I find this situation quite disturbing and unsanitary. Even though I haven't shared this on social media yet, I expect a prompt response today regarding a refund of $24 in cash, which covers the cost of the pizza and the tip for the driver, from my recent order at Domino's on Hampden Ave in Denver. I have been a frequent customer and believe the store can verify my spending of approximately $[redacted] over the last two months. I placed an online order last night at 11:04 pm but did not receive it until 1:30 am. Unfortunately, the order was incomplete, and the items I did get - a cold burnt pizza and cold cheesy bread - were not satisfactory. The delivery person did not notify us upon arrival, which led to further inconvenience. When I spoke to the manager, Josh, about the issues, he was rude and unhelpful. I am seeking a full refund and some form of compensation for the trouble caused. This experience has left me very disappointed in the service provided by this Domino's branch.

The delivery services for the Maynardville location have been turned off. I don't own a car, so it's impossible for me to pick up food. This is the only restaurant that offers delivery in my area. When I called to inquire, they mentioned they had let go of their delivery driver and wouldn't be taking delivery orders until tomorrow. This seems like an excuse and they should have had the position covered. This isn't good business practice. I'm a regular customer, and now my daughter and I will go hungry until late tonight, around 9 pm. It's 3 pm, and we haven't eaten today. Unfortunately, it seems like this is how these places operate.

I contacted Domino's in Kissimmee to correct an order mistake made by the delivery driver, as my children have a mushroom allergy. Despite explaining the error, the employee insisted I lived in Saint Cloud, not Kissimmee. Even after clarifying my address, the staff member continued to argue with me. The situation escalated when the individual claiming to be the manager abruptly hung up on me twice. My subsequent calls were met with further disrespect. I am currently on hold for over 11 minutes, feeling frustrated and disrespected. This unacceptable behavior from an employee handling food orders could lead to consequences for the business. I urge the company to address this promptly. The lack of professionalism displayed during this interaction has left me feeling mistreated and reluctant to order from this establishment again.

I had a negative experience with GH. Despite ordering medium thin pizza, cheesy stuffed bread, and chocolate molten lava cakes, everything was raw. After contacting the store and being told the food was fully cooked, I asked to speak to a manager but was hung up on repeatedly. Frustrating situation.

I encountered issues while placing an order through the app on my Android phone last night. Despite checking for updates and restarting my phone, the website continued to malfunction. I was unable to apply the $5.99 coupon as it claimed to be expired. Eventually, I proceeded with the order without the discount, including hot wings, boneless chicken, and pasta. Although I usually include cinnamon twists and breaded garlic twists, we ended up with a deal that included pizza, soda, cinnamon twists, and parmesan bites. I assumed the coupon was discontinued until I discovered today that it was still valid, and we were charged incorrectly. I have noticed a decline in the service quality at my local Domino's store located at [redacted] W Pierson Rd, Flint, MI [redacted] over the past year. My wife and I enjoy having a weekly family pizza night, but our orders have consistently been incorrect or delayed lately. Despite previous issues, we decided to give the store another chance tonight by placing an order through the app at 6:07 pm with Order #[redacted]. Unfortunately, there were further delays, and the delivery took over an hour after the driver supposedly left the store at 6:47 pm. When I called the store at 7:18 pm to address the situation, the customer service I received was incredibly disappointing. The manager was unhelpful, disputing my account of the wait time and being rude throughout our interaction. Today, Friday, August 16, [redacted], at 5:15 PM, I visited Domino's Pizza at store number [redacted] in North Miami Beach, Florida. I ordered a large hand-tossed pizza for the special price of $7.99 before taxes. I paid in advance and stepped out for 15 minutes while they prepared my order. Upon my return, I was informed that my order had been mistakenly given to someone else with the same order. Despite my name being on the ticket, my pizza was not ready, leading to a disappointing and unprofessional experience. After expressing my dissatisfaction, they offered me a 12oz can of soda and I had to wait for my order to be remade.
I shared my concerns with the manager, but only received a can of soda in response. I felt it would have been more appropriate for them to offer a discount, a gift certificate for a future order, or even a refund. Unfortunately, no such gesture was made. This incident has left me disappointed, and I have decided not to return to this Domino's location.

The delivery person was disrespectful and behaved aggressively towards me, making the situation very uncomfortable. When I asked for my pizza, he insisted I sign first with a bad attitude. I declined due to his rudeness, and then he refused to give me my pizza. With my four hungry kids waiting, he pushed me when I tried to sign for the order. Despite my restraint, he forcibly tried to take back the receipts and pen. I managed to retain both items. The man eventually retreated to his vehicle after this inappropriate behavior. Upon contacting the store, the manager took the side of the delivery person, accusing me of aggression. I feel that this unjust treatment should not go unaddressed, and I am considering taking further action to ensure this delivery person is held accountable for his actions.

I wanted to share my recent experience ordering pizza from Dominos on Constituyentes street in Querétaro. I called on Saturday, August 17th around 8:30 pm, and despite being promised delivery within 30 minutes, the pizza did not arrive after over an hour. Even after being assured of a free pizza as compensation, we eventually received the pizza an hour later but were unexpectedly asked to pay for it. We declined the order.
Interestingly, while waiting, we noticed three other Dominos deliveries on our hotel floor, but none were for us. Quite a disorganized situation, don't you agree? Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Last night, I attempted to redeem my loyalty points for a free pizza multiple times, but I kept encountering an issue with the app where I was asked to pay the full price each time. Frustrated, I visited the Dominos on Foothills Blvd in Yuma, AZ around 9:00 p.m. Upon arrival, I discovered there were two orders under my name. I explained the app problem to the manager, who acknowledged the issue but was unwilling to rectify the situation. I visited a store on [redacted] 9th Avenue N in Saint Petersburg, FL. I politely asked the clerk if they were the company that used to fix potholes as a promotion. The clerk responded with a sarcastic tone about not being around in [redacted] with Woodstock. I mentioned the abrupt ending of the sidewalk before the store, causing inconvenience while riding my bike through the parking lot. The clerk's attitude made me decide not to purchase anything and I left. It was more about his behavior than the road condition, leading me to decide I will not return to that store.

I am incredibly disappointed with my recent order experience. This is the second time my orders have been incorrect. The first mistake was resolved, but this time it was a different story. The employees at the store were extremely rude and unhelpful when I contacted them. I ordered 1 Pepperoni and 1 beef pizza, a 2-liter Coke, and 1 box of brownies. They are claiming that the brownies were never part of the order, but I am certain that I included them. Both pizzas were severely overcooked and inedible, so hard and crunchy that they seemed hours old. I am frustrated that the store did not want to rectify the situation. I am requesting a replacement order or a refund. I will not be returning to the Arlington store on Mayfield again.

We ordered dinner from the location on [redacted] Telegraph Rd, St. Louis, scheduled for 5 PM. Despite placing our order online, upon arriving for pick-up, my husband encountered only one employee at the store. The employee admitted to not knowing how to make a pizza and asked my husband to wait for the manager who arrived 28 minutes late. Unfortunately, the manager did not offer an apology or acknowledgment. Our order was finally ready 50 minutes after the confirmed time. I believe the employees at this store require proper training. With 25 years of experience in the food service industry, I find this level of service unacceptable. It is disappointing to have a lone staff member who is unable to make a pizza.

I proceeded with the credit card, assuming it was for backup. After pickup, I discovered my credit card was charged $86.49 in full, and one gift card had $50 remaining while the other had $13.51.
I seek a refund as the website failed to apply the gift card balances correctly, causing me to be overcharged.

I placed an online food order at 5:22 pm on 8/21/19 and was able to track it initially. However, the tracking stopped, and when I called the store, they claimed the delivery person had already been to my door. Unfortunately, I never heard a knock or received a phone call. I received a message at 6:55 pm stating they had been there. After speaking with shift manager Ron/Ronald, who offered a poor apology, a new order was made but never arrived despite multiple calls. It's now around 10:00 pm, and still no food. I requested a refund, but was informed it could take 1 to 5 business days due to corporate rules. This is not my first issue with this store; they previously forgot my soda and then said I had a credit for it, which I never received. My order number was 44, I paid $40.52 by credit card, and the store number is [redacted]. I am greatly disappointed and frustrated with this service.

In Corsicana, Texas, I placed an order today and had Romello Hodge as my delivery driver. A bit too friendly, but not the main issue. Around 11:30 PM, I was awakened by someone trying to open my door. Looking out, I saw a Domino's car and Romello at my door. Feeling uneasy, I confronted him as my phone number was on the receipt with missed calls from an unknown number. After he left, I messaged the number back, only to find out it was Romelo. Feeling alarmed, I promptly blocked him.

I contacted you a month ago about an online order, but the food quality was terrible. The manager working that night was disrespectful. I strongly feel that the manager on duty that specific night should not hold that position. He even refused to give me his name for a formal complaint. It's clear he was aware of his wrongful actions. Please hire individuals who can cook well and provide good customer service. If I behaved this way at my job, I would be fired immediately. Hello, my name is Alexanda. I placed an order at Dominos on [redacted] S 3rd Ave, Yakima, WA [redacted]. I ordered a chicken alfredo pasta for my daughter, asking for a dish instead of bread on the side. Unfortunately, when I got home, the pasta was served in the bread instead of the dish.
