I own an Epson Stylus NX105 printer that I've had for a few years. I rarely use it for personal purposes. Recently, I've been facing difficulties printing text documents from my Lenovo laptop running Windows 10 Version [redacted]. The issue is that the black ink does not show up when I print, but the blue ink prints clearly. To test, I tried printing on my old Toshiba laptop, and the text came out fine. I'm looking for advice on steps I can take to address this problem and print from my Lenovo with the Epson printer. Thank you.

This morning, I tried to print a photo on my Epson Surecolor P800 Designer edition printer using Photoshop CC [redacted]. The print module that appeared was very different from what I was used to. My ICC profiles are missing, and the sizes of Epson papers I typically use are not showing up in the module. I am unable to choose the printing type between [redacted] or [redacted]. Despite downloading all the ICC profiles again, they are not available on the Epson website. I have reinstalled the latest driver, but the print module remains the same. After reaching out to Adobe for help, they suggested it is a printer issue. I have searched various forums for a solution without success. I am hoping for assistance from Epson to resolve this frustrating problem.

I purchased an Epson XP-[redacted] Printer in October and have only printed about 20 pages since then. Despite performing various troubleshooting steps recommended on the website, I continue to experience smearing and horizontal lines on every printout. Nozzle checks and print head cleanings show no issues, but the problem persists when printing pictures. I have reached out to Epson via email but have not received a response. I would appreciate any assistance with resolving this issue.

I need assistance with scanning watercolor art for large format printing on my Epson [redacted] printer after switching from Windows 7 to Windows 10. Ever since the switch, my scans now have two colored lines - yellow and red. I've tried updating drivers and software for my Epson 11000xl scanner, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign, but the issue persists. Even when adjusting settings like 24-bit color and gamma in professional mode, the lines remain visible when I enlarge the image in Photoshop or view it in Paint. This problem seems to be related to Epson. I require a solution to scan watercolor artwork without encountering missing pixels in my prints.

Dear Sir, I recently had my Epson L805 printer repaired after reaching out to Epson customer care regarding a complaint. The service center staff visited my shop on 26-02-[redacted]. After diagnosing the issue with the print head, they returned on 04-03-[redacted] to fix it. However, when I tried printing in color, the clarity was poor compared to the old print head. Black and white prints had overlapping text and were not clear. Despite several calls to the service center, they mentioned delays due to the print head being under observation or, later, a possible cable issue. On 09-03-[redacted], they returned to refill the inks and address the print quality issues, but I am still experiencing problems. These setbacks have impacted my business over the last 15 days. I would appreciate a resolution to this ongoing issue. Regards,

My HP Pavilion DV6 computer running Windows 7 Pro is connected to the new Epson Workforce Pro WF-[redacted] printer via USB. After a clean installation using the provided disk, I checked the printer functions successfully before shutting down the computer. Upon reboot, the computer hangs at the "Press Escape to see start menu" screen. I discovered that disconnecting the USB cable allows the computer to start normally, but reconnecting it after booting up maintains both computer and printer functionality. Reconnecting the USB after a shutdown causes the computer to hang again. Even trying to diagnose the issue via the start menu with the USB disconnected results in a frozen system. Any suggestions to resolve this issue are appreciated. It may take me a few days to respond via email.

Dear Epson Customer Service, I am writing to express my disappointment with my experience regarding my PowerLite Home Cinema [redacted] projector and the customer service provided. I purchased the projector in May [redacted] after thorough research, trusting Epson's reputation. While I have been satisfied with the product until recently, encountering the "auto iris error" issue has been frustrating, given the projector's age and careful maintenance. Epson's suggestion of locating a nearby service center as the solution to the problem seems inadequate and does not align with my expectations as a loyal customer. With the projector not even four years old and having invested in a new bulb anticipating its replacement, I had higher hopes for its longevity and performance. As a primary caregiver to my ill father, I had anticipated more understanding and support from Epson in resolving this issue, especially during this time of isolation. I am disappointed by the current situation and would appreciate if Epson could address it promptly or consider a replacement for the unit. The projector's serial number is V87F483891L. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Charif H.

I own an Epson WF [redacted] multifunction printer with model number C591A and serial number X2TF309410. Recently, after clicking on a printer upgrade button, I tried to scan a document into my laptop. However, instead of scanning exactly as the document is, it automatically turns into a PDF file which I do not want. When I checked the scan settings, I noticed options for PDF, JPEG, etc. I cannot understand why these settings are not appearing on the laptop screen when I try to scan a document. I want my documents to be scanned into the laptop as they are without getting converted to PDF. The current situation with the settings is frustrating and needs to be fixed immediately. I am using a Dell Latitude laptop. Thank you.

I'm able to wirelessly print to my Epson xp434 for documents, pictures, and the internet. However, I encounter an issue when trying to scan through the PC software as it indicates no scanner is detected, even the printer itself cannot be found. Also, unrelated but possibly related, there is a delay of about 3 minutes before any document prints after clicking the print button. Initially, this process was much faster.

My Epson XP-[redacted] is refusing to print black ink. I have already gone through two cartridges of each color, printing fewer than 10 pages. Now, it's requesting new cartridges before allowing me to do a nozzle check or cleaning. I don't have spare cartridges at the moment. Even with a half full black cartridge in the machine, it won't print black, despite being set on grayscale. I need to print black on white paper. Is there a solution to make this work?

I recently got an ET-[redacted] printer, and I'm having trouble setting it up on my Mac. Even though my Mac shows that it's connected to the WiFi network, when I connect the printer to my Mac with a USB cable, it can't find the network or the printer. I've rebooted both devices multiple times, but the issue persists. I also have an old HP printer installed that I removed a while back, but I can't seem to delete it from my Mac. Usually, there's a "-" or a dropdown menu to remove printers, but I can't find it on this Mac. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I bought my WF4740 all-in-one printer in January [redacted]. Recently, it started showing a scanner error code that shut down the device. Upon advice from customer service, I took it to a certified Epson repair shop where they found a faulty main logic board, which is too costly to fix compared to getting a new printer. I am disappointed that I only got 2.5 years of use from this printer used in my solo home office. I am contemplating purchasing the new [redacted] model, which I've seen priced at $[redacted] in various places. I am hoping for a discount from you on this printer, which I can have delivered quickly. Thank you, K. Santiago

I am experiencing issues with my Epson Perfection [redacted] Photo scanner. The device completes the overview scan and shows the page, but when I proceed to the next step for the actual scan, the red light starts blinking and no scanning occurs. Despite following all the instructions from the manual and website, including downloading drivers, unplugging from power, disconnecting from my Mac, and rebooting my system, I have had no success in resolving the problem. I reached out to customer support twice, enduring long wait times, only to receive unhelpful reference numbers and empty promises of a callback within 24 hours, which never materialized even after 48 hours. This lack of effective support has led me to consider disposing of the scanner and sharing my frustrating experience on social media.

On April 21, [redacted], I downloaded the Epson USB Display app on my MacBook. After signing in, its window appears on my desktop, and I am unable to proceed with any actions. Clicking on Cancel, Show web page, or Open does not have any effect, and I am unable to access Applications, System Preferences, or any browser. As a therapist relying on telehealth, this issue is obstructing my work. I attempted to contact Epson for support, but they are currently closed. I appreciate any assistance with resolving this matter. Thank you. - M Mountain

I recently installed a new set of Epson ink cartridges, but I am facing issues with the yellow ink not printing correctly. Despite performing nozzle checks and power cleaning multiple times, I am still only seeing very faint yellow prints on the paper. My printer, Epson [redacted], is new as I purchased it in April. I have tried the troubleshooting steps again which slightly improved the issue, but the test pages are still off-color, showing more of a blue/purple hue. I have used up a significant amount of ink trying to resolve this. I am unsure how to fix this problem. Should I consider returning the printer for a replacement?

Hello, I recently purchased an ET-[redacted] printer. Upon receiving it, I realized that it was missing red ink. Instead of returning it, I ordered the ink directly from Epson. After receiving and loading the ink, I found that only the black ink is printing, despite setting the printer to print in color. When printing in color, nothing shows up where the color should be. Can anyone advise on how to resolve this issue? Thank you.

I recently bought an Epson ET-[redacted] All-in-one printer. I set it up on my computer and installed the Epson Event Manager. However, I'm facing issues scanning directly from the printer control panel. The only way I can scan is by using the Event Manager and initiating a test scan. I'm not very tech-savvy, so I'm unsure what settings might be incorrect preventing me from scanning directly from the control panel on the ET-[redacted].

I recently switched from my old workstation to an ASUS 17" Laptop and connected my Epson [redacted] printer to it. However, I encountered an issue with the waste tank. Even after replacing it because it was 75% used, I am still receiving the same message preventing me from printing. The printer indicates the tank is at [redacted]%, but I am unable to proceed with any print tasks. I'm unsure why the problem persists. I'm in urgent need to resume printing. Any suggestions to troubleshoot this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I had a WF2650 that worked fine for 6 months until it started showing low ink when I had just replaced the cartridges. It refused to print or do a test page despite trying all the troubleshooting tips from support. Feeling frustrated, I eventually got rid of it. Then my daughter needed a printer for school that had to be an Epson according to her instructor. She got a WF2830 which started showing phantom paper jams after 3 months and wouldn't connect to her laptop or Wi-Fi. Considering these frustrating experiences, I'm now questioning why I should choose an Epson printer again.

My MacBook Pro had no issues connecting to my Epson ET-[redacted] printer. However, since I switched to a MacBook Air, it now takes excessively long, about 20-30 minutes, for the MacBook Air to locate and print using the printer. I have tried resetting the Epson Wi-Fi numerous times, removed and added the Epson printer in my computer settings repeatedly, and power cycled both devices multiple times, but unfortunately, the problem persists. According to AppleCare, the problem lies with the printer itself. One unusual thing I noticed is that the Epson printer is only detecting the NETGEAR01-5G_2GEXT WiFi, while the rest of the devices in the house, including the MacBook Air, are connected to NETGEAR01-5G_5GEXT. The printer does not even detect the 5G network, although it previously functioned correctly on the 5G network with my MacBook Pro. Any insights on what could be causing this sudden change?
