I recently ordered a custom-made ring, but when the package arrived, it was empty and looked like it had been tampered with. The shipping label indicated it should contain a GOLD PLATED SILVER CROSS BAND, raising suspicions that someone may have stolen the contents. I have reached out to the seller, who offered to send a replacement at a discounted rate. However, I paid $[redacted].00 for the original ring and I am hesitant to reorder, especially if they do not use FedEx or UPS for shipping with tracking. What should be my next step in this situation?

I've been trying to resolve an issue with MobiusBloo since May 30, [redacted], regarding Order #[redacted]8 (please see Messages). The discrepancy is related to the leggings I bought being inaccurately described. The leggings were supposed to have "sequence" but were advertised with "sequins." Even though these terms sound similar, they have different meanings. I've asked for a refund of $39.50 and offered to cover the return postage for the leggings but haven't had any luck. My name is RoseMarie DeRiso and my email is [redacted] Today, I tried to buy a straw purse from a vendor on ABC website. Unfortunately, when I tried to enter my credit card information, it automatically filled in my last two Visa card numbers. I actually wanted to use my Discover card but couldn't delete the Visa numbers to replace them. I reached out to the vendor about this issue but received no response. I am a genuine individual trying to make a purchase, but faced this technical difficulty. I may seem suspicious due to scammers, but I am simply an 84-year-old woman struggling to navigate online transactions. I am in need of urgent assistance with sending messages on Etsy. Despite numerous attempts, I am unable to send messages to any users, which has been a persistent issue for some time now. I have read through Etsy's help documentation and FAQs, but have not found a solution. I have been an active Etsy member for 6 months and only recently encountered this problem. For the past month, every message I try to send fails to go through. I have checked my internet connection, and everything is working fine. My account has been suspended. Initially, when setting up the account, I registered under my name and date of birth. However, the account is intended for my father, and I was assisting him with the setup. Yesterday, I tried to update the account details to reflect his information and submitted passport verification. It seems that while I changed the account name to his, the date of birth still shows mine. This may be why the passport verification was flagged. Can you please assist me in changing the date of birth? My father is eager to open his first Etsy shop and has dedicated a significant amount of time and money to developing his product.

Issue with Editing Primary Shop Owner Information I contacted Etsy support for help, but they didn't quite understand my problem. When I try to edit the primary shop owner's name, my account seems to have a bug. I can't access the field to add the ID file. The only options available to edit are "name of legal entity" and "tax ID," as shown in the image. I need assistance in resolving this issue. Thank you!

My event is in 3 days, and I placed an order with an Etsy seller on May 20th. Unfortunately, I haven't received my order, and there has been no communication regarding it. The payment has been deducted from my bank account, but both Etsy and the seller are not responding to my inquiries. I am unable to find a replacement order at this late stage. It is frustrating when companies refuse to take customer service phone calls, especially when money is involved. It seems they are only interested in taking money without delivering the purchased product. Dealing with Etsy sellers feels like a form of robbery. I am struggling to get a refund and this situation is causing significant stress. There has been a lack of order confirmation, shipping information, and communication for weeks. The product has not been delivered, and I am unable to reach customer service for assistance in resolving the issue. I am left with no choice but to begin the process of seeking a refund. I purchased a gift for my son, which I stored in the closet unopened for Christmas. Upon opening it, I noticed a large shard of wood running across the board that should have been sanded before painting. I'm facing a challenging situation with Etsy. They have deactivated my best seller listing due to an accusation of not complying with their handmade item policies. I can confirm that all my products are genuinely handcrafted from home. Despite my efforts, I couldn't find a way to directly communicate with them to address this issue and verify my adherence to their policies for selling on their platform. Additionally, I have been threatened by another seller for using my copyrighted images without permission, and I am unable to find a proper channel to report this infringement to Etsy.

Hello Support Team, I purchased earrings from your store "nativesterlingart" in February for $[redacted].00, along with an import fee of €28.00. Unfortunately, I have not received the item. The seller blames UPS while UPS blames the seller. I am frustrated as I paid a significant amount of money and still have no resolution months later. The shop has changed its name to SANTAFESILVERSMITH, and the previous conversations and bill have disappeared. I made a new order for $17.99 after the seller promised to resend the item, but now they are not responding. I am requesting a refund as this experience has been very disappointing. I placed an order, and my confirmation number is [redacted]. I haven't received my order yet. The vendor is closed until after the 4th of July, and I feel concerned about being scammed. The order was shipped via UPS seven days ago from Florida to Tennessee, and it usually doesn't take that long. My experience with Etsy has been disappointing. I ordered an epoxy dining table in February [redacted], with an expected delivery of 30-45 days. However, it arrived at the end of April [redacted] in the wrong color despite me providing a picture of the desired color. The table also had numerous issues such as cloudy epoxy, bubbles, debris, sanding scratches, and voids in the seal. Although we agreed to resolve the problems, the table started cracking within days. I spent over 2k on this poorly made table. I have been trying to contact the seller about these issues but have been ignored. I need this matter to be addressed promptly as this level of quality is unacceptable. I hope you can assist me by reviewing our previous correspondence. Please respond as soon as possible. Thank you.

I purchased $[redacted] worth of garden seeds from Caribbean Garden Seed LLC on April 11, [redacted], through Etsy. My order number is #CGS28061. Despite being told by the company and the Post Office that the seeds were delivered, I did not receive them. As a retired individual on a fixed income, losing this amount of money is significant. When I contacted Caribbean Garden Seed, the manager was unhelpful and even rude. I feel I have no option but to consider reporting this to the Better Business Bureau and the Florida Attorney General. This experience has been unacceptable, and I am now considering legal action against Etsy and Caribbean Garden Seed to resolve this issue. Thank you.

After contacting the company upon not receiving my order, they claimed it was delivered by the United States Post Office. The Post Office also confirmed delivery, but I have not received the seeds. Despite explaining my situation as a retired individual on a limited income, the vendor and the Post Office did not take responsibility. The manager at Caribbean Garden Seed was rude and unhelpful. I am considering reporting this to the Better Business Bureau and the Florida Attorney General due to the lack of resolution. I received a ring from Sadhuram, but it was flawed. After contacting him, he admitted it was their mistake and promised to send a replacement. Despite multiple messages assuring me the ring would arrive soon, it is now July 10, [redacted], and I am still waiting. I sent pictures and inquired about the replacement's status, but the response remained unchanged - "you will receive it soon."
