I made an order this morning through your app for drive-thru pick up at [redacted] E Brighton Ave, Syracuse, NY [redacted]. My mobile order number is #[redacted]. After waiting in the drive-thru, I placed an additional order for a chocolate chip muffin (not listed on the app). I received two bags, a box of donut holes, and coffee but my bacon, egg, and cheese croissant was missing. I paid for the sandwich but did not get it. Can you please refund me the $4.19 for the sandwich and any applicable tax to my credit card? Thank you for your swift attention to this issue.

I have been disappointed with the service at Dunkin' Donuts in Brockport, NY recently. My orders have been consistently incorrect over the past few months. I normally order on the app, a cold brew with sweet cold foam, 2 cream, and 1 hazelnut shot. On multiple occasions, they claimed to be out of cold brew and gave me iced coffee as a substitute, which I do not enjoy. This resulted in me paying for a cheaper coffee while being charged for the cold brew. Additionally, I received whipped cream instead of the sweet cold foam a few times, leading to a much sweeter taste. Furthermore, there were instances where I received hazelnut swirl instead of the hazelnut shot I ordered due to my preference for less sugar. If this continues, I may have to reconsider purchasing my coffee from Dunkin' in the future.

I frequently visit the Dunkin on Route 25 in Jamesport, NY. I've had issues with them not properly mixing the chocolate syrup at the bottom of my cup. Despite repeatedly requesting it to be mixed, today a young man refused to help, claiming the syrup was stuck to the side. It was only resolved after another customer arrived. I am upset to be treated this way when paying over $5 for an iced coffee. Customer service should be expected. Perhaps adjusting the method of adding syrup to the cup could prevent this issue. At the Powhatan DD store number [redacted], I encountered Store Manager Lily during my visit. A young drive-through server handed me the wrong drink, a Large Cappuccino without Splenda. When I asked for it to be remade correctly, he rudely suggested I make it myself at home. I requested an apology but he refused and walked away. I then asked for the manager, who was named Lily, to address the situation. Unfortunately, Lily also declined to apologize for the poor service and walked away. I was appalled by the disrespectful behavior and lack of manners displayed by the staff at this location. I wanted to share my dissatisfaction with the store number to highlight the unacceptable service I received.

I reached out around a month ago regarding the mobile app outdoor pickups. Given the current environment with heightened tensions due to safety concerns, I suggest discontinuing outdoor pickups. I frequently visit store #[redacted], where the staff is fantastic, but the outdoor lines are often very long and slow-moving, causing frustration among customers. This morning, around 9:30 AM, the lines were particularly chaotic, and the situation escalated when six mobile pickup customers attempted to join the existing line, leading to conflicts and potential dangers. To prevent any untoward incidents, I recommend shifting mobile pickups indoors where customers can easily walk up and collect their orders. Safety should be the top priority in such circumstances.

I am reaching out regarding the inadequate quantity and quality of products purchased at your Barnegat, NJ [redacted] location. We are regular customers and notice inconsistencies, with only regular coffee being served correctly. Every specialty drink we order seems to be short. For instance, my daughter recently purchased a large cappuccino that was only half full, costing around $3.94 with tax. This ongoing issue must be resolved promptly. I had an unpleasant experience at Duncan Donuts in East Lyme, CT. Upon entering, a customer complained about the workers' performance, and I was given the wrong coffee and sandwich options. The staff seemed unprepared and the store was messy. When I addressed the overflowing trash, the employees were dismissive and even rude. The manager was unprofessional, yelling and failing to handle the situation calmly. I tried to offer feedback constructively, but was met with hostility and asked to leave the premises. It's unfortunate because I believe in providing feedback to improve service, unlike this particular store. They should be more attentive and professional, especially in a family-friendly environment like Duncan's. This experience has deterred me from returning, despite the good food they offer.

I visited the Dunkin' Donuts store to pick up my mobile order, but for the second day in a row, one of the employees was extremely rude. Despite ordering through the mobile app, my coffee wasn't prepared when I arrived, and the staff ignored me at the pickup line. When I approached the register, the same unfriendly employee reluctantly made my coffee without a word. After I didn't take the pink slip, the employee slammed her hand on the counter in frustration. Each time I visit this Dunkin' Donuts location, I encounter nothing but annoyance and disrespect, and it's becoming unacceptable.

I used to work at Dunkin' Donuts in Indiantown, Florida. Unfortunately, I was wrongly accused of stealing money while I wasn't even working on that Friday. The general manager at the store behaves unpleasantly and should be replaced with someone more professional. Additionally, they are mishandling my paychecks. I worked there for three weeks, keeping track of my hours, and I am not being paid the promised rate of $11 per hour.

I visited Dunkin’ Donuts on Rt18 in Florence, KY, at around 4:30 pm on 9/16 to pick up some doughnut holes. I asked for a mix of 25 glazed, chocolate, and pumpkin. After paying and driving away, I decided to have one and noticed the box felt almost empty. In past experiences, the box would be packed. When I got home, I called the store multiple times without success. The employees I saw had curly hair and were chatting. I visited the Dunkin Donuts on 95th Street in Chicago Ridge, IL on September 16th around 4:00 PM and encountered two very rude employees. One of the girls with glasses asked if I was hungry, even though I had just ordered food for my three children. When I questioned her, she repeated her comment and stated she always talks to customers that way. I mentioned contacting corporate, but she shrugged it off. The other girl, who claimed to be in charge, downplayed the situation, indicating she wasn't actually in charge. This lack of professionalism was unsettling. To make matters worse, my order wasn't even prepared, forcing me to leave with disappointed children. It's unfortunate as my family and I used to frequent this location. However, after this experience, I have serious concerns about the quality of service and food hygiene standards enforced by the management.

I ordered coffee and a donut, but after finishing my coffee, I waited 20 minutes for the donut without any assistance from the employees who seemed unoccupied. When I inquired, the employee rudely informed me they were out of donuts and directed me to contact the app for a refund. I offered to choose something else, but I was only given the option of a more expensive muffin. I expressed my frustration as I had waited for 20 minutes without any communication. I politely requested a refund and mentioned this was my worst experience at a Dunkin' Donuts. I inquired if I could be compensated for my time and requested a refund along with a gift card.

I'm a Claremont, New Hampshire resident. Today, I visited a Dunkin' Donuts on Washington Street and ordered two coffees. However, the employee only handed me one coffee initially. When he gave me the second coffee, the lid was not secure, causing the hot coffee to spill all over my left hand, resulting in a bad burn. Despite also getting burned, the employee joked about the situation, mentioning he thought the lid was on tightly. He attempted to hand me the coffee with spills all over, and when I asked him to clean it, he only partially wiped it with a napkin. The coffee was all over me, the counter, and my cup. Even though I had a severe burn, he handed me back the messy cup with a chuckle. Michael, as he identified himself, will be the subject of my complaint to management tomorrow for the poor handling of the situation. I visited Dunkin' Donuts today and ordered 2 bacon Wake-Up Wraps. Despite waiting 3 minutes for someone to take my order, I only got my drink but never received my food. After waiting for another 5 minutes, I inquired about my order, but the staff ignored me. Even when I asked again, they continued talking among themselves. I eventually had to involve my mom, who was also ignored until she showed them the receipt. It took 20 minutes, with the employee appearing to be under the influence, and I had to leave as I only had 1 minute left before work. Frustrated, I left without the food since I didn't have time to eat or store it due to my lack of a lunch break.

This is the second time I have visited Dunkin Donuts in Labelle, FL, and once again, the service was terrible, and the donuts were not fresh. I typically only stop there while passing through, but after this experience, I will not be returning. Publix grocery store offers better donuts that are fresh every day. I am very disappointed because after just one bite, it was clear that the donuts were stale and tasteless. I have made multiple purchases at that store, including 2 1/2 dozens of assorted donuts and 12 coffees and frozen coffees. I am requesting a refund for these items.

I frequently visit the Dunkin’ Donuts in Smithtown, NY, for my favorite iced latte flavors like Caramel, Pumpkin, or White Chocolate. Today, however, my drink looked and tasted like plain milk, which is unusual. When I asked the unfamiliar lady who made it to fix it, she refused and became confrontational, mentioning her name as either Diva or Diwa. I believe it's important for you to address such behavior from your employees, especially when they are rude to customers. This experience left me feeling upset and ruined my morning as I couldn't even enjoy my coffee due to its incorrect preparation and the staff's aggressive attitude.

I visited the Dunkin Donuts drive-thru at [redacted] S Washington Street in Maryville, TN, on January 28th at 5:12 pm. I gave the employee a $20 bill, which she accidentally dropped, and it was blown away by the wind. They refused to refund me the $20, and I still had to pay for my order. Hello, my name is Makayla Martin. I was hired from 02/15/22 to 03/4/22. I feel that the reason for my layoff was unjust and possibly not legal. The store in Jacksonville, IL [redacted], where I was working had some issues. The store manager, Jacob, mentioned that some staff members did not like me, but I was never informed or aware of any problems. Jacob also cited lateness as a reason, although he himself was often late to open the store at 4:30 am. I had to wait for him to arrive, and he did not respond to my calls. I was only there for 17 days, one of which I was out sick with Covid. I provided a doctor's note for those days. I believe I was not properly trained and did not receive fair treatment before being let go via text by Jacob on 3/4/22 without warning. I feel I was not given the opportunity to improve. I am reaching out for assistance as I cannot afford to lose my job. Thank you.

I made a mobile order at Dunkin' on [redacted] Crouse Ave in Syracuse at 4:35 pm, planning to pick it up on my way to work. When I arrived at 4:48 pm, the restaurant's doors were unexpectedly locked, even though their closing time is 5 pm. This location requests customers to use cash only if the card machine is down, refusing to take cards at the drive-thru but accepting them inside, which seems illogical.
