Using Your Dunkin' Donuts Gift Card
There are two ways to use your Dunkin' Donuts gift card for your purchase: in the store and through the mobile app.
In-Store Use
The most common way of using a Dunkin' Donuts gift card is in the store. At the register or drive-thru window, hand the cashier your DD classic gift card to swipe and complete your purchase. The clerk will also be able to tell you if there is any leftover balance on the card at the time of purchase.
Mobile App
You can also use your Dunkin' Donuts gift card through the DD Perks app by doing the following:
- Open the DD Perks app on your device and log into your account.
- Tap the coffee cup in the lower right-hand corner of the screen to start your order.
- Select the location for your purchase and choose "Walk-in" or "Drive-thru."
- Add your items to your cart and tap "checkout."
- Tap "Change" at "Payment Method."
- Select "Add a Dunkin' card."
- Enter the card's 16-digit number and the four-digit PIN code and click "Next."
- Swipe "Place Order" to complete the purchase and proceed to the store to pick up your items.
Important Information About DD Gift Cards
- Dunkin' Donuts gift cards cannot be used to purchase more gift cards; they must be used on food and drink items.
- DD gift cards do not carry any hidden fees.
- Your DD gift card can be reloaded, so you don't need to purchase new cards each time you want to add to your DD shopping capability.
- Cards do not have to be registered and do not expire, but if you do register your card, it can be frozen if lost or stolen to prevent you from losing funds.
