I want to address an issue I recently encountered with Facebook. When attempting to log in, a pop-up message appeared stating that my account was under review for security reasons, restricting my access to Facebook. This is the first time I've experienced this in almost a decade of using the platform. As a frequent user for both personal and business purposes, particularly for advertising, this situation is highly inconvenient and impacts my online business negatively. To prevent similar incidents in the future, Facebook should consider emailing users about policy violations 24 hours before suspending their accounts, allowing time for resolution. For individuals heavily reliant on Facebook for advertising and revenue, immediate suspensions can significantly impact their livelihood. It is crucial for Facebook to address these account issues promptly, as the consequences, such as financial losses, can be severe.

I made a purchase from an ad on your site on November 9th. Normally, I use PayPal, but this time it was charged to my debit card. The company texted me a thank you and a link to their website. However, when I checked the site later, it was gone. The transaction on my debit card statement reads as follows: Type: Debit card, Purchaser: S.J.Bone, Description: WEWOIENGOI 11/09 PURCHASE WEWOIENGOI.SI TX. Merchant: Miscellaneous General Merchandise Stores. Transaction category: Shopping & Entertainment: General Merchandise. The text I received confirmed my purchase from dooMaithqq for $19.90 and provided an order link. The website is now down, and I can't reach them by phone. How should I proceed?

I am Premlata Kumari. Someone created a Facebook account using my name without my consent. I did not create this account. It contains all my personal details, which I cannot accept. Although I have a deactivated account for personal reasons, this new account is not mine. I kindly request for it to be permanently closed and to prevent any future instances. I am Premlata Kumari, a consultant optometrist at Narayna Netralya Bangalore and previously an academic head at Sankara Eye Hospital. This unauthorized account should be deleted promptly to avoid further misuse. Please provide your email so I can send additional personal information for your assistance. Thank you, Premlata Kumari

For the past four months, I've been having issues posting media on my performance page. Every time I try to tag a business, photographer, or others, it's inconsistent. I've attempted using both the app and mobile site, and at times the tagging feature works, but other times it doesn't. Just recently, I tagged Suwannee Hulaween successfully but accidentally deleted a tag for Anderson Paak when I went back. Since then, I've struggled to retag and even locate the photographer I wanted to credit. This experience is frustrating, as I want to use my page effectively and consider promoting it if these tagging issues are resolved. Until then, I'm hesitant to invest in further promotion. If the tagging function improves, I would be interested in becoming a paying customer.

Hi Get Human,
I hope you can assist me with this issue. I am a bit hesitant after my FB account was hacked and then permanently disabled. On October 21, [redacted], I received multiple emails from FB about changes to my password. Unfortunately, due to personal circumstances with my ex-partner's health, I was unable to respond promptly. After missing several emails, my account was disabled for allegedly violating community standards. I have tried to explain that I was hacked and not responsible for the violation, but I have not received a response.
I really need access to my account as it holds precious memories of my children. I have created a new account under the name Charley Faulkenberry with a different email address in the absence of a response. Please advise if I should deactivate this new account before requesting the reinstatement of my original one.
Thank you.

Hello, my name is Luc St-Jarre, and my account has been hacked. I have attempted to reset my password, but it seems someone else has taken control of my account. They are reaching out to my friends and luring them into a scam by directing them to a suspicious website where they end up losing money. I cannot log into my Facebook account as it is no longer in my possession. Could you please deactivate or close my account? Kindly notify me once this has been completed. You can reach me at 1-[redacted] or email me at [redacted]

Hello,
My name is Gilad Moskovitz.
Last week, both my personal profile (Gilad Moskovitz) and my real estate profile (Gilad Moskovitz Real Estate) were blocked by Facebook. I pay for services related to my realty work on the platform. After receiving a message from Facebook asking for identity verification, I promptly submitted a scanned copy of my driver's license through the profile message.
Despite my efforts, my profiles remain blocked, causing inconvenience as I rely on them for work purposes. In addition to providing my driver's license, I also shared my government-issued Realty Agents Identity Card to assist in verifying my identity (ID number: [redacted]19).
I kindly request Facebook to unblock my profiles without delay, as I have no outstanding payments for past advertisements. I have diligently followed the necessary steps to prove my legitimacy as a certified Realty Agent approved by the Government.
I am eager for a prompt resolution to this matter so I can resume using my profiles for work. Please contact me via email at [redacted] or by phone at + [redacted] 54 [redacted] to communicate and address this issue effectively.
Thank you for your attention to this issue.
Best regards,
Gilad Moskovitz

I am having trouble accessing my page and account. There is someone with the same name, Dave Zehrung, posting offensive content and taking over my page. I hold admin roles in various groups, such as "Friends of the Upriver Ward," where I create weekly bulletins for my Church. Dealing with this situation has consumed a lot of my time, and I'm considering quitting Facebook altogether. My email is [redacted] If you could restore my account and page, and provide guidance on how to prevent this from happening again, I would be grateful. Otherwise, I will warn my friends about the dangers of using Facebook.

On November 15, [redacted], at 8 a.m. Malaysia time, my Instagram account, @ms_puiyi with 633k followers, was hacked. The account was deactivated, and I can no longer log in even with SMS authentication due to issues with my request. At midnight, my Instagram account was deleted as there was no username or profile picture. The next day, at 9 a.m. (November 16, [redacted]), my Facebook account was also hacked and disabled. It seems my laptop was subject to phishing, allowing the hacker to access my Gmail and reset the Facebook password. Currently, it has been 76 hours since both my Instagram and Facebook were hacked. The hacker changed the authentication phone number and email, locking me out of both accounts. I urgently need assistance with securing my internet accounts.

Hello,
I am attempting to regain access to my account under the name "Donel Garcia." I have access to the associated emails and the phone number that is supposed to receive the verification code for the second level of authentication. Unfortunately, I am experiencing issues where I am not receiving the code as expected.
For privacy purposes, I am using a different name and unable to provide a valid ID. However, I do have all other necessary information such as the email and phone number linked to the account.
I kindly request assistance in sending the verification code to my phone number or alternatively changing it to my associated email address. Thank you.

Earlier this week, my Instagram account was hacked. The hacker changed my username, password, and email address without my permission. I was able to regain access, change my information, and enable two-step authentication with my phone number. However, today I was unexpectedly logged out again. Despite receiving the password reset email, I keep getting redirected to the hacker's help page when trying to change my password. When I request an authentication code, I receive a "challenge_required" message after inputting it. Even using my existing password does not work. I've tried various methods to secure my account and regain access, but it seems to still be compromised. The suspicious activity on my account at 12:57 am in New York, while I'm in Los Angeles, confirms this. I urgently need assistance in recovering my Instagram account or deleting it to prevent identity theft.

I forgot my Facebook password and no longer have access to the email or phone numbers on my account. I requested a PIN from my trusted contacts, reset the password with a new email, and selected the ones I wanted to keep on the screen. However, the confirmation emails I received do not have a link to confirm the email using a code. Now I cannot access my Facebook account. Can someone please help me with this issue?

I noticed a charge from FACEBK WorldW on my checking account and was confused as I haven't used Facebook in years. My daughter explained she made a WWF donation via Facebook using what she thought was her Visa, but it was actually linked to my checking account. I want my account details removed from Facebook as I didn't authorize this transaction or want it to recur. I'm uncertain as to why my information was saved there. Please contact me for any additional details needed to remove my card info from Facebook. This is concerning to me, and I hope for a prompt resolution. Thank you. Monica D.

I previously reported a fake profile under the name Marlene Gibson, causing distress to the family. Surprisingly, I uncovered that my wife, Teresa L Clarke, aided the impersonator. Teresa has numerous accounts such as [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], and phone number [redacted]. She engages in deceitful practices, even having males pose as females on her social media. Her behavior is concerning, and she may attempt to create a new account using her recent phone purchase. I am willing to provide photos for verification if needed. Additionally, there is another suspicious account operated by someone named Rita Orneles. Addressing this issue promptly is crucial to avoid further misuse of your platform by individuals like my wife. Your prompt action on this matter will be greatly appreciated.

Dear Sir,
Facebook has become essential in our society by enabling us to connect with others on a global scale. It has made the world feel smaller, facilitating conversations with friends worldwide or meeting new people. Facebook has cemented its position as a crucial tool for maintaining relationships.
The platform has always been free for users, leading to over 1 billion users. While there are now many social networks, Facebook was instrumental in starting this trend. Personal aspects of our lives, like photos, thoughts, and media preferences, are now shared on social profiles.
The rise of social media, especially Facebook, has pushed brands to improve how they engage with customers. Quick responses to complaints on social media have become essential for any company to maintain a positive reputation.
Among Facebook's features, the "birthday alert feature" stands out for keeping people engaged. I suggest introducing an "Anniversary alert feature" as well, particularly popular in India. It has the potential to enhance users' experience and the events page's visual appeal.
Please consider my suggestion. I would be grateful for your attention to this matter.
Thanks & Regards,
Bhawani Maheshwari

The account was created using her phone number [redacted]9. I need assistance in recovering access as it is unauthorized for anyone to manage our business account without the company's consent. Hello,
I am currently unable to access my Facebook account. This is quite urgent and I need assistance. I have already submitted my ID card. I used to have two-step verification, but I have misplaced my phone despite still having the number. When I try to request a code via text message, I receive an error message stating that too many requests have been made and to try again later. I have only tried twice to receive the code via text message since losing my phone, but the system now indicates that I have exceeded the limit, prompting me to wait 12 hours before trying again, which I have done repeatedly.
I am concerned because my Facebook account includes my business page where I advertise and make payments monthly. I urgently need to regain access to my account. The most efficient solution would be to disable two-step verification and allow entry with only my password. Could you please assist me promptly as my business relies on my Facebook presence?
My Facebook name is Tiko Kobadze. Thank you.

I am seeking assistance with resolving an issue regarding my Instagram account. My name is Kari, and my handle is @westaweird on the platform. As an artist, I utilize my profile for business purposes, with around 2,[redacted] followers. I recently made some changes to the accounts I was following, unfollowing inactive or non-reciprocal users. This action triggered Instagram's system, suspecting me of using unauthorized apps for follower growth, which I did not. Consequently, I am now prompted to reset my password, but regrettably, I am unable to recall my old password. This situation is impacting my business opportunities, and I am concerned about potentially losing access to my account. Your help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I am frustrated with the numerous scams on Facebook advertisements. I have fallen victim to two scams, one involving PayPal and another not, resulting in losing $70 on a car cover. The ads need better screening as scammers from China are taking advantage. One scam involved a fake remote control airplane for $45, another a Costco car canopy cover for $70. I learned the hard way that if an offer seems too good to be true, it likely is. I have yet to receive the products and am out $70. I urge Facebook to take action as scammers continue to rip off unsuspecting individuals.
