My nephew is facing an issue where a friend of a friend accessed his Epic account and changed the email and password, causing him to lose access to it and all his Fortnite items. We have invested a significant amount in this account. The boy also unlinked the Epic account from Xbox Live. We seek assistance in reclaiming the account, retrieving the lost items, and securing it from further unauthorized access. The original email was [redacted]; now it is [redacted] with the claimed password svgvivid1. However, the password provided does not work. Our main goal is to recover the lost merchandise and prevent the boy from accessing the account in the future. This situation has been ongoing, and previously, the boy spent $70 on my nephew's account, which we managed to get refunded. Unfortunately, we did not realize the distinction between Epic and Xbox Live accounts, leading to this security breach. We appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thank you.

I am facing difficulties linking my Epic account to my PlayStation. Despite trying different PSN accounts, it seems to be connected to an unknown account. I encountered issues with Epic's support while trying to resolve this, leading to my Facebook being unlinked. I have invested a significant amount of money into this account and simply wish to enjoy playing on PlayStation for the first time. The email relating to this problem does not provide any useful information on linking to a PSN account. I am at a loss as I don't have details of the old PlayStation account. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, my name is William, and I created a Fortnite account during Season 4. I took a break on 11/07/18 due to multiple incorrect logins to my Fortnite/Epic Games account. Recently, I purchased a new computer to resume playing Fortnite, only to find my account banned. On 19/07/18, I received emails about failed login attempts, which I assumed were from family members. However, my password was changed on 22/11/18. On 2/1/19, I attempted to access my account from the new computer and had to use an OTP from my email. I can now log in but still can't play due to the ban. I have not received any explanation for the ban. I would like to know why I was banned, how to get unbanned, and how to enhance the security of my account to prevent future unauthorized access. I am confident that I have not violated Fortnite's Terms of Service and consider this ban unjustified.

Hello, I need assistance with my Facebook-connected account. While playing with a friend, I suddenly got disconnected and couldn't log back in due to an authentication error. I usually stay logged in automatically, so I forgot my credentials. I then received an email from Epic Games stating that my account deletion request has been processed, which I never initiated. I have not shared my account details, so I'm concerned that someone else might have accessed it. I want to stop the deletion process immediately as it was not requested by me.

I am extremely frustrated because I bought a Fortnite figure for $12.99 for my son to get the Minty Pickaxe code for his PS4. We redeemed the code online on his Epic Games account as instructed on the receipt, but when he tried to use the pickaxe on his PS4, it was not there. I contacted GameStop where we made the purchase, and they suggested it is an issue with our Epic Games account, advising me to reach out to them. I am now trying to resolve this with Epic Games promptly as I spent money on the item solely for this code, and my son is unable to use it. I wish for someone to assist me over the phone to resolve this matter efficiently. Thank you.

Hello, my grandson just celebrated his 11th birthday and unfortunately, an 18-year-old hacked his account, stealing his entire set of "SKINS," valued at over [redacted]. My grandson provided me with the hacker's username and other relevant information. As a disabled person, I try to purchase items he enjoys for his gaming experience, especially in games like the FortNite Arena. Sadly, the hacker boasted to other players about his actions, and one kind player informed my grandson of the theft after the hacker changed the password, preventing retrieval of his items.
Name: S. Dobbs
I am willing to provide all necessary details to address this issue promptly. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I am experiencing an issue with my son's Fortnite account on Xbox. He used a nameless account for over 2 years, investing a significant amount of money in skins and V-Bucks. Recently, he attempted to obtain a free skin, prompting him to create an Epic Games account. Unfortunately, after linking it to his Xbox account, the content and progress from his nameless account disappeared, replaced by the new one. Despite trying various solutions from your team and Xbox support, the problem persists. Through my own research, I discovered that it might be feasible to recover the nameless account by tracing the transaction numbers from the V-Bucks and skin packs orders. I am eager to hear if this is a viable solution and will provide any necessary details.

While at the playground, a guy approached me and asked if I wanted to play with him. I agreed, and he mentioned having the "renegade raider" skin and more on his account. He proposed a trade where I could use his account in exchange for letting him use mine. Reluctant to trade, I only wanted to use his temporarily. He assured me I could keep his account, but after accessing my PSN account, he changed the password and took control, leaving me unable to retrieve it.

I'm discussing with my grandson why he stopped playing FORTNITE. He mentioned that when he plays on Xbox One, his first shots seem to not register, unlike when his friends play on PlayStation where it works fine. He believes there may be unfair advantages. I observed this myself and unfortunately, it appears to be true. Are certain consoles prioritized differently in the game? I really hope there are no unfair advantages involved. Please respond so I can discuss this with him, he's 13. Best regards, PJ.

Hello, I need help recovering the email address linked to my Epic Games Fortnite account. I am worried about losing my account because I have made several in-game purchases. Since I have multiple email addresses for work, I am unsure which one I used for my account. Any assistance in recovering my email address would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Today, I received multiple emails alerting me about unauthorized attempts to access my son's account. I had previously reported a hack about a month and a half ago, but I struggled to provide all the required details. I would appreciate guidance on how to close this compromised account and delete any of my personal information stored in your system. The hacker, self-identifying as Kareem, has managed to withdraw money from my account before. Despite changing the password, it seems like the issue persists. I urgently need assistance in terminating this account to prevent further unauthorized access.

Good afternoon,
My son purchased Borderlands 3 from Epic Games on Saturday evening. We downloaded it overnight, but when he tried to play it in the morning, the game didn't work. I was too busy that day to find someone who could help us fix this issue. Why isn't the game working on his computer even though he spent a lot of time downloading it? The download showed over 4 hours. On Sunday evening, I found a friend who tried to help by sending a couple of updates and reinstalling the game twice, but it's still not working. I know the refund policy is usually within 2 hours, but my son is still upset and really wants to play the game. I've checked, and his computer meets all the requirements for the game and has plenty of gigabytes available. Can you assist us in getting the game to work on his computer? If not, I would like to request a refund for the game.
Thank you,
Best regards, N.

I noticed a charge of $99.99 on November 28th for V-Bucks, but I was at work when this occurred. Upon checking with both Sony and my bank, I discovered that my little cousin had made the purchase. I rarely play Fortnite, only dabbling in it briefly to explore the V-Bucks. I have not used any of the V-Bucks and would like to request a refund, please. My Epic email is [redacted], I play on Ps4, and my Gamertag is Juggstar__.

My account was compromised recently, and the hacker deleted my friends list and changed my gamer tag without my consent. A game was also added to my account that I did not authorize. I've already changed my password to prevent further access. Could you please assist me in reverting my gamer tag back to its original state? Additionally, it would be appreciated if you could investigate the hack. I am concerned that I did not receive any notifications regarding logins from unfamiliar locations. It's crucial to me that steps are taken to prevent such incidents, especially as my account holds personal information. Thank you for your support in resolving this matter promptly.

I purchased The Outer Worlds PC game as a Christmas gift for my son. I used my Visa card for payment, expecting a physical copy to be sent. After creating an account, I was surprised to learn the game would be emailed. My son informed me there was no link in the email, causing confusion. He has contacted customer service on my behalf. I am unsure if the game was sent to me as the user. Do I need a refund? I may need to re-order with my son's help. Assistance is appreciated urgently. Invoice: A[redacted]81.

I have been exchanging emails with Epic Games support, and I'm starting to feel frustrated. I want to link my Epic account to my new Xbox, but it's currently linked to a nameless account on the console. Despite following the link they provided to fix the issue, the instructions don't match what I see on my computer screen. They suggested creating a new Epic account after finding my Xbox Live account, but I already have an Epic account. I just want to login with my Xbox details to connect my Epic account and move forward. Please assist!
