Last night, my account was compromised, and now I can't access it to play games on Epic Games. Unfortunately, I am unable to reach their customer service for assistance, as they lack phone support and live chat. I have been unsuccessful in receiving a password reset email after attempting for over an hour. It's frustrating that their customer service process is so limited, leaving me unable to resolve this issue promptly. I simply need help with resetting my password.

Please ensure to include the email linked to your account and describe the issue you are experiencing. Hello, Back in June, Microsoft issued refunds for V-Buck purchases my youngest son accidentally made. However, our account now shows a negative balance of -10,[redacted] V-Bucks. I am puzzled as to why the account was not restored to the correct V-Buck balance after the refunds were processed, and why any purchases made with those refunded V-Bucks were not reversed. I recently bought [redacted] V-Bucks but am unable to use them due to the negative balance on the account. These refunds were processed in June, so I kindly request that any skins or items purchased during that time with the accidental V-Bucks be removed, and the V-Buck balance be adjusted accordingly. The email associated with the Fortnite account is [redacted], and the Fortnite name is StrictString209. Thank you, G.E.

My email has a typo that needs to be fixed. It's frustrating dealing with this issue. My main account is connected to [redacted] It should be [redacted] with the extra "h". It's a simple fix that seems obvious to me. I've spent a significant amount of money on your game, and it's disappointing that my account isn't being corrected promptly. While you readily accept my credit card payments, fixing the email seems to be a challenge. Unfortunately, there is no phone number for direct assistance, and the amount of information required to correct this error seems excessive. It's surprising that an invalid email was accepted during the setup process. I've been waiting for this issue to be resolved for months now. I also have a Switch account linked to the correct email, so merging them would be appreciated to allow me to continue playing.

At 8:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, I was playing Fortnite with my son, whose in-game name is Zombie Boy. When setting up his account, I made a mistake with the email, leaving us unable to access it. Recently, I gifted him the Witch skin, and right after that, he was kicked out and his account was hacked. His name has been changed to Verbatim_Display. My ten-year-old son, who has autism, sensory disorder, and emotional impairment, is very upset, and so am I. A lot of money has been invested in his account, as well as mine. I urgently need help to change the email linked to the account since I cannot verify the current one. If we can't resolve this, both the Save the World and Battle Royale accounts, worth over $1,[redacted], will be lost, and we may never play again.

My hard drive, which had the Epic Games Launcher and Fortnite, failed, and I needed to reinstall everything. However, when I tried to redownload the Epic Games Launcher, I received an "Invalid Drive: E:\" error message. It seems like the launcher is still trying to reference the non-existent E:\ drive, even though it should be on my main C:\ drive. I just want to figure out how to download the Epic Games Launcher without having to wipe my entire computer just for this one service. Every attempt to execute the installer ends up with the same error message, "Invalid Drive: E:\". This is preventing me from downloading the launcher and subsequently Fortnite because the system still thinks the launcher exists on the E:\ drive. So, my question is how can I successfully download the launcher when it's no longer there, and there seems to be a reference to E:\ on the C:\ drive?

I've been banned from Fortnite on my PC for nearly two years now. They accused me of cheating, but it was a mistake on their part. I've tried to reach out and explain that there was no cheating involved, but they haven't listened. What's more frustrating is that I had a rare account which I invested [redacted] euros in by purchasing a limited edition bundle. It's disheartening to be treated this way when all I want is to join my friends in the game.

Hello, I reached out to you yesterday and received an initial response from Jhouard with reference code [redacted]7. The issue is related to an Xbox One account named tripzzys, with the account holder listed as either Finley Liney or Catherine Lake. There seems to be uncertainty about which name was originally used. Epic Games Player Support has acknowledged the concern about potential unauthorized activity on the account. They are committed to ensuring the security of the account and have assigned the ticket to the appropriate agent for review and response. The situation involves difficulty logging in and discrepancies in the account level, which has led to concerns about a possible hack. Jhouard from Epic Games Player Support has requested specific details to verify and assist with the issue. The information required includes the email address associated with the Epic Games account, current display name, first and last name of the account holder, and details of the console connected to the account. Providing this information would help in addressing the compromised account and potential resolution.

I bought Borderlands 3 on Friday, November 1st, [redacted]. After creating an account and purchasing the game, I encountered an "invalid account" error when trying to download it through the Epic game downloader. Upon checking my bank account, I saw that the $59.99 was indeed debited. I reached out to the help desk via email, but they mentioned not having my email address in their system. I am disappointed by this experience as I have been purchasing PC games online for over a decade without such issues. Playing Borderlands 3 seems uncertain now, but I would appreciate a refund or any assistance you can offer. Thank you.

Dear support team, I am writing to express my frustration with the recent decision to force console players to compete against PC players in Fortnite. As an Xbox One player, I have noticed a significant disadvantage when facing PC players due to their superior movements and advantages. This has made the gaming experience unfair and unenjoyable for console players like myself. I believe that players should have the option to choose whether they want to play against PC players rather than being forced into it. This situation has greatly impacted my desire to continue playing the game after investing time into it since season 1. I urge you to address this issue promptly to ensure a more balanced and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. Sincerely, Xbox player xXv sCRAP GoD

When I initially signed up for Epic Games, I used the email ([redacted]), but I encountered issues due to personal reasons and lost access to this email. Despite numerous attempts to recover it, I have been unsuccessful. I now have a new email address ([redacted]) that I would like to link to my account for verification purposes and to enable 2FA. I am prepared to provide my I.P. address to verify that the account in question belongs to me. Just to clarify, this pertains to my Fortnite account, which I have been playing since season three.

Hello! I'm having trouble accessing my son's disabled PS4 account. We've tried to log back in but can't because the old email and phone number are no longer active. I did recall the password, but now it's asking for a second verification code tied to an old phone number. Is there a way to regain access to the account before losing all the data saved on it?

I bought a Fortnite item from my nearby game store for an in-game pickaxe. I used the code on my son's account, it showed "success." However, the pickaxe never appeared, and now it says the code was already used when I tried again. I need help from Epic Games about this problem.

I recently purchased Fortnite merchandise at a GAME store in the UK to receive the merry mint pickaxe code. After redeeming the code, it prompted me to activate it, but upon logging into Fortnite, I couldn't find it. I visited the store and requested a new code, but they advised me to contact Epic Games. The code I received is (7Y4E7-W26JE-GYQCS-EMSUV) and I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue. Username: FTL_SHARKXD (PS4) Email: [redacted]

I purchased a Fortnite item from Gamestop to get a Minty Pick-Axe code. The code requires redemption on the Epic Games website. Unfortunately, I am unsure which email was used to create the Epic Games account linked to my son's Fortnite account, preventing me from accessing and redeeming the code for him. I have no recollection of setting up an Epic Games account myself. The email I am using to send this message is not associated with the Epic Games account in question.

Lately, I've been encountering issues with Fortnite mobile. Whenever I try to start a game, it crashes after a minute. I've only managed to access the main screen a few times and join a match once, which didn't last long before crashing on the waiting island. I'm starting to think that it might have to do with the iOS 13 update I recently installed. I remember hearing about problems between Fortnite and iOS 13 a while back. Despite the issues, I had to update my phone from iOS 11 due to low storage and declining performance. Have the iOS 13 complications been fixed by now? I rely solely on my phone for Fortnite and purchased the battle pass, so I'm eager to get back to playing. I hope a solution is available soon to resolve this matter.

My 10-year-old son spent £7.99 on a Fortnite toy to get a special code for a pickaxe called Minty Axe. He attempted to log into his Epic Games account but used my email address, [redacted], possibly setting it up incorrectly. Surprisingly, he found someone else's details named Cian and a unfamiliar phone number on the account. After scratching off the code and activating the pickaxe, we realized it didn't transfer to his Fortnite account since Cian was using my email. I have requested an account deletion and created a new Epic Games account for him with a new email. Now, I face two issues: the pickaxe code is now invalid, and I'm unsure how to link his Epic Games and Xbox Fortnite accounts. His Fortnite username is Twitch Solop. I seek guidance as my son is very upset, and we wish to avoid purchasing another toy for the code.

My name is Dinah F., and I'm writing about my son, Jaiden A., who is 16 years old. We set up an Epic account with the email [redacted] and ID name king Jaiden [redacted]. However, he has been playing under a different account linked to a Microsoft account for Xbox with the login info [redacted] and the player ID a2e9f55f495847fdb4144a4be1b858b5. The Minty Pickaxe code was redeemed on the first account, and I can't register it on the new account. His current Xbox account is under [redacted] The other Xbox account linked to craize781 belonged to my older son when he was younger. I'm unsure how to resolve this, but for further assistance, please contact me via email at [redacted] or [redacted].

Hello, I appreciate your prompt response. I suspect that my Fortnite account has been compromised. An unauthorized individual has utilized half of my V-Bucks, deleted all my in-game friends, and caused disruptions when I try to play. This situation is quite concerning, and I kindly request your assistance to address it. My Epic Games username is Ultan2656, and the hacker has changed it to Emad22. Please reach out to me via email at [redacted] I want to highlight that I have never shared my password with anyone, and I have activated two-factor authentication (2FA) for added security. It would be greatly appreciated if you could restrict access to my account solely through my Xbox account, as well as facilitate the refund of the misused V-Bucks. Thank you for dedicating your time to this matter, and I am hopeful for a resolution. Thank you.

I am experiencing trouble with my Epic Games account when trying to verify my email. Even after reaching out for assistance, the response I received requested detailed information that seems unreasonable to provide. I have spent a significant amount on Fortnite through my Xbox Live account, but it appears changing the email address on my Epic account is proving to be a challenge due to the incorrect email listed. The email provided for verification is not valid as it does not meet the required length for a Gmail address. The request for specific account creation dates, IP addresses, and payment details that I do not have access to is frustrating. Epic Games' current process makes it nearly impossible to rectify this email issue, leaving me in a difficult situation.
