While discussing the President's impeachment on a Facebook post by The New York Times, a middle-aged woman named Charlene Tull targeted me and began insulting my writing skills. I responded by calling her a troll and asked her to focus on the topic instead of attacking me personally. To my surprise, my comment was removed by the moderators while hers remained. I feel unfairly treated and would like to seek assistance from the civil rights division regarding this matter.

I have been unable to access my Facebook account for almost two weeks now because I am prompted to verify myself through a phone number that is no longer valid. Although I have an active email linked to my account and can reset my password, I keep ending up on the same page with my outdated phone number, without the option to update it or verify through any other means. Despite submitting forms daily to report the issue, I have not received any responses from Facebook. When I attempted to send my ID for verification, I was not able to proceed because my account is not disabled. This situation is impacting my social media work, causing confusion among my followers, who think I have blocked them. I am at a loss as all my content from the past years is inaccessible. It is worth mentioning that Facebook seems to have my new phone number on record as well. Any guidance on resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Diana

I have been unable to access my account for nearly two weeks because I am being prompted to verify myself, but the phone number they are trying to send the code to is no longer valid. Even though I have an active email connected to my account and can change my password, the system continually leads me back to the same page requesting verification with the outdated phone number, without any other options available. I have been diligently reaching out to Facebook daily through various forms to report the issue, but have not received any response. When attempting to submit my ID to verify my identity, I am told that my account is not disabled and therefore cannot submit identification. As someone who relies on social media for work and has pages and groups linked to my account with a significant following, this situation is extremely troubling.

As the Social Media Manager for Setanta Sports Eurasia, I have been overseeing the company's Facebook page since [redacted]. Recently, my Facebook account was blocked and then disabled based on allegations of infringing intellectual property rights. However, this is a misunderstanding for the following reasons:
1. Setanta Sports Eurasia holds the rights to the content in question, and I can provide evidence from the rights holders if needed.
2. Despite receiving a warning not to upload more content after the first infringement was detected, I complied and did not violate any rules. Subsequently, another old video was reported for infringement.
It is unjust to ban me for outdated content. I maintained compliance after the initial warning, and I was authorized to share the content. I created a new account after the disabling but faced another issue when changing my name.
I want to emphasize that I did not breach any rights and seek assistance as I was unable to address this matter through the Facebook Help Center.

I have received multiple confusing messages claiming there have been friend requests from me that I did not send. I am unsure about the advice to hold my finger on the message to forward it to others. How can I address this misunderstanding and prevent further bothering the person involved?

Hello, I hope you're well. I'm reaching out regarding my disabled Facebook account due to posting about hemp. My account including all photos and content has been completely wiped out without warning. My wife also can't access the page to retrieve photos.
I was previously warned by Facebook for selling hemp, which I assumed was mistaken for illegal marijuana. We were dealing with legal hemp only.
Upon reviewing Facebook guidelines, I noticed the mention of hemp, which appears to be a recent addition as I hadn't seen it before. I regret not investigating further into whether my posts complied with the rules.
I kindly request a review of my case for the potential reinstatement of my account. I pledge to refrain from any hemp-related posts in the future. My main concern is the loss of precious memories stored on the platform.
I appreciate your understanding and hope for a positive resolution. Thank you, M. Craven

I have two Facebook accounts, one I use regularly and the other is neglected. The unused account, displaying a flower profile picture under the name Ellen Quale, seems to have taken over on my iPhone 7+. Instead, I want my active account, with American flags as the profile picture under the same name, to be accessible. Previously, the correct account was effortlessly accessed on my phone until recently. Now I'm constantly redirected to the inactive one. How can I resolve this issue and ensure that my desired account appears on my iPhone 7+ as intended? Thank you for your assistance. Ellen Quale

On November 5th, I received a text from my family concerning Christmas arrangements. The following day, I discovered that my Facebook account had been disabled. I reached out for assistance via email, and Lone Starr informed me that my account had been disabled due to ineligibility. I am now unable to access my account or messenger, and creating a new account is also not possible. I am seeking support in recovering my old account. It is crucial for me to understand the exact violation of the code of conduct that led to this action or to be allowed to create a new account using my current phone number and email address. I prefer not to go through the inconvenience of creating a new email solely for a Facebook account. I suspect my account may have been compromised, leading to unauthorized posts that triggered the account disablement. I kindly request assistance or a contact number to address this matter promptly and earnestly.

I am experiencing login issues with my original account under the name Bob Dack using the email [redacted] I changed my password on September 24th, but the next day, I was unable to log in because it prompted me to choose a mobile number for texting verification, which I cannot do without being logged in. I tried creating a second account, but that was disabled as well. I urgently need access to my main account as all my pictures, information, and identification are stored there. I am unable to log in since September 24th. I would like to update my mobile number to [redacted]0. I am willing to provide screenshots and ID for verification purposes. I am looking to recover my Facebook account. I have followed all the instructions provided: I reset the password and reached out to 3 previous contacts as instructed to activate my account. Unfortunately, these contacts did not respond to my request. Facebook then requested an official photo ID, such as a driver's license or passport, as another method to reactivate my account. I submitted my photo driver's license accordingly. In response, they directed me to www.facebook.com/login/unlock.php and provided me with a temporary password. However, after following these steps, I found myself stuck in the same cycle, being asked again to contact the same 3 former contacts. I kindly ask for a more convenient and accessible process once identity verification has been completed. Thank you for your assistance in resolving this matter. Best regards, Lorenzo A. Gonzalez

My Facebook account got hacked, and although I managed to change my email and reset my password using the 6-digit code sent to my email, I'm stuck with the two-step authentication. I'm not receiving the SMS codes or have a third-party app for code generation. Despite multiple requests for help with no response, I'm unsure what to do without the SMS or app. This issue is crucial for my business on Facebook. Creating a new account would be a significant setback. Can someone please assist me with this?

I am having trouble with the security check on my Facebook account. I have been repeatedly trying to resend the verification code, but I have not received it on my phone for the past few days. Additionally, my Facebook page is not showing up for anyone and on Messenger, there was a message about my account being taken down or reported, though I didn't receive any official notification. My account name is Brandy Hurtado, and my contact number is [redacted], with email [redacted] I believe the issue might be related to changing phones recently. I first used a different phone to log in because my old phone broke, and now I am using a new phone, but I still cannot receive the verification code to pass the security check. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter promptly.

I am having trouble accessing my main account due to a password issue - although I didn't change it, it says it's the old one. I tried to reset it using my School ID when I was 12, but now at 16, Facebook has disabled it, claiming I must be at least 13 to have an account. I've submitted my birth certificate and passport ID to regain access, but it's been a month without a response. Losing access means losing precious memories and photos, please assist me in recovering my account.

Hello Team,
My page "Reclame Vechi Romanesti 1[redacted]" has been hacked! I am from Bucharest, Romania, and my account, Florian Ciobanu, was disabled after being reported by hackers on Facebook. I managed seven pages, with one being the most popular with [redacted],[redacted] fans. Shortly after my profile was disabled, the hackers took control of this page and changed its name from "Reclame Vechi Romanesti 1[redacted]" to "Reclame Vechi." It seems they are using it for their gain.
I feel helpless now. I started this page on May 1, [redacted], and put a lot of effort into creating valuable content. I am a significant collector in my country for old Romanian ads. I have also provided my passport photo to Facebook. I am unable to regain control over my pages.
Please help me restore my page and personal profile. You can verify my identity by searching my name on Google. Currently, I have a temporary exhibition at www.muzeulpublicitatii.ro.
Looking forward to your assistance,
Florian Ciobanu

My name is Ratish R. and my social media advertisement accounts on Facebook and Instagram have been disabled.
I believe there are two reasons for this issue:
1. There is an outstanding unbilled amount of INR [redacted].
2. I logged into my business Instagram and Facebook accounts on a second device, an iPhone.
After this, I was unable to run any promotions on both platforms. I've attempted to add new payment methods, but the system does not accept them.
If my account was deactivated due to the pending amount, I apologize as I neglected to address this during a personal holiday. I assure you this won't happen again.
As a full-time Yoga teacher, promoting my workshops on social media is crucial for my livelihood. I've always followed the advertising rules since a previous rejection.
I rely on Facebook and Instagram for my work, and with many upcoming programs requiring promotion, I kindly ask for the reactivation of my Ad Account. I am committed to following the guidelines going forward.
Thank you for your assistance.
Ratish R.
