I've been experiencing issues accessing my Etsy account over the weekend, and it's been ongoing. I've had to reset my password three times, but the problem persists. I keep encountering numerous captchas -- yesterday, I did up to 10, only for it to cycle back to the sign-in page with more captchas. This morning, I managed to log in, but as soon as I hit Shop Manager, I was redirected out of the store. It's incredibly frustrating. I even reached out on social media for help since I couldn't find any assistance. Another user shared they were facing the same problem. I'd appreciate any help with this issue.

Since my move to Germany over a year ago, I have yet to receive my residency card until July. I hold a German bank account, possess a rental contract in Germany, and have received various letters from the German government along with health insurance bills and a TV license with my current address. I have uploaded a copy of my Jamaican passport and the requested documents to Etsy. However, I continually receive a generic response stating my account will be suspended unless I provide a utility bill. All utilities are included in my rental agreement with my landlord. How should I proceed to resolve this issue with Etsy?

Hello, I need assistance. On April 6th, I purchased a Nagel variente S 22 from Polskie Studio. Although my account showed it wasn't shipped, I discovered it was damaged and couldn't be sold. Despite attempts to cancel my order, it wasn't possible from their end. I am trying to cancel it myself, but instructions are unclear. I downloaded the Etsy app and made a purchase that I have not received. I attempted to contact the seller through the messaging feature but received a notification to confirm my account by checking my email. Unfortunately, I did not receive the email confirmation, so I verified that I entered the correct email address on the app. It turns out I mistakenly entered the wrong email address, and I am unable to correct it without the verification code that was sent to the incorrect email address. It's frustrating that there isn't a helpline for Etsy where I could speak to a representative directly.

On May 10, [redacted], I placed two orders - one for $49.98 and the other for $17.93. Both of these transactions have been deducted from my bank account. Additionally, on May 11, [redacted], I made another purchase for $19.23.
I have reached out to the seller, Neha Gupta from Cotton Weavers, multiple times about these orders. She claims she has not been paid for the two Kimonos. Unfortunately, I cannot locate any order numbers for the four items I purchased.
I kindly request assistance in resolving this matter for both myself and the seller.

Recently, I encountered an issue with a seller named Nabhori who advertised African handmade items on your platform. I came across an offer for an African head wrap and earrings for £6.95 plus shipping. However, upon receiving my order, I realized that only the head wrap was included, not the earrings as advertised.
When I reached out to the seller, I was met with rudeness and a lack of accountability for the mistake. Instead of rectifying the error promptly, they insisted I reorder the earrings and pay for shipping again. This lack of customer service and unwillingness to address the issue appalled me.
I wanted to bring this to your attention as I believe other customers might have faced similar problems with this seller. This experience does not align with the standard of service I expect from Etsy.

I've been experiencing issues with Etsy canceling my orders repeatedly citing "security reasons".
After reaching out to Etsy support, they advised me to reorder, only to have the order canceled yet again.
I can confirm that I am the rightful owner of my Etsy account and made the purchases using my own valid credit card.
The message I received states:
"This order was canceled and refunded as we detected that it may not have been authorized by you. These measures are in place to protect you, other members, and the integrity of our marketplace."

I am having trouble completing a credit card transaction on the Etsy website with the seller "PastToPresentSupply." I kept receiving an error message stating that the information I submitted was incorrect and now I am locked out. I attempted to submit the information again but was rejected. I am attempting to purchase 4 pint beer glasses with individual names on the front, while keeping the rest of the design the same. Unfortunately, the website is not allowing me to place them as one order without increased costs that exceed the total of my order. The system is indicating additional carts for these items, even though I am not adding more. This seems to be for separate shipping charges, which end up being more expensive than the actual products. I wish there was a way to speak directly with customer service to resolve this issue. I fell victim to a $[redacted] scam thinking it was Esty support. The scammers are now sharing phone numbers to call, making it easier to be deceived. I am frustrated with Esty and hold them accountable. Today, when I tried to reach out to Esty, the scammers were still active. Esty has inadvertently enabled these scammers and I have lost trust in the company. I will not consider using their services again.

I purchased a Stanley Cup, and initially, I was informed that Perfect Artful wasn't working with Etsy. Soon after, I received another email confirming my order with Perfect Artful. The Stanley Cup is on its way and expected to arrive by May 30th. I was surprised to receive an email yesterday stating my order was delivered, but it was sent to Warminster, PA, instead of Gouldsboro, PA, where I reside. I need assistance with canceling orders from Alex Studio due to misrepresented items. The coins I received were labeled as .[redacted]% silver, but testing shows they are 95% copper. Moreover, they are counterfeit $1 coins, which is illegal. I want to avoid any involvement in this and request a refund to my American Express Card. Order #[redacted] from Retro Vintage Cornwall: I received three chairs with cracks in the middle, making them unsafe due to extensive damage. These items were listed on both eBay and Etsy. The owner stated they were in perfect sold conditions of solid pine, but upon closer inspection, they are clearly worn and torn. After bringing this to the owner's attention, they mentioned filing a claim against the courier, which I found to be dishonest. Etsy should address these seller issues promptly. I am requesting a full refund and expect the seller to arrange for the chairs to be collected from my property by their courier. I believe the seller's actions were deceitful, and I hope Etsy will take responsibility for allowing such practices to occur. Thank you. - M.A.A.

I have not received my order, number [redacted], from Hutton Furnishings. The seller has not been responding to my emails or the courier's emails. Additionally, I paid the seller extra money directly into their bank account. The courier has been unsuccessful in reaching the seller for the past five days and me for the last three days with no response from the seller. In December, I did not receive any emails, and as a result, I lost the ability to place orders. After exchanging unhelpful emails that directed me to the Help site, I became frustrated and stopped trying. I now wish to reactivate my Etsy account without losing my order history and favorites. I am unsure if I can use the same email for a new account. How do I find out why I can't place orders when the message "Hm. Something went wrong" appears? I have placed an order on Etsy with The Kareem, Kareem Gem Stone in Jaipur, India. The vendor mentioned that the parcel was shipped via India Post International with tracking number RR[redacted]59IN. However, the tracking information on the site is only updated until April 21st. I am disappointed with my recent purchase of Buckwheat Honey from your company. The lid of the glass jar was badly cracked, causing leakage inside the box. I am not tech-savvy and had difficulty providing feedback on Etsy. I come from a family knowledgeable about plastics, and the lid chosen for your product was not of good quality.

The Etsy feedback form lacks flexibility and may be challenging for older customers who are not familiar with technology. It is disheartening that there is no direct phone support available. Regrettably, I have decided to discontinue using Etsy due to the lack of customer service accessibility.
I recently received a product from Etsy, and unfortunately, the plastic lid was severely cracked causing honey to leak inside the package. As a senior individual with limited tech knowledge, I found this situation quite frustrating. While I am not requesting a refund, a simple and polite apology from the company would suffice. This experience has led me to end my future purchases on the platform.
