I recently discovered that my Fifa Mobile account was unjustly banned. I've been an active player since last season, and EA can verify my history of purchasing Fifa Points. I have never engaged in any hacking or illicit behavior in the game. I have opened a case regarding this issue, and the case number is [redacted]7. Kindly request that this matter be reviewed by EA. I have invested a significant amount of money and time into playing Fifa Mobile daily for over a year, and it has become a meaningful part of my life.

I recently purchased FIFA 20 and an online membership for my PS4. Despite spending a considerable amount on Ultimate Team, I am experiencing frequent disconnections, impacting my ability to complete matches. Out of 50 games attempted, I have only finished around 10 due to being kicked from the server with an error message stating "you have disconnected for EA." I have verified my connection and everything seems to be in order. I am frustrated by this ongoing issue and would appreciate insight into why I am consistently disconnected. If this problem persists, I may consider seeking a refund for the game.

My brother and I have separate PlayStation 4 accounts, both with our own Ultimate Team squads. Recently, a week before the release of FIFA 20, I logged into my account and found that our teams, coins, and everything had been switched. Now, to play with my team, I have to use my brother's account, but I cannot play online. I'm not sure if this issue is due to EA or Sony. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

I've been a subscriber to EA Access on Xbox One. After learning about the security breach, I reviewed my account and discovered several unauthorized charges for the subscription fee. I have disputed these charges and subsequently canceled my subscription. The unauthorized fees occurred in late September, one of which may have been my legitimate fee. It's apparent that my account security has been compromised, and I request that all my information be deleted from your records. Additionally, I am seeking a refund for the subscription fee paid for the 2[redacted] period.

My players have disappeared from my Ultimate Team after I was kicked out of the game. I had put a lot of effort into it and upon logging back in, I was disappointed to see certain valuable players missing, like Depay and Saint-Maxim. This was upsetting, and I almost deleted the game. I am disappointed by the significant decline in the Madden series over the last decade. It feels like the developers are more focused on making money through Ultimate Team rather than improving the overall game experience. The franchise mode is lackluster, and the Face of the Franchise mode fell short of its initial promise. I believe there is potential for improvements by taking inspiration from 2k's MyCareer mode with features like endorsements, interviews, and voice-recorded names. The lack of attention to detail, glitches, and unchanged gameplay have made the game feel stagnant and uninteresting. It's frustrating to see the negligence towards player experience and the repeated release of essentially the same game every year. The focus should be on enhancing gameplay and engaging players rather than solely on profit. The current state of the game is truly disappointing.

Hello, I've encountered a frustrating bug while playing FIFA 20 on my PS4. During a match in Ultimate Team, I took a shot with Suarez that was saved by the goalkeeper. Suarez then scored on the rebound, but the system incorrectly ruled it offside due to Bale. I know the rules of football well, and this was not offside. I have sent a video to EA via Instagram for review. My username is shayan7r. Could you please investigate this issue? Unfortunately, I lost the game because of this unfair call. If possible, I would appreciate some compensatory coins to make up for the loss. My EA Sports ID is also shayan7r. Your help with this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. I am experiencing problems with Battlefield 4 on my PS4. My game progress is not saving properly, leading me to start over from the beginning three times. I have been careful to follow the proper procedures while using the console, such as not unplugging it while saving. During gameplay, the game has stopped multiple times, showing me an error message with code CE-[redacted]-0. The rewards I earn are not being saved, and my soldier's progress seems to reset to level 1 each time. Yesterday, I could resume my campaign from my last checkpoint midway through the game, but today it has reverted back to the beginning. I typically exit the game and shut down my PS4 or switch to multiplayer. Despite my stable internet connection of at least 30mbps through a wired connection, the issue persists. I have not knowingly done anything to trigger this problem. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help.

I have already reached out to EA regarding my ban. Although they did not specify the reason, I suspect it's because I accessed my friend's account to purchase an in-game item on his behalf as he was unable to afford it. My friend has also informed me that his account was banned. Despite sending two emails, EA's responses have been repetitive, stating that I violated their terms of service and will not have my account reinstated. I am eager to regain access to my account as I have invested numerous hours and funds into Apex Legends. Unfortunately, EA's customer support has been unhelpful, leaving me frustrated with the situation.

Battlefield 5 has been a letdown for me. I am seeking a refund or to have the game removed from my Origin library. I am disappointed with the game's lack of improvements and content updates despite promises. As a long-time fan of the Battlefield series, dating back to BF [redacted], I am hesitant to support future titles. I doubt I will purchase another Battlefield or EA game in the future. I am skeptical of the company's claim to stand by their games, given the issues with this one. I would appreciate it if you could remove Battlefield 5 from my library to avoid any further frustration.

I recently experienced a hack on FIFA 20 on Sunday, October 13th. I immediately contacted live chat upon noticing my content was missing. I followed up with EA Help on October 14th and 15th. I was reassured each time that I would receive all my content back since they could see the hacking was not my fault. However, I received an email accusing me of coin distribution, which I have not done. I have always played fair and never cheated in any FIFA game. Despite being patient in my calls, I am now extremely frustrated. I expect a proper resolution with the return of my coins, FIFA points, and players that were stolen as promised three times by EA Help. It's disheartening to be treated this way, especially as a loyal customer who purchases FIFA every year. I demand an apology and adequate compensation, or I will bring attention to this unfair treatment. The lack of effective phone support to address such issues is disappointing, especially when I am innocent. I am incredibly upset about this whole situation.

I would like to report an issue I've been experiencing while playing squad battles on FIFA 20 on my PS4. Every time I achieve a significant victory on World Class difficulty, the game disconnects at the end and displays a message about having trouble connecting to Ultimate Team. When I return to Ultimate Team, instead of showing my big win, it registers as a loss. This issue never occurs on other difficulty levels and seems unfair when I play well. For instance, just today I won 5-0 against Torino AC in squad battles, but it disconnected at the final whistle and recorded it as a loss. I am not overly concerned about the points currently, but I hope this can be resolved for future matches or I may consider switching to other games.

I need help with training points I purchased in the game for my players. Each player requires about 4,[redacted] to 6,[redacted] training points to upgrade. When EA Sports released the "Most Feared" promotion in Madden 20, there were technical difficulties. After they attempted to fix it, many players, including myself, lost abilities. EA only compensated me with 6,[redacted] training points, but I had around 90,[redacted] training points invested in my 15 maxed-out players. They owe me around 80,[redacted] to 90,[redacted] training points. I've spent $4,[redacted] to $6,[redacted] in three months on this game. I feel cheated and robbed by EA for taking our hard-earned money. It costs them nothing to correct this, so they should make it right.

I may not have the correct email to contact, but I am unable to find a fraud/security contact. My account has been accessed by someone using my information. I have been receiving emails from EA notifying me of account logins, which I originally attributed to my kids playing EA games. However, upon realizing that we were not signed into an EA account on our gaming system, I became concerned. Despite changing my password, email, and enabling login verification, I still received an email that login verification was turned off. Additionally, I recently noticed an unauthorized $40 charge from EA on my bank account, which I initially overlooked. I spoke to my family, and none of them made the purchase. I am uncertain if a payment method is saved on my account, but I am less concerned about the $40 charge and more worried about the possibility of further unauthorized charges and continued access to my account after taking security measures.

When will Malak return to the store? If you have already allowed Malak to be taken back to 6 stars, it should be reinstated. This seems like a bully tactic, and it's your mistake to begin with. What's the benefit of compensation shards if they can't be used on the desired character? It's as useless as a chocolate teapot. This situation is now wasting people's time, which I find unacceptable. I've invested a substantial amount of money into this game, but my confidence in it has dwindled. What guarantee do I have from you that this won't happen again? This cash-only approach to certain tasks is disappointing, and understandably, I'm not pleased with your recent actions. I'm sure I'm not the only one feeling this way. I'm seeking clarification on dates and times of resolution.

For the past five days, I have been experiencing frequent crashes on my Origin app. Each time I try to log in, I receive the error message "Origin has encountered a serious problem and must close." I have tried several troubleshooting steps to resolve this issue: - Reinstalled Origin - Rolled back to a previous version of Origin as recommended by EA support - Restarted the router and opened the necessary ports for Origin - Added Origin as an exception in the Windows Firewall and Windows Defender - Conducted an SFC /SCANNOW scan and used DISM commands to fix corrupted files - Cleared the Origin cache files in %programdata% and %appdata% - Ran Malwarebytes to check for viruses as suggested - Removed the malfunctioning AI Suite - Initiated a clean startup following guidance from EA help pages Despite these efforts, the problem persists.

I've been playing Apex Legends on Origin for PC since its release, with approximately [redacted] hours logged into the game. About four days ago, I encountered a problem where I received a "cloud sync error" message on Origin. This error prevented me from accessing my storage data and playing the game. Despite trying to play anyway, the game wouldn't load properly, showing 0 data center download and errors with retrieving the matchmaking list. I've attempted various solutions, including disabling the Cloud in Origin and even formatting my PC, but the issue persists.
