I am struggling with my printer not printing colors suddenly last week. I haven't added ink since the initial fill for any colors, and I've spent days trying to fix it. Despite performing maintenance checks and troubleshooting, Staples wouldn't repair or accept the return. They advised me to contact Epson or my insurance provider. The ET-[redacted] I own, with liquid tanks for cartridges, can't be tilted or turned upside down. The printer is only one year and three weeks old, and I bought insurance from Staples. After a frustrating four-hour call, my insurance provider wants me to send the printer with ink 3/4 full for each color, which could potentially damage it. I'm concerned about the implications of sending it under these conditions. Can Epson intervene and address this issue? The printer is just past its one-year warranty, and I fear nobody will take responsibility. Despite getting it at a discount, it's a $[redacted] machine. I'm seeking assistance urgently!

I own an Epson XP-[redacted] Expression Premium printer. I recently got a new mobile router and tried connecting it using the start-up wizard. The printer detects the router, but as I input the password, it starts the setup process prematurely, leading to a failed connection. I'm unable to complete entering the password before the setup initiates, and I can't find a way to stop it once it begins. I've been attempting to resolve this issue for two days now and have searched online for solutions without success.

I recently purchased a new XP-[redacted] printer. After loading the provided Epson ink and setting it up, I attempted to print a color graphic for my university course. Unfortunately, the first printout displayed severe yellow lines repeating every 1cm down the page. I have tried to troubleshoot the issue by cleaning the nozzles and printer head, as well as replacing the ink cartridges, but the problem persists. I have not attempted any manual cleaning beyond the preset functions. If I am unable to successfully print a colored page, I will have to consider returning the printer.

My Epson Expression XP [redacted] printer keeps producing black ink blobs and horizontal streaks on all types of paper, including card stock and photo paper. I use an HP Spectre laptop with Windows 10 and run Office [redacted]. I frequently print cards, books, and photos, but this ongoing issue has severely disrupted my projects. I find myself constantly performing nozzle checks and print head cleanings. The cost of cartridges adds to my frustration.

I am using a MAC Mojave 10.14.6 with WORD 16.29.1, an Epson Workforce [redacted] printer, ClickBook 4.0.9, and Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 2[redacted]0. I am trying to print a duplex booklet but it is coming out upside down on the back. ClickBook suggested changing the Duplexing setting, but I cannot find a [Properties] button. How can I set the driver to solve this issue?

Dear Epson Printer Company,
I am currently using a MAC with Mojave 10.14.6, Microsoft Word 16.29.1, an Epson Workforce [redacted] printer, ClickBook 4.0.9, and Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 2[redacted]0.
I am experiencing an issue where the duplex printing is upside down on the back and I need the booklet to be head to head. The printer warranty is still valid.
ClickBook has suggested changing the Duplexing option from Automatic to Reverse in the printer properties. However, I am unable to locate the Properties button to make this adjustment. How do I set it in the driver instead?
Thank you.

Subject: Issue with Duplex Printing Alignment on Epson Workforce [redacted] Printer
Dear Epson Printer Company,
I am currently using a MAC with Mojave 10.14.6, WORD version 16.29.1, Epson Workforce [redacted] printer, ClickBook 4.0.9, and Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 2[redacted]0.
The duplex printing on my printer is printing both sides, but upside down on the back, instead of head to head. Despite following suggestions from ClickBook, such as changing the Duplexing settings, I still cannot achieve the desired outcome.
Unfortunately, I am unable to locate the [Properties] button to adjust the settings. I require guidance on how to properly set the driver for my Epson printer to ensure double-sided printing is aligned correctly. I suspect a recent update may have caused this issue.
Thank you for your assistance in resolving this matter promptly.
Sincerely,
[Initials]

After purchasing and setting up the ET-[redacted] printer, I encountered issues when trying to connect it to my desktop via USB. Following the instructions, the printer began printing blank pages and random characters, displaying a canceling error that was hard to resolve. Despite successful wireless and USB printing from my laptop and phone, the desktop consistently caused printing errors. Even after reinstalling the printer software, the problem persisted. I am unsure how to proceed from here.

I recently purchased the WF2850 printer. After setting it up and using it to play a disk, I encountered an issue where it won't turn on or respond. I am unsure about the automatic paper feed functionality on this model as I have had previous printers that allowed me to load multiple pages for printing automatically. I am trying to determine if this printer supports automatic feeding of paper for printing without having to insert pages individually. Could someone please clarify this for me?

My Epson XP-[redacted] is having difficulty connecting to my computer on the same wireless network for printing. The "connection fixer" suggests changing to a network port compatible with the printer for connection. Although restarting my Windows 10 laptop allows pending print jobs to go through, the issue resurfaces when trying to print again. I have tried updating the software, as well as stopping and restarting the print spooler, but these actions have not resolved the problem.

I purchased an ET-[redacted] printer and set it up following the instructions. I successfully connected it, printed test pages, but am unable to print documents from my computer. Upon troubleshooting, I found that the printer was not set as the default. After changing it in the settings, it prompted me to "turn on the hub," which I am unsure about. I am not very savvy with technology and neither is anyone around me. I struggled with a previous printer that switched languages and now have received this replacement. Although I managed the older printer well, this one is posing difficulties. I am looking for step-by-step assistance to help me resolve this printing issue.

I haven't used my Epson Workforce WF-[redacted] for a while, and the blue color won't print correctly even after several head cleanings.
I've encountered this issue before, and a representative guided me through a different kind of deep head cleaning process that resolved the problem.
I am unable to locate the information now, so I'm reaching out in the hopes that you could resend the details via email or provide a link for deep head cleaning for Epson WF-[redacted].
The deep head cleaning process had been successful for me in the past.

Last night, I saw a message about a new firmware update. After following the instructions to update the firmware, I received a message on my PC saying the update was not successful. Now my printer's display shows "Printer Mode" in blue letters with "Set Jig Push [OK] BT" below it. I have attempted unplugging the printer and turning it off, but the message persists. This situation is very frustrating. I simply want my less than 4-month-old printer to function as it did before the firmware update.

Our printer, which is just over a year old, has been a reliable device until recently. Unexpectedly, it has started forcefully pulling paper through, causing numerous jams. Despite attempting to realign the print head and other maintenance steps, the issue persists. Regrettably, no printing is successful, and any paper that manages to pass through the rollers ends up torn. This challenge is causing us considerable frustration, and we are hopeful for guidance on resolving this issue.

My printer stopped printing because the black ink ran out. I replaced the ink, but now it's showing an error due to low ink even though the other colors are above 50%. I've restarted it and navigated the menu to acknowledge the new ink but it still won't print. Unfortunately, I missed customer service hours due to being in Alaska. I urgently need to print shipping labels for orders, and this printer is only 2 months old.

I have purchased ink from your website for a long time. However, this time I bought ink cartridges that my printer won't accept. The ones you sent me are for a model [redacted], but I actually need model [redacted]. I followed the instructions on the website correctly, so the mistake was made on your end. I paid nearly $50 for a 4 pack, and now I can't use them. I would like the correct cartridges to be sent to me, please.
Thank you,

My Epson ET-[redacted] replacement printer is not feeding paper properly. It keeps showing paper out or paper jam errors. The current printer is a refurbished replacement for one I bought less than a year ago that suddenly stopped working. I paid $[redacted] for the original printer, which now seems like a waste. I also had to spend an additional $36 to return the faulty printer when I received this supposed refurbishment.
I am frustrated with this situation and want either a fully functioning printer or a refund. This is incredibly disappointing.

I recently purchased the Epson XP7100 printer and am experiencing issues with printing to CD/DVD. Despite aligning the arrows carefully, the tray keeps ejecting the disc. Previously, I had a similar problem with the Artisan [redacted], which was resolved by updating the drivers from the Epson website. Following an upgrade to Windows 10 from Windows 7, I reconnected my Artisan [redacted] and encountered the CD/DVD tray ejection problem. After downloading updated drivers, the issue was resolved. Now, with the new XP7100 printer, I am facing the same problem despite manually inserting the tray. I wonder if updating the printer driver will solve this issue. Additionally, I am having trouble printing pictures as the printer keeps indicating that there is no paper or it is loaded incorrectly, although I have loaded the correct paper and specified the type. Any suggestions on resolving these problems would be greatly appreciated.

I attempted to download the software for my new WorkForce ES-55R. The download seemed successful, but the scanner failed to complete the document scanning process. Despite restarting my computer, the issue persisted. Following multiple attempts, I uninstalled the software and made an effort to reinstall it. However, I received a warning from Windows, stating that the site is insecure and may be a scam. I was eager to utilize the scanner and now seek assistance to resolve this problem.
