I was in the middle of a creative game when suddenly, after playing for about 30 minutes, I was kicked out and received a strange error message mentioning something about machine ID, VPN, internet lag, or cheating. I am puzzled as to why I am receiving this error because I have not downloaded anything, injected, or hacked in this game. You can check my gaming history to confirm. I would like to understand why I was banned when I haven't engaged in any activities that would warrant such an error message.

Hello, I purchased an Xbox One for my daughter's birthday on September 7th. Unfortunately, during the setup, the wrong date of birth was entered, preventing her from playing due to age restrictions. The conclusion of Fortnite Season X and the delayed start of Season 11 left many players, including my 15-year-old son with special needs, disappointed and confused. The countdown reached zero only to reveal a blue hole instead of the expected new season, causing frustration and sadness. My son, who finds solace and connection through Fortnite due to his disabilities, was particularly affected. It is disheartening that such a significant event was mishandled, impacting individuals who rely on the game for social interaction. Despite the anticipation, we may need to explore other alternatives as this experience has left my son and me feeling let down. I hope someone from Epic Games acknowledges these concerns, as there are many advocates who share my sentiments.

Today, my Epic account was hacked and stolen from me. I am unsure how the hackers obtained my private information, but they did.
They changed my email from "[redacted]" to something else...
My account was also linked to my PlayStation account "[redacted]".
I have been playing Fortnite since the first week (Season 1), so I have many rare skins as I purchased every Battle Pass for every season and always reached the maximum tiers.
The most important skin is the OG Skull Trooper.

I'm experiencing issues with my account on Epic Games. The email linked to my account displays a different name, similar to my Steam account. Additionally, I no longer have the option to install a game I previously purchased; instead, it prompts me to repurchase it. Despite requesting a new email for my account, I haven't received any assistance from Epic Games in over 14 hours. I encountered an issue while using the Fortnite "ClientSettings Editor v1.5" software to adjust my sensitivities. After exporting my settings to the cloud, I received an error message stating: "Failed to Download Client Settings from the cloud. Saving of settings has been disabled for this session." Consequently, my settings are reset each time I try to load without the saving feature.

I have two Fortnite accounts on my Xbox One under the same email address. One account has cosmetics from season 4-8, and the other has season 10 cosmetics. I am attempting to merge the season 4-8 account with my primary account on PS4 but encounter an issue. When I log into my Epic Games account with the season 4-8 account, it redirects to the season 10 account, making it inaccessible. For the past week, my Fortnite game on PS4 has been corrupted, preventing me from playing Save the World or Creative modes due to a recurring error message stating, "Cannot continue using this application because the data is corrupted." This issue arose during the Chapter 2 update, where it initially failed to download citing corruption. Despite successfully updating, subsequent updates triggered the problem. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled Fortnite twice to no avail. I reached out to PlayStation last Saturday, but have not received a follow-up. Today, in desperation, I contacted Epic Games about the same issue. Missing out on the Grave Digger for the second year in a row due to this technical difficulty is truly frustrating, and I feel helpless about resolving it.

I have a couple of questions and I need your help. On Saturday, October 26, a friend gifted me 6 $10 gift cards to buy the new COD Modern Warfare. While trying to purchase it, I didn't have enough money in my account to cover the tax. My friend later said I could spend the money as I wished, so I used $50 to buy V-Bucks. The next day, he and other clan executives threatened to report me and have my Epic Games account terminated if I didn't pay him back. Now, the display name is Wαvү Lokyy シʬ, and the current email is l***[redacted] I am unsure of the new email used. The connected accounts are Facebook and Twitch, both linked to [redacted] The Twitch account is Oliunderscore, and the Facebook account is Oliver Clark. Despite trying to revert the changes via Facebook, I am unable to do so. I am extremely anxious as I have invested thousands of dollars into this account.
