While at Seabrook, New Hampshire, I placed a bet on a Washington Nationals ticket with a 5.5 run spread. The ticket fell, and a kind person retrieved it and cashed it out early for $[redacted]. Fortunately, he returned my $[redacted] along with an additional $[redacted] to make up my full $[redacted]. Although the ticket was actually a $[redacted] win, I doubt they would offer the cash difference. I was wondering if DraftKings could provide a complimentary play for that amount. Over three months ago, my account was suspended by DraftKings based on a misunderstanding from an email. I had funds in the account that I needed returned. I was informed that I had to wait three months for the funds. It has now been almost four months, and they are still holding my funds. I have sent over ten emails requesting the release of my account funds. I have no intention of placing bets and feel frustrated with how they are handling this situation. I simply want my money back. I am not a gambler and have always disliked it. Unfortunately, customer support has not been responsive to my inquiries.

This morning, I had some trouble with my screen. When I tried to select MLB, it displayed tennis instead. I also encountered issues while placing a wager on the Guardians versus the Chicago White Sox, as the selection showed a money line instead of Guardians plus one and a half. Later in the day, I couldn't access MLB at all; whenever I pressed the button, it would still show tennis. Additionally, I'm unsure how to log out of the system. While enjoying the DraftKings casino app and playing the Chili’s game, I noticed that the bonus spins were not paying the correct amount of money. Sadly, on two occasions, I was abruptly logged out, resulting in the loss of my bonus spins that I hadn't even used yet. I recently won on my ticket and tried to withdraw my winnings, but my DK account got locked. I was informed that in order to unlock it, I need to provide a photo holding my government ID and a bank statement from a Cash App card I used to deposit $10 from back in June [redacted]. I, along with three family members, have had our DraftKings Sportsbook accounts locked due to alleged similar betting activity and multiple accounts being used on the same device.
