Hello, I visited the New Rochelle Dominos store yesterday to pick up my pizzas and experienced a delay. Unfortunately, I was alarmed by the lack of hand washing and hygiene practices among the employees. The pizza maker handled cash, wiped their brow, and resumed making pizzas without washing their hands or using sanitizer, while also not wearing gloves. Additionally, two other workers failed to wash their hands before handling food after entering the store. I noticed a hand sanitizer in the store, but it was not utilized by any of the employees before food handling. This negligence in hand hygiene poses a health risk, and I believe proper hand hygiene should be a fundamental aspect of food preparation at Dominos. As a frequent pizza consumer, I hope to return to Dominos in the future, but I cannot do so until I am confident that hand hygiene is a priority during food preparation.

I placed an order with Domino's on June 7th. Despite being 45 minutes late, the pizza eventually arrived. I tried calling the store multiple times, but none of the numbers were working. When the delivery person arrived, I requested them to contact the store, but they responded rudely, stating that the late delivery was not their concern. This led to a disagreement, and I ultimately declined to accept the order. Despite not receiving one Pepsi in a previous order, I had ordered two, and no refund or follow-up was provided despite my complaint in the feedback. I wanted to share my recent visit to the Dominos store at Middle Creek, Sevierville TN, Store no [redacted]. I placed a carryout order around 5:08 pm on 6/7/[redacted] for two large specialty pizzas, one medium pepperoni pizza, and garlic knots. Despite arriving at the window around 5:30 pm, my order was not ready. After a mix-up with my order not being found, I was finally charged $47.17 after a long wait. I requested to speak with a manager but was given a wrong number. After trying to contact them, I was told the manager was unavailable and the assistant manager did not properly address the situation or offer a resolution. I felt unsatisfied with the service and wanted to bring attention to this matter.

I am getting frustrated with the poor quality of the food I receive from Domino's Pizza. Despite ordering 1-2 times a week and spending at least $40 each time, the pizzas arrive with cheese stuck to the box and the cheesy bread is much smaller than before. I have tried to address this issue with the staff, informing them of overcooked and burnt food, but they do not seem to care or resolve the problem. This has occurred in my last three orders, and I am considering leaving negative reviews to inform other customers of the subpar quality. As a loyal customer, I am disappointed with the lack of consideration for my experience.

I placed an order on your website for an extra-large pizza and chose to pay cash upon delivery. However, when the pizza arrived, I only had two $[redacted] bills. The delivery person informed me that they did not accept $[redacted] bills, which was not mentioned on the website. He counted out $60 and suggested this was all the cash he had, insinuating I should pay $40 for a $25 pizza. I placed an online order with the Domino's store in Moses Lake, Washington for a carryout at 6:45 pm on Friday, June 7. Unfortunately, I experienced a significant delay of an hour and a half to receive my order. The manager was observed using inappropriate language to address the employees for mishandling the pizza orders, leading to the disposal of multiple pizzas, including two of mine. Upon reaching home, I discovered that both my pizzas were incorrect. I had ordered a medium Cali Chicken Bacon Ranch on thin crust, but it arrived on a thick pan crust. Additionally, the other pizza, which was supposed to be a supreme, only had pepperoni and green peppers. This disappointing experience has left me feeling let down as a long-time customer. Despite the tracker showing the order as delivered after 30 minutes, I did not receive it even after 45 minutes. My order was from Vega Mall in Ajmer. I would like to report a rude voicemail left by a Domino's employee regarding the marinara sauce not being included with my Parmesan bites order. The voicemail started okay but turned rude and condescending. I spend a lot at Domino's and expect better customer service. I found out later that marinara wasn't included, but the way the employee spoke to me was unacceptable. It's important for customer service representatives to maintain professionalism, and I was taken aback by her tone. I value good customer service and believe that employees should treat customers with respect.

I placed an order with Dominos in Guildford, Stoughton on May 3rd for the Walk In Wins deal. The order included a large Vegi Supreme pizza with BBQ base and stuffed crust, a large Farmhouse pizza with Italian-style crust, two boxes of cookies, and two large garlic and herb dips, totaling £29.98. I mistakenly chose collection from that store instead of from Boston, Lincolnshire. Despite being assured the delivery would be redirected to my address in Guildford, it did not arrive the same night. The next day, the issue remained unresolved, eventually involving the store manager. When I called today to collect the order, I was only offered a different deal of two medium pizzas and a side for £19.99. The assistant manager was dismissive and rude, making me feel uncomfortable to visit the store. We ordered 2 large pizzas and a 2-liter soda. Unfortunately, our order took over two hours to arrive, and the soda was missing. The pizzas were disappointingly cold, almost as if they had been left out for the entire delivery delay. Initially, the delivery driver claimed the soda wasn't on the ticket, even though it was clearly on our order. We called the store immediately to request the missing soda. Upon opening the pizzas, we were further dismayed to find them cold. When my husband called to address these issues, the employee who answered was unhelpful, speaking over him and displaying a lack of concern. Despite understanding the busyness of the store, we believe receiving cold pizza is unacceptable, especially given this recurring issue with the same driver. We asked for a credit due to the poor service, but the employee abruptly hung up after my husband made the request.

Hello, I want to share my recent experience with a pizza order. I placed a simple online order today for two pizzas and some sausages. The total was $19.99, including a drink. However, after my card was charged, I noticed that only one pizza was delivered.
I contacted customer service, and John assisted me by arranging for the missing pizza to be delivered in 45 minutes. Later on, when I called again, Chris explained that there were no replacements available. He mentioned that they had tried to contact me about the delay, but unfortunately, I didn't receive any notifications.
Due to recovering from a recent car accident, I was unable to return the pizza immediately. When I informed my husband about the situation, he was surprised because he never received any communication regarding the delay in our order.

I have been a loyal customer of Dominos for many years. Recently, I placed an order for a hamburger and mushroom pizza along with a BBQ chicken pizza with wings, totaling $60. I was disappointed to find that the hamburger pizza had mostly mushrooms with very little hamburger, and the BBQ chicken pizza only had around 12 small pieces of chicken on the entire pizza. Both pizzas were large, but the toppings were not satisfactory. If this is the standard for your pizzas, I am reconsidering ordering from Dominos in the future. I am willing to provide pictures as proof if necessary.

I called the store and spoke with the manager regarding my unsatisfactory pizza. He requested me to bring back the pizza. I explained I had almost finished it. The manager insisted on seeing the pizza in person. I mentioned I had a video and photos, but he was doubtful, so I offered to send them. I requested his number for this purpose. However, when I attempted to share the video and images, it seemed he had provided an incorrect number. This led to me feeling frustrated as he seemed uncooperative in addressing the issue. Perhaps the store staff might be a bit stressed, or perhaps they were not as polite as they should have been. As the General Manager of a major hotel, there may be an opportunity to enhance the training of the staff. The encounter with the employee was not pleasant, and it has resulted in a decision not to return to Dominos or this particular store in the future. Having lived in this area for five decades, I believe I can make a difference in the business operation in this region. I would like to report a disturbing incident involving a Domino's Pizza delivery driver in Baytown, Texas, at the Alexander Drive location. This evening, on my way home, I encountered a reckless SUV driver with license plate starting with MZ2 and ending in [redacted]. This driver's dangerous maneuvers almost caused a serious accident; I had to slam on my brakes to avoid a collision. It was upsetting and unsettling to see a Domino's sign on the vehicle while the driver was driving so irresponsibly. I urge the company to address this issue promptly to prevent any future incidents. The driver's behavior was unacceptable and could have resulted in a serious accident.

On Saturday, June 8th at 8:04, I contacted the Domino's on Horbury Road in Wakefield. I couldn't find the deal I wanted online, so I had to call in. I was trying to order the medium Mega Mix deal with a dessert for £19.99. Despite the employee's attempt to assist me, my debit card was charged £19.99. I was told the order would arrive in 30-45 minutes, but after 1 hour and 15 minutes, I had to call back. Unfortunately, I faced rudeness, incompetence, and a disappointing lack of communication. There was no record of my order and no delivery, yet I have a pending transaction. This experience was very upsetting, especially since I usually order from the excellent Woodlesford branch. The service at the Wakefield location seems to have some issues that need addressing.

I placed an order with Domino's at 3:17 PM EST. It is now 4:48 PM EST, and Store [redacted] is just 4 minutes away from my address at [redacted] Parsons St SW, Atlanta, GA [redacted]. I am incredibly disappointed and dissatisfied with the service provided by this location. This is the second time in a row that I have experienced wait times of over an hour. I placed an order for 4 pizzas, but it got canceled shortly after we paid without warning. When I called, they explained they had some issues and had to cancel all orders. I tried to reorder, but they asked for payment again, even though our money had already been taken for the first order. The customer service representative insisted the money wasn't charged, but my card statement proves otherwise. I requested to speak to a manager three times, but was denied. After insisting, I was put on hold for about 10 minutes and then hung up on. I am frustrated because we paid for dinner and received no food. We either want a refund or the food we ordered.
