Hello, my name is Christine Maldonado, and I visit Dunkin' Donuts every morning at the same location in Florida, New York. Recently, I ordered a medium vanilla iced coffee and a medium coffee, but I was disappointed to find sugar wrappers and sweet and low packets inside my iced coffee instead of regular sugar. When I raised this concern, I was met with an unhelpful attitude and was promised a free replacement, which I never received. On another occasion, I found a bug in my hot medium coffee, and the staff nonchalantly mentioned that it happens sometimes. The employees at this Dunkin' Donuts location are consistently rude and unprofessional, using curse words when dealing with customers. I would appreciate a refund for the three drinks I purchased or a gift card as compensation for the inconvenience I have faced. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Last Thursday, my son and I visited the Dunkin Donuts on Cermak and East Ave. Upon arrival, my son went to use the restroom. When I attempted to place our order, the lady behind the counter informed me that my son couldn't use the restroom. She proceeded to aggressively confront my son while he was using the facility, causing a scene. Upset by the situation, I decided to leave without ordering. En route to McDonald's, where I knew my son could use the restroom, I contacted the store manager to explain the incident. I am deeply troubled by the invasion of my son's privacy in this manner. I seek a resolution to prevent such an experience for others in the future. Although I considered legal action, I plan to address this matter with corporate first. Please reach out to me at your earliest convenience. Thank you, Concerned Mother.

I recently visited a Dunkin’ Donuts located on William Highway in Easton, PA. I ordered a vanilla bean Coolatta but received a thick smoothie-like drink instead as the Coolatta machine was not working and the staff had to prepare it manually. The owner or manager of the store was not pleasant and just wanted to refund me quickly. I was disappointed with the service I received as a loyal Dunkin’ Donuts customer. My name is Amjad Alkhmos and you can verify my account information.

I would like to file a complaint about the employees at a Dunkin' store in AZ. On Sunday afternoon, I visited the drive-thru for a coffee. Upon arriving, I overheard laughter and had to wait for the employees to acknowledge me. The woman at the speaker initially spoke to me in Spanish, to which I politely requested English, but received a rude response. When trying to place my order with a male employee, I had to repeat myself due to distractions from laughing female employees. Despite pointing out their immaturity, my question about a frozen caramel drink was disregarded, leading me to drive off without making a purchase. To my dismay, I overheard offensive language from the employees as I left. The lack of professionalism and disrespectful behavior from the staff has left me upset, and I have no desire to return to that location.

I went to DD on Turnersburg Highway in Statesville today, October 9, to get the $2.00 IceLatte. When I ordered at the drive-thru, the girl asked me to drive around without taking my order. When I was charged $4.04, I mentioned I wanted the special deal, to which she responded that it wasn't a current special. I was surprised because I had purchased three the Wednesday before. She claimed the deal had ended a while ago, despite my regular visits to another DD location on Broad Street. Disappointed by the lack of assistance or verification, I had to skip the other store due to time constraints. If this is their standard practice, I will avoid going back to this specific location. Thank you. - Donna T. from Statesville, NC.

The situation at the Dunkin in Weirton is concerning. Every visit leaves me thinking it will be the last, but I keep giving chances which only result in worsening service. The manager's behavior is unacceptable. During a recent visit, there was a long wait at the drive-thru, and despite serving the customer in front, I was left waiting for over 10 minutes. When another customer asked to speak to the manager, the response was rude and unhelpful. The manager seems more focused on making excuses than on assisting customers promptly. This same manager previously engaged in unsanitary practices, like not washing hands after smoking and not wearing a mask. This demonstrates a lack of concern for customer well-being. Even with coupons, the poor service and treatment experienced after an 18-minute wait were unacceptable. The low rating of 1.5 stars on Yelp reflects the reality of the poor customer service at this location. Urgent action is required.

On a recent visit to Dunkin', I ordered 2 bagels with cream cheese, one toasted and one not, along with a hot tea and a hot coffee with sugar and extra cream. Unfortunately, we received a bagel that appeared to have been cut some time ago and was toasted with no cream cheese on it, while the untoasted bagel had only a quarter of a block of cream cheese on it. Additionally, the coffee we received was cold, not iced, and had far less cream than requested.
As a loyal customer and frequent visitor, I am disappointed by the lack of consistency in my orders. Fast food chains like Dunkin' thrive on their ability to provide customers with reliable and affordable options. In this case, the subpar quality of my order has been a recurring issue, and I felt it was important to address it for the sake of maintaining the brand's reputation.

Recently, my wife and I visited several Dunkin' Donut drive-thrus in Auburn, Seneca Falls, and Weedsport in upstate New York. While all employees were wearing masks, we noticed that some had them below their noses. We even declined our orders when we saw multiple staff members not following proper mask protocols. It is crucial for food handlers to wear masks correctly. These locations may have the same owner, and it might be beneficial for them to emphasize the importance of representing Dunkin' Donuts well. As seniors at risk, we are particularly sensitive to this issue. We have reached out to some managers, but it seems like mask compliance might not be their top priority. Thank you for listening, and we hope that steps will be taken to ensure proper mask-wearing at these establishments.

Good afternoon,
I wanted to share my recent disappointing experience at Dunkin'. On January 6th around 5:00 pm, I visited the Dunkin' location at [redacted] Easton Road in Willow Grove, PA. I ordered a large matcha latte in the drive-thru. After paying, I received a medium instead of a large. When I brought this to the attention of the worker at the window, she initially argued with me, claiming I ordered a medium. I pointed out that I was charged for a large based on the receipt. After verifying the receipt, she poured the contents of the medium cup into a large cup, leaving a noticeable gap at the top. Despite feeling frustrated, I accepted the drink and left. This encounter was truly disappointing and not the level of service I expect from Dunkin'.
Thank you,
Taylor

As a delivery driver for Grubhub, my responsibility is to transport food from restaurants to customers. Due to the pandemic, I am unable to check the contents of orders before delivery as the restaurants are now in charge of packing them. Unfortunately, Dunkin' Donuts employees have been making mistakes like giving me fewer donuts than ordered or providing the wrong items, leading to unhappy customers who sometimes even become aggressive towards me. If this issue is not addressed promptly, I may have to stop delivering for Dunkin' Donuts. I urge the employees to take their job seriously to prevent upsetting customers and putting me at risk. One potential solution I am considering is taking photos of the packed orders and sharing them with customers along with the store's contact information to ensure transparency and customer satisfaction. My priority is to provide excellent service and avoid any confrontations or misunderstandings.

I recently purchased a Duncan sweatshirt with a fifty-dollar gift card I bought online. Initially, the sweatshirts were sold out, but when they became available, I tried to pay with my gift card. Unfortunately, I was informed by customer service that this specific product could not be purchased using the gift card. The lack of clarity on the card about any restrictions is frustrating. It simply states, "TREAT THIS CARD LIKE CASH." If certain products are ineligible for purchase with the card, this information should be clearly stated beforehand. I hope Duncan can make it more transparent which items can be bought with the gift card to avoid confusion in the future as I specifically wanted to use it for a sweatshirt.

I visit Dunkin' Donuts frequently, usually 2-4 times a day, using my perks card for deals. At this particular Dunkin', I've encountered very rude employees, except for one with pink hair who is consistently friendly. Unfortunately, my orders are often incorrect. This morning, after a big order was botched, I called and was told to return for correction. On my second trip, they insisted on charging me for their mistake and were unhelpful. It's frustrating to not be accommodated for errors. Good customer service is crucial to customer loyalty. I spend a significant amount at Dunkin' and expect friendly service, accurate orders, and tasty products. Discovering mistakes once home is disappointing. I am patient but consistent errors are disheartening.

I visited Store #[redacted] on 03/01/[redacted] at 6:03 PM and attempted to order 12 donuts, only to find out they didn't have the donuts I wanted. I was surprised to learn that this location does not make the specific donuts we were looking for. I initially praised the store when it was refurbished, but now I am disappointed to hear about this limitation. It seems like a considerable investment not to include donuts at this Dunkin' Donuts location on Route [redacted] in the Town of Wallkill, NY. I hope they reconsider this decision given their prominent location on Route [redacted]. Thank you for allowing me to share my disappointment and I wish I had known earlier that this location is not affiliated with Dunkin' Donuts. - Ronald T. S.

As an Uber driver, I visited store #[redacted] at [redacted] Dogwood Rd., Woodlawn, MD. Unfortunately, they did not have the dairy-free ice cream I wanted, so I asked for avocado on a beyond sausage. They mentioned they had no gluten-free bread. Despite this, they handed me a box with avocado on bread and beyond sausage. Given my gluten intolerance, I couldn't have the bread. They took it back, but then stated their policy of not serving beyond sausage without bread. I tried to explain my dietary restrictions, but the manager insisted on following their policy, even discarding the prepared food. The manager's behavior was unacceptable, dismissing my request and suggesting I sue for not following their policy. I felt devalued as a customer and wrongly treated. I believe in accommodating customer requests, especially when already paid for.

This morning, my experience at Dunkin Donuts on south Federal Highway and SE Village Green in Port St. Lucie, FL (March 21, [redacted]) was disappointing. The store was out of eggs, leaving no breakfast sandwiches available. I was surprised by the lack of stock for a chain store like this. Additionally, there were very few donuts on display, and the workers were loud and disruptive, giving the impression they were not focused on serving customers. I felt the absence of the manager overseeing the situation added to the overall disappointment. In the future, I will avoid visiting this store due to these issues. It's essential for the manager to be present to monitor staff behavior and ensure inventory levels are sufficient for customers.

I would like to inform you of two incidents I had at your establishment located in CC Gran Via 2 in Barcelona-Hospitalet. On two different days, I placed an order reservation through Too Good To Go. The first time, ten minutes before pickup and already at the store, my order was canceled without explanation, leaving plenty of items on display. On the second occasion, I reserved some packs and upon arrival, my order was canceled again, despite the display being full of items as they served donuts to others and another worker prepared bags for Too Good To Go. Traveling to this location involves a round trip of 30km, and returning home without my order, without an explanation, and especially seeing that they were still serving and delivering packs while canceling mine, is frustrating. I look forward to hearing from you. My phone number is [redacted].

My experience at the DD/Baskin Robbins in Fair Lakes, Fairfax, VA, was disappointing. The customer service was subpar, with long wait times just to place an order. I requested a Turtle Blast, and even though the employee making it seemed to understand, the cashier claimed they didn't have that flavor. This confusion persisted due to the mask requirement and noise levels. Frustrated, I left without making a purchase, as did another dissatisfied family. The husband remarked on the poor service as they departed, deciding to go elsewhere. Usually, I visit a different DD for morning coffee, but this visit for ice cream on a Saturday afternoon turned out to be a waste of time.

I visited the Dunkin' Donuts located at [redacted] Old Bridge Rd in Woodbridge, VA, around 7pm today. I am extremely dissatisfied with the poor customer service I received, particularly from an Ethiopian lady working there. I had a terrible experience this time and am requesting a refund for my drink. The employee I interacted with was unprofessional and rude, even instructing others to ignore my requests. I believe the staff needs better training in both customer service and food preparation. Having worked as a barista at Starbucks and Panera, I know this level of service is unacceptable. The drink I received was not only unpleasant but also made me ill. I would appreciate a prompt refund and hope that management takes action to address these issues.

I visited D&D's this morning and discovered an error in my order when I got home. I had to return to the store to have it fixed. The employee kindly said to keep the incorrect item and they would provide a replacement sandwich. However, the manager, Jennifer, displayed a rude attitude and insisted I return the wrong item first. When I mentioned the previous employee's instructions to discard it, Jennifer threatened to involve the police, causing a scene. She aggressively handed me the correct sandwich and then rudely tossed the bag into my car before closing the window and ignoring my attempts to rectify the situation. I felt degraded and upset by this experience, especially since I am a frequent customer at this location. It is imperative that actions be taken regarding a manager who mistreats customers in this manner.

I feel the need to address the issue of inconsistencies with the sandwiches I have ordered from your establishments. Twice now, on separate occasions at different locations, I have received my grilled cheese melt with untoasted bread even though it is supposed to be grilled. The same problem occurred with the everything avocado toast and the sourdough bread egg sandwich. It is frustrating to have to specify that the bread should be toasted when it is clearly indicated as such on your menu. This becomes even more bothersome when using the drive-thru service. I have previous experience as a waitress for several years, so I understand the importance of getting orders right. It seems like a simple fix for your employees to consider how they would make these sandwiches at home. Customers should receive their orders as described unless they request otherwise. Thank you, -R.
