The Domino's outlet in Vasant Oscar, Mulund, is consistently providing poor service. Each time I order pizza from them, I encounter multiple issues. Here is a list of problems I face:
1. The delivery is always late, even though the outlet is only 5 minutes away from my house.
2. The pizza is served cold.
3. The pizzas have fewer toppings, with an excess of capsicum on the paneer pizza, and the toppings are not evenly distributed.
4. The pizza base is dry, lacking butteriness and sufficient toppings.
5. The cheese burst pizza does not have enough cheese as paid for.
6. The cheese is not properly melted, leaving small chunks of cheese on the pizza.
7. The manager is unprofessional and does not address customer complaints effectively.
This consistent poor service affects my dining experience. I have faced these issues with my recent order and would like a prompt resolution and a refund.

I recently ordered pizza from the Domino's located at [redacted] San Jose Boulevard in Jacksonville, Florida. I typically order 3-5 times a month for my grandkids who live in Jacksonville, FL while I am out of state, using the app when I'm not in town. I have earned free pizzas through my frequent orders and tips. However, on this occasion, the pizzas were inedible. The anchovies were spoiled to the point that they smelled rancid, and the pepperoni pizza only had a few small pieces of pepperoni on it.
When I called to complain to the night manager named "Armel," he was extremely rude and accused me of only wanting a free pizza before hanging up on me. I am deeply disappointed with the lack of care and the disrespectful attitude I received. I plan to report this incident to the health department and file complaints with the relevant authorities. My grandsons deserve better than this kind of service, especially considering the amount of money I spend on orders and tips. I have always had good experiences with Domino's until now, but this one instance has been truly awful. Action needs to be taken regarding the management at this franchise.

I recently ordered a pan pizza with pepperoni, sausage, cheese, and bacon, but it tasted like it had BBQ sauce in it and was undercooked. The BBQ wings didn't have enough sauce, and I received an empty box instead of breadsticks. Despite the good lava cake, I'm disappointed with my order and would like a refund. Last week, the cookie brownie was undercooked and stuck to the wrapper. The night shift crew at the Roslindale Ave location was polite but inefficient in making food. As someone with hospitality experience, serving undercooked food is a health hazard, and I'm upset with the overall experience.

I ordered 2 pizzas and wings for pick-up in Fredericksburg, Texas. When I tried to pay with a $[redacted] bill, the store manager couldn't provide change and suggested I go get it broken elsewhere. I found this treatment disrespectful as a cash-paying customer. Despite working at a busy convenience store and understanding delivery limitations, I was surprised by the refusal to accept my payment method. My $28 order was held up because the manager couldn't break the $[redacted] bill, which left us feeling frustrated and inconvenienced.

I placed an order through the online platform and got an email saying it was on its way. When I called to add another item, I found out there were no available delivery drivers. Since I don't have a vehicle, I had to pay someone to pick up and bring my order. Upon delivery, the place seemed closed, and the order wasn't ready as stated. When they finally cooked it, everything was wrong and more expensive. After a long overtime shift, this experience really upset me. I'm hoping for a prompt call back to discuss and resolve this. Please reach out to me at [redacted].

Order# [redacted].
I received an email regarding "my order." I didn't order this pizza, so I contacted store #[redacted]. Donovan was very helpful when I called. Later, I spoke with Brittany (who declined to provide her last name). I asked her assistance in identifying the person who used my credit card information. She gave me the store number, but when I requested further details, she refused to help. I inquired about her last name for the police report, but she wouldn't provide it. When I asked for confirmation of the last 4 digits of the card and the delivery address, Brittany hung up on me. I want to speak to the store owner to address why Brittany didn't assist a Domino's customer in a fraud case. I also want to understand why Brittany, as a supposed manager, was unprofessional in handling my situation. Please contact me at [redacted] or joshgbrown@gmail.
Thank you,
J.B.

I made a purchase in-store, verified it twice but failed to double-check it upon pickup. Once home, I realized the order was wrong. After contacting the store on James Island Folly Rd., South Carolina, I received a lot of attitude. Initially, they claimed they didn't have a thin crust pizza, which I didn't order. Instead, I ordered a thin and crispy one. The receipt contradicts their statement. They were rude, even hanging up on me. I called back but encountered more hostility. I have no choice but to escalate this to corporate. Furthermore, the chicken bacon ranch sub I ordered had no ranch dressing, and there was no side of ranch with it either. The server number on the receipt is indicated as [redacted] at 7:08 PM.

Dear Domino's Corporate, I recently ordered from your restaurant and noticed that the plastics used for your products such as the pizza support triangle and dipping sauce containers are not recyclable. I kindly urge you to consider switching to recyclable alternatives. By investing in eco-friendly options, you can demonstrate corporate responsibility and potentially even improve your bottom line through positive marketing. I encourage your marketing division to explore this idea further as it could be a unique selling point for your brand. Embracing sustainable practices could position Domino's as a leader for positive change. I hope to see updates on this in your future TV advertisements. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Hello, I'm Kameron Slash. Yesterday evening, around 8:30, I visited your pizza store on East Butler Rd in Mauldin, SC to order four pizzas for a celebration at my Hollister clothing store. When I arrived at store location [redacted], I inquired about the $7.99 large carry-out deal but was told I would have to wait until 9 pm by the manager. Despite her dismissive attitude, I maintained my composure. However, I overheard her making unprofessional remarks about me to her staff, which was disappointing. I value good customer service and unfortunately left feeling dissatisfied. I hope this matter can be addressed to ensure a better experience in the future.

I made three calls to place an order today, each lasting over 20 minutes. When I arrived to pick up my order, delivery drivers had parked inefficiently, taking up multiple spaces. Upon getting home, I discovered my order was incorrect, as it had olives instead of onions. This has been a recurring issue, with deliveries frequently going to the wrong address. I paid by credit card on July 29, requesting delivery to the garage, but it was delivered to the house without permission, highlighting a potential forgery concern on the credit card slip. It seems the owner is unaware of these ongoing problems or is not willing to address them. During my visit, I observed another customer returning due to an incorrect order. Effective customer service is essential for a successful business, an aspect this store is clearly deficient in. My husband has tried contacting the owner or manager to discuss these issues, and if not resolved, we will consider switching to Pizza Hut and sharing our experience with others.

We ordered a buffalo pizza with a coupon from the mail for a $10.99 specialty pizza. Unfortunately, the staff claimed our coupon was invalid, which is misleading. The buffalo pizza we received was incorrect, with pizza sauce instead of buffalo sauce as requested. Additionally, another pizza we ordered, pepperoni and sausage, was extremely tough. The manager's response was unprofessional and disrespectful; he was unhelpful over the phone and refused to address our concerns. We even showed him pictures of the pizzas, but he dismissed our complaint. The service at this location, [redacted] N 3rd Street, Gadsden, Alabama, was disappointing, and the manager's behavior was unacceptable.

During our vacation in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, we chose to order from Domino's for dinner. We opted for the pizza deal including breadsticks, two pizzas, and an Italian sub. The estimated time for our order was 15 minutes, so I headed to pick it up from our cabin. However, upon arrival, the order was not ready, which was okay with me. Unfortunately, the staff member named Josh behind the counter was very loud and impolite. First, he complained about children not being in school. As someone who drives a school bus, I found it inappropriate. The sub he made was carelessly put together, missing sauce and veggies, and tasted dry. Furthermore, he was multitasking by using his phone while preparing the food. This whole experience was unacceptable. If Josh dislikes his job so much, he should consider finding a different occupation. Just not at Subway.

I would like to file a complaint about my order placed yesterday, Monday, August 5th, [redacted], at 2:00 P.M. I ordered from the location at [redacted] Webster Ave, Bronx, NY [redacted], with the delivery address at [redacted] East 172nd Street. I ordered a medium cheese pizza, a large cheese pizza, and 14 hot wings. Firstly, my food arrived at 5:00 P.M., taking three hours instead of the promised 50-60 minutes. Secondly, the food was cold and unappetizing. Finally, as I had an appointment, I needed my Domino's order but had to wait without any answer when calling over 15 times until the sixteenth attempt when an employee promised the order in 10-15 minutes, which continued for over 20 minutes. This service was unacceptable, and I am requesting a refund.

I ordered three pizzas for $7.99 each with extra cheese toppings priced at $1.59 per pizza. Unfortunately, when I got home, none of the pizzas had the extra cheese as requested. I had to ask for a ride to the store due to being in a wheelchair. Upon returning, my kids were disappointed to find no extra cheese on the pizzas. I contacted Dominos to ask if they could deliver the corrected pizzas since I only live a short distance away. I spent a total of $30.18 on this order. The service I received was not satisfactory, and I hope for a resolution. The owner's name listed was Vonda. If there is any way to assist with this issue, please contact me at 5:02 [redacted]. Thank you for your help.

Hello, my name is Andrew S. Davis. I am a native of Tomball and come from a family deeply rooted in the community. I work as a writer, musician, and magician. During my last visit three years ago, there was an issue with my pizza delivery order that was never resolved. I reached out to the Tomball location and spoke with a manager named Dave, who refused to provide his full name and dismissed my concerns about the unfulfilled order. His attitude was disrespectful and unprofessional, causing me frustration. Given my background in the food industry and community involvement, I expect better customer service. I am willing to let this matter go if it is addressed promptly. You can contact me at [redacted] to resolve this situation.

Today at 12:44, I placed an order for a pasta bread bowl and a specialty chicken with the order # [redacted] on 08/08/[redacted]. Unfortunately, I received the wrong item, just pasta without the bread bowl. I contacted the store at [redacted] to inform them of the mistake. They asked if I received the correct pasta, which I confirmed I did not. The employee offered to make the correct order for me but mentioned it would take 8 minutes, to which I explained I was on lunch break and didn't have the additional time. I work at the Salvation Army as a manager in the same parking lot but couldn't leave the store unattended again. The store employee said if I couldn't come to pick up the correct order and return the wrong one, there was nothing more that they could do and apologized. I'm willing to exchange the pasta for the pasta bread bowl I originally ordered. I believe if a mistake was made, a delivery driver could have brought the correct order to improve customer service, given that I ordered and paid online for the correct item.

I had a disappointing experience with my original order which was burned and had two pieces of hair in it. After requesting a replacement, a manager named Chrissy promised to send a new order and provide a $10 credit for our next purchase. The replacement pizza initially looked better, but my friend unfortunately found a live worm on his plate. We promptly called the manager, initially speaking with Madison before being transferred back to Chrissy. However, Chrissy accused me of lying about the incident. I have pictures of the worm for proof.

The person who took my order at Dominos was not friendly. I tried to order a thin crust pizza due to my diabetes, but she insisted I had to pay $3.50 more because I initially chose a medium two-topping pizza for $10. While it was my first time trying Dominos, I found the pizza delicious. I was disappointed by the lack of understanding regarding my dietary needs, especially when other places like Hardees accommodate me by making a sandwich with lettuce wraps instead of bread. I believe individuals with diabetes deserve better treatment and more consideration.

I ordered from the Willow Grove location, store #[redacted], and the delivery driver had an excessively loud car that was disruptive at 10:30PM. When I called to speak with a manager about my concerns, the staff member was unhelpful and rude, refusing to provide their name or connect me with a higher authority. I sought to address the issue of the noisy car for the sake of future customers and their neighbors, but encountered unprofessional behavior. I would like to escalate this matter to the head store manager or regional manager. Despite the negative experience, my aim is to ensure better service in the future. Thank you, Sean W.

Our account was compromised, resulting in the unauthorized redemption of our two free pizzas. We were shocked to discover that the perpetrator had used a friend's offer to obtain the pizzas for just $8, exploiting our account for pickup. Upon contacting the individual, they claimed it was a friend who had shared the offer with them, which they, in turn, shared with their network. Although we have taken immediate steps by changing our password and canceling our credit card details, we are eager to hear about Dominos' course of action regarding this incident.
