My account was locked for a security check. Initially, they asked me to submit a picture of myself. Later, I received an email to change my password. Upon clicking the link, I needed to enter a code sent via email. Despite trying multiple times, I kept getting an error message. I then tried the trusted contacts method with three friends providing codes, but encountered the same error message. Please assist in recovering my account promptly as I manage groups with many members, which is crucial for my job. Thank you!

I am frustrated with the restrictions on posting a banner picture on this platform. The inconsistency in censoring photos is upsetting. While others can post pictures with guns, I am unable to set a banner image that is not offensive. I feel unfairly targeted by the hidden program that selectively censors content. It is disheartening that I am facing limitations while others seemingly don't. I wish there was more fairness and consistency in the way content is regulated on this platform.

My account "Harold Weaver" was inexplicably locked. I created the account for text-based roleplay and provided my phone number to verify my identity. Many friends have roleplay accounts without real images or names and don't face the same issue. I'm disappointed and would like my account unlocked to continue roleplaying with my friends.

Hello Get Human, I am reaching out for assistance in recovering my Facebook and Instagram accounts. Last Tuesday, I was the victim of a robbery where my life was in danger, but fortunately, I am unharmed. I am distressed because the thieves have taken over my accounts, changed the passwords, and possibly even the associated email addresses. They are using my profiles for malicious purposes. I am anxious for my safety and the safety of my family, especially since they have threatened me through messages sent to my friend. I have no conflicts with anyone that would provoke such actions. The accounts hold sensitive information about me and my family. I implore you to help me resolve this situation. Your assistance would mean a lot. Thank you sincerely.

I updated my login settings nearly a year ago and included my CURRENT email address as I no longer use my original one from 10 years ago. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the old email. I attempted to use the "Trusted Friends" method to receive codes but did not receive any email to proceed with confirming my identity. I have the same cell phone number, but I haven't received any confirmation messages there either. I'm extremely frustrated as I am completely locked out of my profile. Please assist me!

I have reported this issue multiple times with no resolution. My Facebook account, which I had for many years, was repeatedly locked due to unauthorized logins from various countries. Despite changing passwords, securing my account, and enabling multi-step verifications, the issue persisted. Even after noticing Facebook sending new credentials to an unfamiliar email address, I couldn't access it. Frustrated, I created a new account, losing over [redacted] original friends in the process. I was in the midst of downloading years of photos from my old account, fearing losing them, when Facebook disabled the account entirely, along with my pictures. I am seeking assistance in recovering my photos from the deactivated account. Reach me at [redacted] Thank you, Lisa Decker.

Hello! I need help recovering my Facebook account. I originally created it with a prepaid phone number and a Hotmail.com email during high school. Over 10 years later, I have a new phone number and email, but I can't access the old ones linked to my account. I recently changed my password but forgot it, and now I can't log in without my original email or phone number. I've tried the support process on Facebook, including sending my ID, but it hasn't been successful. Is there another way to verify my identity to regain access and update my password, email, and phone number? Thank you!

I set up my Facebook page using my email [redacted], which I originally created as my second email account. My primary email is [redacted] After installing the Facebook app on my phone, I was never prompted to enter my password for subsequent logins. Unfortunately, I have forgotten both my Facebook password and the password for my email account. When I try to reset my Facebook password, I can't receive the code via email. Additionally, I can't verify my identity through text or phone call as the number associated with my account, [redacted], is no longer in use. I'm worried about losing access to my longstanding Facebook account.

About three weeks ago, I attempted to log in to my Facebook account only to find it disabled. Despite daily attempts to access it, I keep ending up on the disabled page, where I am asked to provide my name and ID. Despite submitting this information multiple times, I have had no success. The reasons provided for the account disablement include using a fake name, sharing inappropriate content, reaching out to users, or posing as someone else. However, I believe I have not violated any of these guidelines. On my account, my name was listed as Stephanie Marie, which reflects my first and middle names. I did not include my new last name on the account after getting married. Could my account have been hacked? I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue.

Hello,
I'm Linda Subotic. Last week, my Facebook account was hacked, and the hacker changed the email address associated with it, preventing me from resetting my password. Despite reports from family and friends, I have not received any updates on recovering my account, which is essential for my business. I've lost valuable videos and photos of my children. I tried creating a new account but it got disabled, even after submitting two forms of ID. I'm confused and seeking help to restore my original account as it's crucial for my business, which operates on Facebook. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Linda

Hello,
My Facebook account under the name Ado Howard Roark II has been disabled multiple times due to suspected hacking. After changing the password to a more secure one, I was able to regain access in the past. However, today, my account has been disabled again without any explanation or a way to recover it. This account is essential for staying in touch with family across the U.S. and sharing my travel photos from the desert and mountains. I am perplexed by the repeated disabling of my account and the lack of explanation this time. My children use my posts as a way to ensure my safety during hikes and trips in the Southwest. I seek clarity on why this has happened and instructions on how to restore my account. Thank you.
Best, Ado Howard Roark II

Dear Support Team,
I am writing to inquire about the suspension of my account that occurred recently. I am puzzled as to why it was suspended in the first place, as I have always used Facebook for staying in touch with family and friends. This account holds precious memories, especially comments from my late father who passed away four years ago.
I would appreciate it if you could provide me with a reason for the suspension, as I am committed to following Facebook's guidelines and ensuring that any potential mistake is not repeated.
I sincerely hope for a prompt resolution to regain access to my account and all the memories it contains.
Thank you for your assistance in this matter.
Warm regards,
M.A.H.

Hello, Facebook. I need to report an incident that happened tonight. I arranged to meet someone to buy an iPhone 8+ from them. When I arrived at the address given to me, it turned out to be incorrect. Two individuals from a neighboring house approached me and handed me the phone. After I paid, the seller attempted to erase their information from the phone but was taking too long. When I asked for the phone back, they pulled out a gun on me. I retreated to my car, called the authorities, and filed a report. I have screenshots of our conversation and need help in identifying the person involved. This situation is very alarming, and I seek your assistance promptly.

My Facebook account got disabled without any clear reason, leading me to seek assistance. A couple of days ago, I received a notification mentioning suspicious activity on my account. Following Facebook's instructions, I verified my identity. They acknowledged this but stated my account had been disabled, something that has never happened throughout my over a decade on the platform. I am frustrated by this unexpected action. I have a clean record and none of my friends can recall me posting or saying anything inappropriate. I am eager to resolve this matter and regain access to my account.

Since late [redacted], I have had my Facebook accounts continuously hacked. This year, around May/June, three more accounts with my real name and profile picture were created. However, during the photo verification process, I was told I am not who I claim to be. This has prevented me from using Facebook properly. Each time I try to create a new account, I either get locked out immediately or temporarily. The system does not accept my attempts to verify my identity. It feels like I am being banned for trying to use my own information. I am looking for detailed explanations on why this keeps happening and reports on the security measures Facebook has taken to protect my accounts. I just want access to my accounts to retrieve important photos, especially of my child who is no longer here. The situation is frustrating and I hope this final attempt resolves the issue.

We are looking for support with an issue we are experiencing while setting up Facebook Location Pages for our client, Nuffield Health.
Nuffield Health currently has [redacted] Facebook pages for various gym locations.
We aim to transition to the Location Pages Structure where the main brand page acts as the 'parent' and all location pages become 'children'.
Despite following Facebook's advice for over 2 months, we are encountering problems adding the existing location pages:
1) When we upload the Excel file of existing pages, it alters the page ID numbers and produces an error. Reverting them to the original format does not resolve the issue.
2) Since the above method is unsuccessful, we are attempting to upload pages manually. However, Facebook instructs us to change the page location name to match the brand, but upon doing so, it indicates that the page is already in use.
This project holds significant importance for us, and after exploring all available options, we sincerely seek any assistance you can offer.
Best regards,
Fiona O’Donoghue

I encountered an issue with my Facebook account on my phone recently. After attempting to verify with a code, it would not send to my phone. I tried having it sent to my email but was unsuccessful. Subsequently, I was locked out and decided to create a new account only to be blocked immediately. I am involved with rescuing dogs from shelters, and jealousy or misunderstandings seem to have caused this problem. It appears as though my profile was hacked or manipulated, leading me to miss crucial notifications. I urgently require access to my original Facebook account to continue managing groups responsible for saving dogs' lives. This situation is distressing, and I hope to resolve it promptly to prevent any harm to the animals I help.

I have been using my Facebook account for over 10 years without any problems. However, last week, I tried to log in and received a message stating that my account was disabled for violating their policy. I am positive I did not post anything inappropriate. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the email I used to set up my account. I have tried to recover it without success. I submitted my ID to Facebook for verification but I am unsure if they have responded as there was no option to provide an alternative email address. Is there a way to update the email linked to my account to my current one? Alternatively, is there an email address like [redacted] where I can seek assistance with this issue?

Hello Facebook community,
I am writing to address an issue with my website URL www.wodrose.tk being blocked on Facebook. I was surprised to hear from a visitor that they were unable to share the link on Facebook. After checking, I discovered that I have also been restricted from sharing the link on my News Feed and timeline. I believe I have not violated any Facebook policies, but if I unintentionally did so, I apologize. I kindly request to have my website URL www.wodrose.tk unblocked. I appreciate the efforts to enhance security on Facebook. Thank you.

Dear Concerned Party,
I am writing to address a pressing matter that has recently transpired. Earlier today, I was taken aback when I discovered that both my Facebook and Instagram accounts had been inexplicably disabled. As someone who relies on these platforms for professional purposes, this development has caused me considerable distress.
My name is Jennifer Mann, a 27-year-old Italian passport holder currently residing in London. On Facebook, I go by the name Jennifer Mann, and on Instagram, my username is @jcamylee. With 16.7 K followers on Instagram, I have used this platform to further my career as a ballet dancer, yoga teacher, Pilates instructor, and personal trainer. Additionally, I leverage Facebook for networking and have cultivated relationships with individuals across the globe.
I had received a suspicious email prompting me to confirm changes to my account shortly before the disabling incident occurred. Despite my attempts to verify my identity by providing the requested documents, my accounts remain inaccessible. As a full-time student juggling multiple jobs to fund my studies in physiotherapy at Kings College, losing access to these vital channels puts my livelihood at risk.
I implore the relevant authorities to investigate this issue promptly and rectify the situation. Your swift attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.
Sincerely,
Jennifer Mann
