Hello, I'm a long-time customer of DraftKings and have dedicated a lot of time to reaching silver tier status. Recently, I've encountered an issue where DraftKings restricted my account and those of friends I referred due to suspicion of sharing accounts. The reason given was that we were all logging in and out from the same VPN number. Despite my attempts to reach a live representative for clarification, I keep receiving automated responses. We all reside in a shared home due to rising housing costs and share the same internet devices, making it challenging to meet the extensive verification requirements they are asking for. Unfortunately, some individuals are uncomfortable providing the requested information. As a result, I have a significant amount of funds locked in my account and am struggling to contact someone for assistance. While my friends are not affected as they did not win, I have a positive balance accumulated over years and feel unfairly treated. Can someone please guide me on how to reach the appropriate person for resolution?

For the past three weeks, my account on DraftKings has been locked, and I have been unable to access my funds. Despite my request to close the account without an investigation, I have received no responses other than automated ones. This lack of communication is frustrating and disrespectful. I simply want to withdraw my funds and close my account. Every day I encounter the same issue and it has become unbearable. I have tried reaching out via phone at [redacted], but I have not received any calls back. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, as all I am asking for is my money back promptly.

I need help resetting my online betting account in order to input my information and start playing games. I have been struggling all day to figure this out, and I find it challenging to place a bet without resetting it first. Once reset, I can input my information and proceed to play games. I recently attempted to transfer my funds to PayPal but was unfortunately declined. I am confused as to why I am encountering difficulties in retrieving my funds. The process seems complex, especially since I am being directed to use PayPal instead of my preferred method of sending it to my Cash App debit card, which was how I initially received my funds on the DraftKings app. I find it puzzling that deposits are straightforward, yet withdrawals are proving to be challenging. The message I received states, "Debit Card withdrawals are only available after you use an eligible debit card to make a Sportsbook & Casino deposit." This is perplexing as I already deposit funds directly from my debit card. I would appreciate assistance in resolving this issue promptly as I urgently need to withdraw my funds.

I recently placed a bet on a table tennis game for $[redacted] instead of $25 by mistake at 1:26 am. Despite my numerous attempts to contact support, the bet had already settled due to the fast pace of table tennis. I have never made such a large bet intentionally and am requesting a one-time compensation as this was a genuine error on my part. There was no option to cancel the bet, leaving me no choice but to accept the loss. I hope to speak with an agent who can assist me effectively, as previous interactions have not been fruitful. It is frustrating that there seems to be no resolution for situations like mine, especially when it was not entirely my fault. I had a promising conversation with Max regarding compensation until Chris intervened and stated that the bet had settled. I feel like I am not being heard or understood, and I would appreciate a compassionate response. Despite being offered $50 in bonus bets, I am more concerned about recovering my original wager.

I'm having issues withdrawing my funds from my Draftkings sportsbook & casino account. Approximately two weeks ago, I deposited $5 into my account and have since won money through betting. However, every time I attempt to withdraw funds, I receive a message indicating that additional information may be required, without specifying what information is needed. I have submitted my driver's license ID, proof of address, and bank statements, but I am still unable to withdraw. I am hoping to have a paper check mailed to me as an alternative option. I am seeking assistance in having my account reinstated. I attempted to update my credit card information, but the system did not allow me to do so, resulting in the locking of my account with funds pending. Despite my efforts, I have not received any meaningful responses other than requests to rate the customer service. It is disheartening that there seems to be a discrepancy in the ease with which they accept money compared to the challenges faced in retrieving my own funds. For the past four days, my account has been locked, preventing me from accessing my money and participating in a promotion. Due to a gambling issue that wasn't my fault, I face losing funds that I earned in the game. The ongoing issue has persisted for five days, making it impossible for me to enjoy any games. I have been repeatedly encountering an error message instructing me to delete and re-download the app, despite having done so already. I consider myself experienced with technology. When seeking assistance in the help support section, I find no solutions. My attempts to reach out through help support have been fruitless. Even requesting a callback has yielded no results. The current customer service approach leaves much to be desired. It appears that only issues that can be easily resolved are being addressed, while others are being ignored. With an impressive revenue of [redacted] million in the 4th quarter of [redacted], it seems the company can afford to improve their customer service model. It is not the customers who are disappearing, but rather the company's responsiveness.

I had a 4 to 5 leg parlay, and all but one leg won. I was offered $[redacted] to $[redacted] to cash out, which I declined, but then it was called a tie, and I was only cashed out at $80.40. If the last leg had won, I should have received $[redacted], so it doesn't seem fair to get less than my cash out offer. Additionally, I have 2 to 3 win bets that haven't been paid, even though the bet slip shows they were paid. During bet processing, if the bet was going to win, it gets voided out, while losing voids only happen after the outcome is decided. This has happened multiple times on big bets with payouts around $40 and $[redacted]. I have screenshots and videos of these incidents. I recently reset my password due to forgetting it, but encountered issues with receiving the verification code since my phone number had been updated. The code was initially being sent to my old number ([redacted]) instead of my new number ([redacted]). Although eventually, after reaching out for assistance, the code now comes through to my new number but with limitations. I urgently need this problem resolved as it is hindering my access. I'm seeking assistance regarding my experience as a Silver Crown member at DraftKings. My deposits from my Bank of America account are processed quickly, but when I tried to withdraw $2,[redacted].50 on May 17th, both attempts were rejected. DraftKings reinstated the money into my account, leading me to gamble it away. I had two issues at DriftKings Casino in Pennsylvania within the last 36 hours. First, I won a $[redacted] bonus on [redacted] Surge but the game kept loading without acknowledging my win. Despite contacting support multiple times, I received the same response about them working on it. Secondly, I had success playing and accumulated $[redacted].15, but when I tried to withdraw, there was a failure. I was initially promised promotional and comp credits once I reached silver status on DraftKings by a VIP account representative. Recently, upon nearing gold status, I reached out via email to inquire about the rewards, only to discover that my account has been restricted for over 24 hours. Unfortunately, this happened on the day a promotional offer that I was interested in was ending, leading me to miss out on bonuses and parlay opportunities. Despite being a loyal and responsible customer who can only afford to risk a certain amount, my account remains inaccessible, and the lack of response from customer service is quite frustrating. Last Saturday, I emailed DraftKings to request Casino credit comps because I was supposed to receive promotions and credits when reaching silver status. However, now that I'm close to that level, I haven't received anything. After sending the email, I made a small cash deposit and found that my account was restricted when I tried to log in.
