to Mexico and over [redacted] pictures of my beloved puppies. I updated my email and phone number, and the new number is associated with the second account, [redacted] Despite sending my photo three times via phone, it always says the link is broken. Please assist me in recovering access to these accounts, even if it's just one. For the Dutchess_2019@icloud account, I know my trusted contacts, but one is no longer on my friends list. Linda A. can confirm my identity if contacted. Her number is [redacted], and mine is [redacted]. I rely on Facebook, especially for selling items to support myself on disability. It has been over two weeks since I lost access, and it's crucial for me to regain entry into one or both accounts.

I am concerned about a inaccurate review on my Facebook page that is negatively impacting my business. The review in question was posted by a person who is supposedly a part of my family by marrying my brother. The negative feedback seems to stem from a personal disagreement rather than an accurate reflection of the service provided. All proper procedures were followed, and confirmation from Citizens Advice supports our actions. Regarding the specifics of the complaint, our standard aftercare procedures were not honored, as the client did not pick up their child from school as arranged. Lashes were still intact 18 days later, indicating a lack of maintenance despite recommendations. Additionally, a 25% discount was applied for the client's final appointment, which was canceled last minute, resulting in standard cancellation fees. The comment asking for the review to be removed due to its misleading content was left by the page admin.

My account was recently hacked from Chicago. It seems that my page has been replaced with a profile belonging to someone else named Lauren Kilroy but has my picture and phone number. I am unable to access my Mother Earth Faeries FTP page, where my Cherri-Rose Facebook page was created. When I tried to change my password after Facebook informed me of the hack, things got worse. I can't log in as the code is sent to my old phone number instead of my new one which is linked to this Lauren Kilroy page that I did not create. My Cherri-Rose page has disappeared, and I need to recover it and delete the unauthorized Lauren Kilroy page associated with my new number that might have been linked to her old, outdated number without my knowledge.

I recently reactivated my account and set up a Facebook account to sell my photographs. I saved Facebook as an icon on my desktop, but when I click on it, it shows that my account is deactivated. I input my email address and password, then it requests my phone number for a code. After I input the code, I can access Facebook, but it asks for a new password each time. Despite using the same password repeatedly, it still works. I have spent hours trying different solutions. When I tried entering my email in a reply, it said it was incorrect, even though it's the one Facebook recognizes and the one I always use. My email is [redacted], and my phone number is [redacted]. I do not smoke, but I am starting to doubt Facebook. I'm willing to provide the password I use, Awd19Dwa66. Please reply to [redacted] as that is where I receive all my emails. Thank you for your assistance. Keith

On November 11, [redacted], I came across a post on my Facebook account that I did not create. The post was advertising a car for sale, claiming it was being sold by "my aunt" and included an email address for inquiries. Subsequently, I started receiving messages through Facebook messenger from strangers inquiring about the car and seeking my "aunt's" contact information. I clarified on my status that I did not make the post, responded to some messages to explain the situation, and then proceeded to report the issue on the Facebook help page. Unfortunately, a day or two later, my account was disabled, and I was unable to access it. In order to regain access, I was prompted to enter a security code sent via text message to my phone number on file; however, the number listed is outdated and no longer valid. Therefore, I am stuck unable to update my contact details or receive the necessary security code to unlock my account.

I am encountering an issue with my Instagram account (username: emandal1). Whenever I try to log in, I am prompted with a message requesting confirmation of account ownership. Despite various attempts to resolve the issue through Instagram's help center and by linking my account to Facebook (which also presents the same issue upon login), I have been unsuccessful in finding a solution. Both my Instagram and Facebook accounts are associated with the email address [redacted], which I currently cannot access. I attempted to update my email on Facebook to [redacted], but I am unable to implement the change on Instagram due to the login issue. Your assistance in rectifying this matter would be greatly appreciated.

One of my friends on Facebook messaged me, informing me about a government grant opportunity via Messenger. Following her advice, I looked up a grant representative mentioned by the friend who claimed I was eligible for the grant too. The representative requested my Facebook email and password for the grant's delivery, along with asking numerous personal questions. Regrettably, I shared my Facebook login details and answered all inquiries. Shortly after, I lost access to my Facebook account as my email address and password were altered without my consent. With the changes made, I am unable to recover my account or receive any notifications. The phone number associated with the account was also changed, leaving me completely locked out without any notifications of these modifications. I urgently need to regain access to my account. If removing the fraudster or recovering my account information proves challenging, I would at least appreciate the opportunity to create a new Facebook account using my existing phone number.

I signed up for an account and enabled two-factor authentication for security. Recently, I deleted the Facebook app due to battery drain and freezing issues, unaware of the repercussions. After removing the app, I realized I forgot to disable two-factor authentication. Now, I'm locked out of my account even though I have it registered on my Authenticator app. I attempted to send verification photos, but received no response. Sending a picture of my ID also yielded no result. Both of these options are listed under the "having issues" sub-menus. I'm in desperate need of assistance.

Hello Facebook Support Team, I am reaching out regarding my longstanding Facebook account that seems to have been altered. Despite having a history with Facebook and over [redacted] friends, I am facing password difficulties. The password I typically used for many years is no longer effective. The primary issue lies in resetting my password due to recent changes in my contact information following a move. Both my email address and phone number are new, making it impossible for me to receive password reset notifications. Furthermore, my new phone number seems to be connected to another individual's Facebook account, leading to login mix-ups and the inadvertent access to a teenage boy's profile. I kindly request assistance in regaining access to my Facebook page by verifying my identity through providing a new email address, phone number, and password. Could you please offer a secure method, perhaps through verification of my driver's license and updated mail, to grant me access to my account? Thank you for your attention and assistance. Best regards, Jim D.

Hello, I've been attempting to report an ad on Facebook for the past 10 days. Unfortunately, when I try to lodge a complaint, the search yields zero results. It seems that Facebook prioritizes ad revenue over user concerns. The issue lies with an advertiser who either sells non-existent products or fails to deliver them. Despite waiting for over 4 months and receiving vague responses, such as "please be patient," the advertiser is unresponsive to emails and the tracking number provided is invalid. There is no available customer service contact. It appears that Facebook shares a similar disregard for its members' problems. I've included some email correspondence as evidence. Thank you. Ian W.

My ex-girlfriend hacked into my Facebook account, impersonated me, and sent inappropriate messages to people. As a result, Facebook deactivated and disabled my account. I need help resolving this issue by reactivating my account with a new username and password to prevent further hacking incidents. I believe my ex was behind the unauthorized messages sent from my account. My Facebook page is crucial for staying in touch with my family and friends, and I am hoping to recover access to it soon.

Hello Facebook, I am having an issue with Google search results showing a description that I accidentally entered. When I search for "New Star Appliance Repair in Calgary," it displays this text. I have been unable to locate this text on my Facebook page to update it. Any assistance in changing this text would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Mike

When trying to log into my Facebook account, I encountered a message stating my account is under review. Despite following the recovery process and submitting a 6-digit code sent to my email, I continually receive the same message about not being able to use my account. On November 18, my account got suspended without a clear reason mentioned. The notification suggests a breach of community standards, possibly related to my online stores selling pet clothing and accessories. I provided three forms of government ID to verify ownership, but after five days, I have not received any response from Facebook. This suspension is affecting my livelihood.

I am deeply sorry for your loss and the distressing situation you are facing with your late mother's Facebook account. After accessing her account and noticing unfamiliar activity, it must be incredibly unsettling. It's essential to safeguard her memory and privacy. I understand your hesitation to log out to prevent being permanently locked out. To regain control of the account, reaching out to Facebook support with the required identification and photos for verification is a good step. By providing the necessary proof of identity, you can hopefully recover the account and honor your mother's memory respectfully. Take care during this difficult time.

My name is Mangesh Lohkare, and I live in Govandi, Mumbai. I am confused as to why my Facebook account has been disabled without any apparent reason.
