Hello, I purchased Sims 4 for my PC a few months ago. Yesterday, when I tried to play, it prompted me to enter a product code. I used the one provided with my game, but it says it has already been redeemed. I also bought the Pets extension pack. I just want to be able to enjoy playing my game again. Ensuring I can access the Pets pack would be great since I invested in it. If that's not possible, a refund would be appreciated. Thank you.

I purchased Fifa over the weekend and have been playing Ultimate Team since Sunday. I had no previous issues with Fifa 19, but now when I loaded Ultimate Team today, it redirected me to the start where I have to pick a starting squad. Even though my club name and badge appear before loading, I wish to retrieve my previous progress with my club name, coins, and players intact.

I've had the game for a week now. I paid extra for the early release and ultimate edition but have yet to play a game on Ultimate Team. Every time I try to change the formation or add a player, I get kicked out with the message 'There was an error communicating with the FIFA Ultimate Team servers. Please try again.' I attempted to put my team together on the app but encountered the same error. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game twice already. I reached out to EA help on Twitter but received no response. I tried the live chat but got disconnected after a long wait. The phone support has over an hour wait time.

I attempted to change the name of my team in FIFA 20 Ultimate. However, after completing the objective, I found I was unable to do so. In an effort to start fresh and change the team name, I deleted my ultimate team. Yet, upon recreating it, the objectives remained marked as completed. This has left me with a randomly generated name and no way to restart and earn rewards with new objectives. I am in need of assistance to unlock the objectives, allowing me to change my team name as desired.

I recently faced issues logging into Origin, which were fixed temporarily by technical support. However, the problem returned once I restarted my system. I am unable to download a purchased game due to the "Could not connect to the server" error. If this persists, I may have to cancel everything. It's frustrating that after buying something, it fails to work as expected. I have attempted to reconnect to the server without success. I urgently require assistance to resolve this matter. It seems phone support is unavailable, possibly due to high volumes of reported problems like mine.

I signed up for an EA Access account on my Xbox One. It seems to have used my outdated EA information from [redacted] when Hotmail was still active. I've informed them that I can no longer access Hotmail since the email account is no longer active. I've provided them with my updated Origin account details along with the original date, tag name, and email used to create the account. Despite this, they responded stating I need access to my original email which is not possible. This is preventing me from accessing FIFA 20 through the FIFA 20 companion app as it shows I don't have a FIFA 20 Football Club on My EA account. My case number is [redacted]1. I had The Sims 3 game on my laptop, then transferred the files to my new gaming PC to keep my progress. Initially, I faced an unrecognized graphics card issue but managed to play. However, after saving and quitting, the game now gets stuck on a black loading screen for hours and I can't uninstall from the content tab. I have been playing Tapped Out for more than 5 years. Recently, my player login, dancewizard840, has disappeared for some unknown reason. After reloading the game, it required a [redacted] MB data download, and my town is currently at level [redacted]. I have tried to regain access to my account using my email address [redacted] and password Pasodoble59 at EA games, but it keeps stating "invalid email or credentials." Despite this issue, I am certain my game account still exists as my neighbors can still visit my town, and actions are being performed in the game. I am seeking assistance in recovering access to my account since the provided email and password are not working for my EA login.

I am disappointed with the issues in FIFA 20. The game seems unprepared and the updates haven't fixed the problems. I paid $90 for this game and if it isn't improved, I will switch to PES 20 instead. I won't pre-order from FIFA again.

I am unable to access my EA account linked to my Xbox gamertag, which was set up more than a decade ago. I possess valid photo identification to verify my ownership. Additionally, I am willing to provide my Microsoft login details and any relevant Xbox account information. Despite making two attempts to recover my account through EA's procedures, using substantial evidence of ownership, including a complete account history, the EA support team seems unable to assist effectively. I request that my EA account be transferred to my current email address; otherwise, I will discontinue any future financial transactions with the company.

I won a game on my FUT champions convincingly, but the game's visuals froze while the audio continued. I had to quit, and it counted as a DNF. This situation is crucial for me as it affects my rank from gold 3 to gold 2. I would appreciate it if the game could count as my win. Hello! I am using Windows 10. Last December, I installed Origin and The Sims 4 without any issues. Today, when I tried to play The Sims 4 by launching the app, it failed to load properly. The same issue occurred when I attempted to access Origin. My internet connection is working fine as I can play other games and browse the web without any problems. I believe there might be an issue specifically with these applications. Can someone assist me with resolving this problem? Thank you.

I purchased "Cats and Dogs" expansion pack, "Parenthood" game pack, and "Toddler Stuff" stuff pack for Sims 4. I got a receipt confirming the payment in my email but did not receive any serial codes required to download the extra packs. Even the original Sims 4 now asks for a serial code to open, which I never needed before. The games are in my library, but I can't access them. Can new serial codes be provided as I paid nearly 50€ for this bundle and have been unable to play even once? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

This is a follow-up regarding my ticket submitted on 08/24/[redacted] at 15:34:52. I have been unexpectedly banned from Battlefield 4 and can no longer access the online servers. As a 51-year-old long-time player of the Battlefield series for over two decades, gaming is a cherished hobby of mine. Despite attempting various solutions such as reinstalling the game and operating system, I have been unable to resolve the issue. I would like to emphasize that I have never used any unauthorized software impacting gameplay. My alias, Cschutze, has been consistent throughout my years of playing the Battlefield series, evident in the logs of BF2, BF3, and so forth. I kindly request guidance on how to address this ban.

Hello, I am currently facing an issue with my EA account where the incorrect email address is linked, preventing me from accessing the FIFA 20 online web app, which is crucial for my gaming experience.
