I noticed an unauthorized charge of $[redacted].49 to my bank account today, December 3rd, at around 12:30 PM Pacific Time for a credit report I did not request. I have been a loyal customer of Experian Boost for over 2 years and I never order anything that is not free, especially not at such a high cost. I will contact my bank in the morning to report this as fraud to have the money refunded. It appears that a yearly subscription to Experian Boost was ordered, even though I already have a membership. Please cancel the new membership and refund the $[redacted].49 promptly. I am baffled as to how this happened, as I did not authorize this charge. Thank you for handling this quickly. My membership was meant to be closed in April, with my credit card removed. However, I've been mistakenly charged twice monthly for a membership I no longer want. I spoke to supervisors Kenneth and Fernando who were both unhelpful, stating that I cannot receive a refund. Charges occurred on April 1, April 13, September 1, September 2, November 1, and November 2. They informed me of having two memberships when I should have none. I am seeking assistance to dispute these charges and obtain a refund as I no longer utilize the services.

I noticed a $[redacted] collection item on Karen Bruinsma's credit report from 03-21. Can anyone identify the organization or vendor associated with this? I got an email from IdentityWorks today stating they found a match for my monitored information. I called the number provided but now I'm unsure if the email is genuine.
During the call, they mentioned my email and phone number were compromised, but the person couldn't explain clearly what steps to take or how Experian could help.
I'm seeking guidance on this matter.

I recently received a letter about a security incident involving Oregon Anesthesiology Group PC in Oregon. The letter provided a number, [redacted], to contact for Experian 12 months service due to the breach. When calling, the person answered identifying themselves as being with OAG, but the number seems to be linked to www.sjgsd.com/m/[redacted]. I have an Experian account registered under [redacted], but Yahoo has changed it to [redacted], resulting in me not receiving any emails. Despite my attempts to rectify this with Yahoo, the issue persists. I wish to update my email to [redacted] I am available at [redacted] or the mentioned email address. I've been using Experian for a year now and recently signed up for Boost to improve my credit score. Even though I have three financed items on my record and other financial obligations like car insurance and an account with Aarons, Experian still claims I don't have enough credit history to generate a score. I'm hoping they can review my complete credit history manually and provide me with a score based on all my financial activities.

I am the consumer with the account number #[redacted][redacted]. I have disputed several accounts that are incorrect with creditors who did not make the necessary corrections. Premier Bank, where I am under medical leave, approved insurance protection that should pay the account monthly for a year. However, the payments were made every 4 months or every 3 months instead, which has negatively impacted my credit. Despite multiple requests and evidence provided, Premier Bank has not corrected the payment history in response to three dispute reports. Moreover, Capitol One has inaccurately reported my account ending in #[redacted]. I made payments of $[redacted] monthly for six months, whereas the actual payments due were $30. Additionally, Cornerstone Financial Credit Union has not updated the status of my account from charge off to paid in full after being investigated for two months. Despite my efforts to rectify the situation by contacting the companies and making payments, no corrections have been made. Furthermore, my student loans, which I have requested to consolidate after five years, have not been addressed despite submitting letters online and in writing to address this issue.

I need to unfreeze my credit report to finance a new car. I don't have my PIN, so I tried to do it online through Experian. Despite answering the questions correctly, I was told my answers were wrong. When I was at the Honda dealer, the finance officer showed me my Equifax report, which listed two addresses I've never lived at. He requires my Experian scores to be unlocked for me to proceed with financing the car.
