Hello,
I am writing regarding our recent flight experience from PMI to BSL on Easyjet EZS1070. Unfortunately, upon arrival in Basel, one of our three checked suitcases was missing. What concerns us the most is that the label for the lost suitcase, which is usually stuck on boarding passes, is also missing. We are unsure if the label fell off or was not properly attached.
We have been advised that there is a possibility our suitcase is in Lutton, where Easyjet sends lost luggage. We filed a claim with reference number U2EPE/[redacted] on September 18th, [redacted], detailing the contents of the missing suitcase, including an iPad [redacted] GB purchased in [redacted]. We have submitted PDF documents with purchase receipts as evidence.
It has now been 16 weeks since our luggage went missing, and we are requesting reimbursement for all the lost items, the suitcase itself, and any expenses we incurred due to the missing belongings. Despite our efforts, we have yet to receive any updates or compensation from EasyJet regarding our claim.
Sincerely,
Noemí and Daniel E.

I filed a claim for delayed luggage but haven't received any updates. I completed the EasyJet documentation for luggage claims and submitted my receipts over 6 weeks ago. I tried to follow up on their website but got no response. I then found EasyJet customer service on Facebook and messaged them. I was polite but assertive, explaining that I had followed their process and also reached out via email to [redacted] After speaking with customer service on Facebook, they looked into it, and I was finally contacted. Although the issue isn't resolved yet, there is progress.

I have a flight booked to Amsterdam on Wednesday, 7/12/22 with Booking Reference K4DTHDP. Unfortunately, due to a heart procedure scheduled for tomorrow at the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital, I will not be able to fly on the 7th. I have downloaded the Medical Declaration Form to be signed by my Cardiologist. I need assistance on how to submit the signed form to the airline. My intention is not to cancel my return ticket, but to receive a voucher so I can rebook after Christmas when I have recovered. Thank you for your help.

Dear GET HUMAN Team,
I want to share our unfortunate experience during our flight from Malaga to Berlin (EJU5914) on Sunday (4.12). My companions, Mr. Klaus Siegesleitner, Mr. Martin Koers, and I, Mrs. Berenika Olimpia Ruehrnoessl, encountered disrespectful treatment from a staff member. Despite being sober adults, we were wrongly accused of being intoxicated. We were rudely handled when questioned about a luggage fee discrepancy. The staff's behavior resulted in us missing a family funeral and a troubled journey home via Oslo. We seek a refund for the last-minute flights and luggage fees incurred. We possess all necessary documentation. Please address this matter promptly.
Thank you for your assistance.
Sincerely,
Berenika Olimpia Rührnössl

I need to cancel my easyJet flight due to my holiday host testing positive for COVID-19. However, the 'manage my flight' option does not offer a cancellation choice, only options to modify the date, seats, and passenger names. I have thoroughly checked other pages and found a form for cancellations in case of bereavement or critical illness, but these appear to be for refunds or vouchers. My travel insurance can cover most of the flight expenses, but I require an email confirming the cancellation to process the claim.

Flight Booking K475WT8
Hello, my husband had a flight to London in January [redacted] to visit his late uncle. Unfortunately, his plans have changed due to recent events. I would like to inquire about the options available for this booking. Is it possible to receive a voucher for future use, and how does the voucher redemption process work? Additionally, could you please clarify the procedures for changing the booking in case the new flight is either cheaper or more expensive? Furthermore, I am interested in transferring the booking into my name. If this is possible, what are the associated costs for changing the passenger's name, particularly on a round-trip flight? Your guidance on these matters would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Best regards, M. Daniel

Due to a bomb scare causing the evacuation of the Glasgow Airport and the cancellation of my flight to Bristol on December 5th at 8:45 am, I had to rebook with easyJet for the next day to make it to work at Hinckley Point. I heard that easyJet is providing a one-way ticket as compensation. Assuming this is correct, I would like to redeem that for a one-way flight from Bristol to Glasgow on Friday, March 10th at 7:00 am. The original flight canceled was on Monday with Registration number K44D29L. I hope this information is adequate for you to assist me in arranging this. Feel free to reach out to me if needed. Thank you. - Angus C.

Hello, I am concerned about my friend's lost purse that she may have left on the EasyJet flight from Geneva to Liverpool. The flight was supposed to land at 22:20 but arrived at 23:01. She is Ukrainian and the black purse contained money and cards. She is quite upset about this situation. I really hope that the purse was found during the airplane cleaning. Could you please check and update me at your earliest convenience? Thank you for your help. Sincerely, Jenny Blake, regarding Yuliia Siroshtan

Good afternoon from Melbourne, Australia. I am William Dalton and I have a question regarding connecting flights at Athens Airport. On May 24th next year, I plan to fly from Santorini to Naples. I am interested in booking the 11.35 Aegean flight from Santorini that connects with the 13.15 EasyJet flight from Athens to Naples. With a 55-minute layover in Athens, I would like to confirm if this time is sufficient to catch the Naples flight. I would also like to know if we need to clear customs in Athens and recheck our baggage, or if we can proceed directly to the connecting gate due to both Italy and Greece being part of the Schengen Zone. Thank you.

Hello,
I wanted to share my positive feedback on the wonderful and incredibly comfortable flight from Lanzarote to Liverpool John Lennon Airport yesterday. It had been a while since I last flew with your airline, and I must say I was thoroughly impressed by the improvements. The seats were exceptionally cozy with ample legroom, and your staff on both flights were outstanding (please convey my compliments). The landing by the Pilot on the return journey was flawless; I didn't even realize we had landed, it was so smooth!
Sending my best regards and gratitude for such a pleasant flight experience.
Best regards,
David F. Bird
p.s. The return flight to Liverpool was scheduled for 18:40 from Arrecife Airport.

I am seeking to extend my holiday until the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd of January to coordinate with EasyJet flights from Hurghada to Bristol. Despite booking through On the Beach, the holiday representatives have been unhelpful, failing to visit the hotel as promised three times. Lacking a booking reference with EasyJet, only with On the Beach, I am unable to make changes directly with the airline. The hotel reception has been uncooperative, refusing to dial international numbers. I have noted on the EasyJet website that flight changes can typically be made without additional fees.

Hello,
I wanted to report an issue regarding our recent flight experience with the airline. On May 12th, we took flight U2 [redacted] at 7:15 AM from Amsterdam to Tel Aviv. Unfortunately, during check-in, our suitcase was not tagged by your agent. As a result, we are currently unable to locate it. We have filed a report at Tel Aviv airport and with Schiphol's lost and found department.
In addition to the inconvenience of not receiving our suitcase, we had paid an extra fee for it, expecting it to be handled properly. The agent assured us that it would be tagged, but this was not done, leading to our current situation.
Our lost suitcase contains over [redacted] euros worth of new clothes. We kindly request your assistance in locating the suitcase or providing a refund for the additional payment made for its contents.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.

My name is Mr. Hassan BELLAKHDER. I have booked a flight for myself and my wife from Nantes to Marrakech on 01/05/[redacted], reservation K4FMWQW, flight number EJU7703. We have just checked in for this flight and provided all the information for myself and my wife, Mrs. Sylvie CANONGE. I was assigned seat 18D, and for my wife, seat 18E. I was able to print my boarding pass with all my details, but when trying to print my wife's boarding pass, my name (Hassan BELLAKHDER) and seat number (18D) appear instead of hers. So, I have two identical boarding passes with my name on both, and none for my wife, Mrs. Sylvie CANONGE. How can we get my wife's boarding pass? If needed, you can reach us in Morocco until tomorrow afternoon at +[redacted]-6-65-95-61-40. From tomorrow evening, you can reach us at +33 [redacted]19. Thank you.

Hello,
I contacted customer service on December 15, [redacted], but have yet to receive any acknowledgment of my complaint from easyJet. The issues I experienced during my package holiday included a lack of communication at the airport regarding a flight delay, disorganization and chaos at both Sharm airport and Malpensa airport, and inadequate facilities at the Milan hotel where we were placed. This hotel lacked food and drinks and was situated in an isolated area, leaving me with only one meal in 18 hours. Upon my return, I fell ill at Milan airport and suffered from food poisoning for more than 8 days. I suspect I contracted it at the Solymar hotel in Sharm, as it was the only place I had eaten during the final days of my trip. Despite having positive experiences with easyJet in the past, I was disappointed by the lack of communication from staff at Sharm airport and the chaotic situation at Malpensa airport, along with the subpar hotel conditions.

My daughter and her family, consisting of 2 adults and 2 children, just arrived from Finland and are concerned about making it to the gate in time before closing for their flight to Jersey. They need to switch terminals. Can you please accommodate them or will they have to stay overnight in Gatwick and rebook for tomorrow? The family members are Julie, Stuart, Jack, and Amy Chandlen. Julie is currently heading over to the EasyJet terminal to see if the issue can be resolved. Thank you for your assistance.

Hi,
I made a flight booking using the name Elizabeth from my UK passport. However, my UK passport has expired, and my current passport shows the name Elisheva, which is just the Hebrew version of my name. Easyjet allows up to 3 letters of a name change for free, and in my case, the change is only for the last 5 letters. By retaining the letters 'a' and 'e' and switching them around, it's just 3 letters added.
I am wondering if you could make this adjustment for me without charging the name change fee. Both names, Elisheva and Elizabeth, refer to the same person but are from different passports.
Thank you so much.

I left my mobile phone on an easyJet plane at Gatwick Airport on December 24th, Saturday morning. Upon realizing I had lost my phone, I used a friend's phone to call it and a hostess on the plane answered, directing me to the help desk. However, the staff at the help desk instructed me to claim it online. Despite trying numerous links and contacting customer services and Gatwick Airport, I have been unable to get assistance as the phone lines are only voicemail. Today, easyJet customer service advised me to visit the Gatwick Airport lost property office, only to be told to use the telephone line and online link for the claim process as they do not handle easyJet lost property. I am frustrated with the lack of customer service and the runaround I am experiencing. I am prepared to escalate this issue to the aviation complaints service. My Lost Property online reference number is FF/[redacted]/22, with Flight number EJU8868 and seat 18B.
Thank you.
Sincerely,
D.K.
