On December 25, [redacted], around 11:50pm, I attempted to deposit $8.50 into my DraftKings account via PayPal. Not receiving the usual confirmation, I assumed the transaction failed. Minutes later, I discovered my balance reduced to $7.[redacted], despite never depositing more than $20.00 before, with a balance around $2.00 prior. Despite reaching out via email, Twitter, phone, and Facebook, I only managed a callback on 12/26 at 11:45am, which I missed due to a family matter. DraftKings promised a refund in 5 business days but 14 days later, on 1/9/23, I have yet to receive it or a reason for the unauthorized withdrawal. Communication has been inconsistent, mentioning the issue is under review or escalated. Despite repeated messages, there has been no response to voicemails or additional emails. This is deeply troubling as the funds in PayPal are donations meant for the family of a deceased friend through the "Fundraizer" platform. With the funeral approaching, I am anxious about explaining this situation to the family and donors, adding emotional stress and feelings of helplessness to a situation beyond my control. It seems DraftKings has a pattern of such issues, and I hope they are more responsive through BBB.

I'm having trouble signing into my DraftKings account. Each time I attempt to log in, I don't receive the code needed and, as a result, I can't access my account. I used to log in without any issues before and would appreciate being able to play again soon, as I have funds that I need to use. I recently took advantage of the DraftKings No Sweat First Bet promotion in Ohio. I added $2,[redacted] to my DraftKings Sportsbook account on January 6, [redacted], to place my first bet as a new customer. Unfortunately, when I lost my initial bet of $2,[redacted], instead of returning the amount to my account as advertised, they only credited me with $[redacted] in bonus funds. Despite sending multiple emails to their customer service since January 8, [redacted], I have not received any response. I have tried to locate a phone number but have been unsuccessful. I have contacted customer support several times about not receiving the verification codes via email to make withdrawals. Despite promises to fix the issue, I still cannot access my account. Now, the system is sending a code to my phone number, which I need to update, but I am not receiving that either. This is frustrating as I cannot log in to check my bets for today. I have funds in my account, but I cannot access them to make withdrawals. On 1/11/23, I made a $25 bet on the Super Bowl, mistakenly placing it in the Daily Fantasy Book instead of the Sportsbook due to the confusing site layout. Customer service representative Rav G from DraftKings promptly responded, explaining the situation and providing detailed instructions on how to handle the deposit discrepancy. I followed up, requesting a refund to my credit card, marking it as my third attempt to resolve the issue with DraftKings. Hopefully, the refund will be processed promptly.

I am unhappy with my recent experience on DraftKings. I believed I was owed $82 but when I tried to cash out at $54, I received an error and saw my balance drop to $22. I opted not to cash out the $22. However, when the bet concluded, I was paid the $22 rather than the $54 I initially intended to cash out. I was told by someone named Fernando that I had cashed out, but I believe this is untrue. The system allowed me to stay in the bet and even showed me the option to cash out at $22, which indicates there was an error. I sent an email expressing my concerns before the game ended, and I hope this issue can be resolved accurately. If this cannot be resolved appropriately, I will consider taking my bets elsewhere.
