Hello, A few months back, I contacted your tech support to help me connect my HP laptop's audio to my Epson projector speakers, specifically the Power Lite model. Although successful then, I am currently facing an issue where my laptop no longer recognizes its built-in speakers or headphone jacks and only shows "EPSON Projector UD Audio Device" in the audio settings. I am currently on an 80-day cruise without my Epson projector, unable to get sound from my laptop, and lacking phone access. My wife's WhatsApp works if needed to contact me. I would greatly appreciate assistance via email to arrange a time for remote computer access to fix this issue. It would be useful to have a chat option for communication purposes. You may have my contact information as [redacted] or [redacted] Alternatively, I also monitor [redacted] or [redacted], though I no longer use them actively. I am Chuck [or Charles] Gelpey. Please help me resolve this sound problem at your earliest convenience. Thank you.

I purchased an XP-[redacted] printer around a year ago. Once I brought it home and set it up, I used up the starter ink cartridges within about two months. I then bought a 288XL kit to replace them, but the black ink wouldn't work. I left it, thinking I would try to fix it later, but never got around to it. Recently, I bought an XP-[redacted] and set it up using the 288XL cartridges that cost around $60. The color cartridge is about half full, and the black one is about a quarter full. Feeling frustrated, I am contemplating throwing away the XP-[redacted], which I have only used around 10 times. I'm also questioning my decision to buy another Epson printer. I understand ink drying out and printers not lasting forever, but I am disappointed by these issues. I am reaching out to Epson customer service to understand the company's response and reliability. Thank you for your assistance.

I'm having trouble with my ET2750 Printer when trying to print photos on Epson Ultra glossy paper. Despite adjusting settings on both the printer and the app, it keeps reporting it's out of paper, with a high rate of rejection. I've tried rebooting both my iPad and the printer, but the issue persists. Any help would be appreciated.

Today, I purchased new cartridges, Epson [redacted], but one box had a Brother ink cartridge instead of the 3 Epson [redacted] colors & black. None of the Epson cartridges seem to work in any of my four Epson printers. I have been a loyal customer for decades and would like my printers to work with genuine inks. Unfortunately, the time and money I spent on these cartridges seem wasted. I fear my other printers may have dried up print heads from trying to use these incompatible cartridges. Despite this frustration, I've had excellent experiences with Epson in the past, like when they sent me a PowerLite projector as a replacement. While I appreciate Epson's efforts against piracy, I hope for a resolution to this issue. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for listening.

In [redacted], BYTE Magazine introduced the IBM PC. I was an early buyer in Washington DC, purchasing one along with an Epson MX-[redacted]. The engineering team exceeded expectations with the easy startup process and thoughtful design details. Epson's corporate ethos of always doing things right is commendable. The team's thorough approach and focus on user experience, exemplified by the ET-[redacted] model, are truly impressive. At 62, I find Epson's products to be like making a new friend every day. I am impressed by the user-friendly design and functionality incorporated into your products. The attention to detail is outstanding. Thank you for making my life much simpler and more efficient. Contact me at [redacted] if there are any opportunities to work with your company. Sincerely, James L. Johnsen [redacted] E. Cook Street Portage, Wisconsin [redacted] [redacted] Your dedication to making user-friendly, top-quality products does not go unnoticed. Thank you for your excellent work.

I want to share my disappointment regarding the WF [redacted] printer I bought at Office Depot six months ago for my wife, who is studying nursing. The printer has been consistently producing unclear prints despite multiple attempts to fix it, including purchasing expensive ink and contacting customer support. Initially, a manager named Courtney at the local Office Depot promised an exchange, but since she has left and the new manager is uncooperative, and the store is closing down, I'm left unsure how to proceed. The printer was recommended as reliable, but its current performance is impacting my wife's studies negatively. I urgently seek a resolution to this situation.

I bought a used [redacted] printer for $[redacted]. Initially, the prints were great, but after printing five letter-sized prints, I noticed issues with the nozzle check. Despite attempting several cleanings, the colors stopped printing correctly. I purchased new OEM inks for over $[redacted], but the problem persisted. Subsequently, I encountered a printhead error that requires replacing the component for around $[redacted] plus installation fees. This has left me unable to print for my home business for two weeks now. While I was pleased with the printer before this problem arose, I am now facing significant costs for repairs. I am unsure if there is a cost-effective solution or if I should avoid Epson printers in the future based on online recommendations.

I have been struggling with my Epson XP-[redacted] printer and another new Epson printer for a while now, and they are both incredibly frustrating to use. Today, I encountered a paper jam issue with legal paper, but upon inspection, I found no leftover paper inside. Despite this, the printer keeps indicating a paper jam even when there isn't any paper jammed. I have tried troubleshooting for over 3 1/2 hours, turned it off overnight, and even restarted it multiple times today, but the issue persists. Furthermore, the printer only recognizes legal paper when I convert the Word document to a PDF, otherwise, it displays data up to letter size only. Due to these issues, I have missed my deadline and am seeking guidance on how to resolve these problems.

As an eBay seller specializing in Epson printers, I encountered an issue with a returned defective item. Despite initiating an incident report with Epson a month ago, I have yet to receive approval to return the product under warranty. Subsequent follow-ups have gone unanswered. This experience has been frustrating, as it is the first time I've had to deal with such a situation. If this level of effort is required for every warranty claim, I may consider discontinuing selling Epson products in the future.

I encountered an issue with my Epson XP [redacted] Expression Premium printer that is connected to the Events manager software. When I try to scan documents using the Events manager, it does not work although the printer functions correctly with other applications for scanning and printing. I have received communication from Epson Australia regarding my concern. Here is the reference information: Incident: [redacted]26. I appreciate any guidance or assistance you can provide to resolve this matter.

I am having trouble scanning using the events manager after clicking on scan to email. The printer works fine because I can scan into other programs and print without issues. I have an XP-[redacted] printer and use a Mac with macos High Sierra ver 10.13.6. Initially attracted to the printer due to its positive review from Consumer Reports, I found it easy to connect wirelessly with other Epson printers using an EPSON printer cable. Despite being able to print from my Chromebook and phone, I'm experiencing difficulty printing from my Mac, especially when trying to print bills. Saving bills as PDFs and printing them used to work, but now when I click on Print, nothing happens. This lack of response is frustrating, as there are no error messages displayed. The inability to resolve this issue is making me consider switching to a different printer brand. Although I have had successful experiences with Epson printers in the past, I cannot recommend this particular model to others.

I bought an Epson XP [redacted] Wireless All-in-One printer, model c11cf2720, on 1/31/19 from Best Buy for my small business. We use it for light printing, mainly for scans and copies. However, we've encountered multiple issues with the printer. It frequently shows low ink levels, and despite replacing the ink multiple times, it still persists. Moreover, it prints with lines through the text, is slow, and feeds paper crookedly, resulting in skewed printouts. Initially, it connected to our Wi-Fi fine for scanning, but after re-entering settings and following tutorials, it no longer works. Despite being past the return period at Best Buy, I wanted to share my experience. I've been happy with Epson products before, so I'm unsure if this is a one-off faulty printer. We may need to purchase a new printer, which is disappointing given the nearly $[redacted] spent. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I am having issues with my Epson printer WF-**** connected to my MAC OSX El Capitan. After some attempts at head cleaning and alignment, I installed a new set of cartridges. However, the black cartridge showed low ink levels after only a few test prints. I suspect toner leakage causing this issue. I have already spent a significant amount on new cartridges with no success. I am looking for repair service or a replacement from Epson as I believe this is not something I can fix on my own.

I've been facing ongoing issues with my Epson WF-[redacted] printer, purchased at Office Depot in High Point, NC on February 23, [redacted]. Sadly, the Fax function has never worked despite troubleshooting and line checks. As an author working on two new books, relying on two printers is inconvenient. I've dedicated countless hours to software updates and even invested in a $[redacted] Microsoft program, all in vain. Despite contacting Epson technicians for assistance, the problem persists. I recently declined a technician's $39.00 fix offer, wary of potential additional costs. I am now considering returning the printer to Office Depot and replacing it to resume my writing projects. Dear Team, I would like to address an issue regarding the printer ink cartridges I purchased recently. On May 27, I bought a 4-pack of [redacted] ink cartridges from a seller named Constant Deals on Amazon. Subsequently, on May 29, I purchased the same item from a seller named Barosh via Amazon. Unfortunately, both sets of cartridges turned out to be "initial cartridges" and were incompatible with my WF4730 printer. While Amazon Customer Service has refunded me for the initial purchase, I encountered another problem with the magenta cartridge from the second set depleting ink at an unexpected rate. Despite replacing the yellow cartridge, I am unsure of its functionality as I have not printed anything in color yet. I believe the issue lies with the sellers providing defective cartridges. I am reaching out in the hope that you can rectify this situation. Given the circumstances, I kindly request a replacement for the Epson [redacted] four pack of printer ink. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your assistance. Best regards, R. O. tel. [redacted] email: [redacted]

On the 13th of July [redacted], I purchased a WF-[redacted] Epson All-in-One Printer to scan my documents. However, I encountered issues as 80% of the pages I tried to scan got jammed in the feeder. I exchanged it for a new one (same model) on the 18th of July. Unfortunately, the new one wouldn't initialize due to low ink levels in the starter cartridges. Upon contacting Epson support, my initial interaction with a person claiming to be Alex Garcia from India was unproductive. After requesting a supervisor and facing a disconnection, I reached a more helpful supervisor after a 27-minute hold. Although they offered to send replacement ink cartridges through ground shipping, I needed a quicker resolution to resume scanning. After another call and a 21-minute hold, another supervisor agreed to overnight the missing cartridges. Regrettably, I received only 3 out of the 4 cartridges the next day. Despite the ongoing ink cartridge issues, the support team did not address my scanning needs promptly.

Several years ago (around 6-7 years), I created maps for personal use by saving and combining Google Earth images. Recently, I noticed that when I print these images, an orange-colored overlay of stripes appears, rendering the printout unusable. I've been using Epson printers, specifically the ET-[redacted] and SC-T3100, during this time. The issue of the orange overlay only occurs with images derived from Google Earth (saved using the GE "Save" option or snipping tool) and printed on Epson printers (ET-[redacted] or SC-T3100). Interestingly, the problem does not manifest with non-Google Earth images on Epson printers or Google Earth images on a Brother ML-[redacted] printer. However, it does occur when printing as a PDF file to the Epson ET-[redacted]. There seems to be a conflict between Google Earth Pro and Epson printers. If more information or images are needed, please do not hesitate to ask. Thanks, G.C.

I experienced issues with the [redacted] printer as it was not printing correctly. I purchased new ink for $60 but even after cleaning, the problem persisted. I returned it under warranty, but the same model was unavailable. I had to buy new ink for nothing and chose the [redacted] model, which also didn't print correctly. Despite multiple cleanings, it ran out of ink. In a week, I've gone through two printers, spent $[redacted] on ink, and have not been able to produce any prints. I am requesting a refund of $60 from Epson for the unusable ink cartridges.

Every time I change an ink cartridge, it takes several attempts to get the printer working again. This time really upset me. When I replaced the magenta cartridge, the test page printed a faded red. After turning the printer on and off a few times, it started printing in pink and purple, skipping every other line. Initially, all the other ink levels indicated full or nearly full, but after these issues, they dramatically dropped - black down to 1/4, yellow to less than 1/4, cyan to under 1/2, and the new magenta to 3/4. I am frustrated as the ink package cost over $50, and I lost over half the ink charge. Will Epson reimburse me? If not, I am considering getting rid of this printer and sharing my negative experience with everyone I know. I have an Epson [redacted] XP200, which used to work well until now. It's disappointing to see so much ink wasted.
