Visit the Epic Games home page.
Locate the menu at the upper right corner of the Epic Games home page. It will be three horizontal lines. Click on the lines.
You'll see two menu options. Click on "Support."
After clicking on "Support," you'll be directed to the player support page. Scroll down until you find "Accounts." Click on this.
Clicking on "Accounts" will take you to a second "Accounts" section. Click on this.
Scroll down until you find "Articles by topics" with a drop-down menu underneath. "Trending" should be the default setting.
Click on the drop-down menu and locate the "Account Security" topic. Click on it. Doing so will display a new list of topics and questions.
