We ordered 4 pizzas, but 10 minutes after paying, our order was canceled without warning. When we called, we were informed that all orders were canceled due to issues. I tried to reorder and was asked to pay again, despite our initial payment. I explained that our money was already taken from our card based on the transaction history, but they insisted it wasn't. After requesting to speak to a manager three times and being denied, I persisted until finally being put on hold for 10 minutes before the call was disconnected. We are frustrated to be left without dinner and out of pocket. I am requesting either a refund or the delivery of our food to resolve this matter.

I recently placed an order at Domino's on Bessemer Ave in Greensboro, NC [redacted]. Despite being a regular customer, I have been experiencing poor service lately. During my most recent order, there were issues with the sandwich I ordered for my ex-girlfriend. Upon receiving a free pizza and some additional items, my order did not arrive after waiting for over an hour. The manager was unhelpful, and when I finally went to the restaurant, they claimed I had canceled my order, which I had not. The manager's attitude was rude and unapologetic. It has been a frustrating experience, as my household was eagerly awaiting the food for over two hours. The lack of compensation or adequate response from the staff has left me dissatisfied.

I provided transportation services to Heartfield and Cherrylyn Domino's stores from May 1st, [redacted], until this year. Unfortunately, my car was out of commission for two days, so they arranged for another transport service. Despite completing the services in April, I have not been paid. I tried to reach out to their new boss, Charles Rass, but he no longer works there. The new boss mentioned that he paid the full amount to the new transport service, even though he authorized the change. He stated that I have to wait until May to receive my payment. I messaged him to remind him about my payment, but he told me to handle it as he never promised payment. I am unsure about what steps I can take to receive the compensation for my services.

I am experiencing issues with my order and refund process. Despite trying to reach out to the corporate office, I have not received any communication via email or phone. Initially, I ordered a Domino's pizza and selected the option for the same order as last time online. Unknown to me, this also replicated the previous delivery address which resulted in my order being sent to the wrong store. After noticing the mistake and contacting the store, I was informed that my order would be refunded. However, it has been seven days since then, and I have not received any updates on the refund status. I would appreciate it if someone could assist me further in ensuring that all parties are informed and things are sorted out correctly. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I ordered 2 pasta bowls for delivery from store #[redacted] on [redacted] E. Colfax Ave, Suite L, Aurora, CO [redacted] on June 1st at 9:17 PM. When they arrived, they were not fully prepared with no sauce or butter on the crust. Upon calling about the issue, I was informed that my account would be credited for a future order, which I found odd but understood. Following up tonight at the same store around 7:30 PM to claim my credited pasta bowls, I was told there was no record of it under my name, and the manager was unhelpful. Requesting a corporate number yielded no results. With a receipt as evidence, I felt dismissed and frustrated after being a loyal customer for 2 years. I simply wanted the credit promised to me. My order number was [redacted].

I placed an order for 3 large pizzas from Domino's at the McVean location in Brampton, ON today, June 10th, just before 9 pm. After waiting for approximately 40 minutes, I checked the delivery status online, which indicated that the pizzas were being prepared and delivery was expected in another 40 minutes. Despite the wait, I tried contacting the store to see if I could pick up the order due to the delay, but none of the three locations listed on Google answered after 20 minutes of continuous calling. The estimated delivery time kept changing, adding to the frustration. Due to family members with medical issues needing to eat, we had to resort to leftovers for dinner. By 10:47 pm, we were still waiting for the delivery and attempting to contact the store to cancel the order. Unfortunately, our evening plans were disrupted, leading us to make alternative dinner arrangements. This unexpected delay from a well-known company like Domino's was disappointing and not the service we expected.

Hello, my name is Juan J. Chavez, and I would like to share my experience regarding an order I placed at the store. I ordered a large pizza with easy sauce, extra cheese, pepperoni, and pineapple. Unfortunately, I received a pizza with only pepperoni, cheese, and pineapple, missing the extra cheese I love. I contacted the store and spoke to the manager, who seemed skeptical about my claim. He apologized but mentioned that since I had almost finished the pizza, there was nothing he could do. To prove my point, I offered to send him a video, to which he agreed. However, he provided me with the wrong number. This led me to feel the need to report this issue.

I recently placed an order at my usual Domino's and unfortunately found a dirty fingernail in my second piece of pizza. This was a shocking and unpleasant experience for me. I promptly contacted the local store in Lakewood, Colorado, located off Colfax and Wadsworth, to inform them of the situation. However, I was disappointed when they simply promised to take better care of me next time and offer credit for the incident. The call ended abruptly before I could provide my information for the credit, leaving me uncertain about how to proceed. This unexpected turn of events has left me feeling unsettled, especially since I have been a loyal customer at this location for over five years. This incident has made me unsure about returning to this store in the future, despite my previous positive experiences there.

At the West Alabama Store in Houston, Texas, I've experienced consistent errors in my orders, whether placed online or in person. When ordering in person, I often have to remind the staff about my order to ensure I receive everything. Online orders for cinnamon breadsticks with two icings always end up missing the second icing, once even resulting in them giving me ranch dressing. I prefer to switch to the Kirby location due to these repeated mistakes. During one visit, I witnessed what seemed to be the owner or manager publicly reprimanding staff, which struck me as unprofessional. In my experience managing a team, I believe feedback should be given privately. If the behavior persists, I would consider escalating the issue further through corporate channels.

I recently stayed at Motel 6 in Gainesville, GA, and was told they offer delivery service. I placed an order online that indicated it would arrive within 20 to 30 minutes, but after waiting until 11:45 PM, the food never arrived. Upon calling, I was informed they don't deliver to the hotel and my order was cancelled due to a failed call to my dead cell phone without attempting the room phone. Unfortunately, my family went to bed hungry that night as a result. This incident occurred two days ago, and although I had a funeral to attend, I reached out to explain the situation via email after the other store hung up on me. It would be greatly appreciated if my order could be fulfilled or if I could receive coupons as compensation. The details of my order included a Caesar chicken salad with ranch, a Philly cheese sandwich, garlic knots, and a sweet barbecue chicken special from the $5.99 menu. Thank you, Donovan B.

Yesterday, I ordered pizzas at the Domino's branch in Drovensburg, PA. Visiting from Ohio, I placed the order for my family through my phone. The employee, Tyler, had supposedly started my order. Upon arrival to pick up the order, I was informed by Tyler that he tried to confirm it over the phone, but I never received a call. After showing him my phone log, I had to wait an additional 15 minutes for my six medium pizzas and two stuffed cheesy breads. Tyler's rudeness and dishonesty left me dissatisfied, especially while I was in PA visiting my uncle at Jefferson Hospital for emergency heart surgery. Dealing with such poor service from an employee who belittled my order without reason was unnecessary and disappointing. Unfortunately, I will not be ordering from this branch again. I am willing to provide an email with a screenshot of my phone log to confirm the lack of a call and a picture of my order placed at [redacted] Euclid Ave in Dravosburgh. Sincerely, Cathy B.

Hello Domino's team, I am reaching out concerning a recent pizza order from the Windsor store. My partner and roommate, long-time Domino's customers, ordered online tonight. Despite paying an additional $3 for a promised delivery within 20 minutes or a $20 voucher, the order was late. Upon delivery, we received a Chocolate Lava Cake we did not order, resulting in a mess that covered our items. Although the delivery guy apologized and offered to rectify the situation by bringing extra items, the manager's rude behavior was unacceptable. It is disheartening to receive such poor service, especially as someone with years of experience in customer service. I feel compelled to provide this negative feedback, as this is a recurring issue at the Windsor location. The dismissive attitude and lack of accountability from the management team are highly disappointing. I urge for better resolution and improved customer service moving forward. Regards, A.G.

I reached out to Domino's on Facebook, and they assured me someone would contact me, but I haven't heard back yet. I messaged them again to inquire when I can expect a response, but they have read the message without replying. I have been a loyal Domino's customer for over 8 years, regularly spending between $40-$70 per order for my large family. Recently, we moved near a Domino's with a drive-thru, making it convenient for me to pick up food without having to leave the car with my daughter. However, during my last visit, I waited at the window for 15 minutes without any acknowledgment from the staff. Despite seeing employees inside, no one came to assist me promptly. This experience was frustrating, especially when I returned and had to wait another 5 minutes at the window. I would like the manager to address this issue to prevent it from happening again. I value my patronage to Domino's and expect better service in the future. Contact Information: Tanya Chaib [redacted] Luckey Pine San Antonio, Texas [redacted]

I am disappointed with my recent experience at a familiar pizza place in Buffalo Grove, IL. I placed an order for a large pizza with 3 toppings on June 15 at 6:14 PM. The person who took my order seemed nervous but assured me that my pizza would be ready in 10 minutes. However, when my friend went to pick it up, they were told there was no order for me. I double-checked the location and called back, only to be told they had my pizza under a different name. Despite the mix-up, they refused to give me the pizza. The staff did not provide a solution or attempt to remake my order promptly. It was frustrating that they didn't take responsibility for the error.

I ordered pizza, cookies, and a soda last Friday. Unfortunately, the delivery guy forgot the soda and said he would reimburse me $10 for the 2-liter bottle. However, I haven't seen any credits in my profile besides the first-time buyer credit. You can find my profile with the address I provided. I understand it's just a small issue with the soda, but I'm frustrated when people promise to do something and then don't follow through. I'll give it a couple of days for a response before considering sharing my experience on social media. I just want the $10 reimbursement for the poor service, and then everything will be fine. PS: Due to being on Prednisone, a steroid, I'm trying to be nicer by typing out my concerns instead of venting to a customer service representative. Please update me on how this will be addressed. Thank you.

I recently placed an order with Domino's using my registered mobile number on June 16th. I made the payment for the order immediately. Unfortunately, I received a call stating that they could not deliver my order to my area. Despite requesting them to deliver slightly beyond their usual range, the person I spoke to, Mr. Amol, refused and canceled my order. Later in the evening, a Domino's staff member was in my building but again refused to deliver my order, the same person who had canceled it earlier. I even have a picture of the bill for another order (Order No. [redacted] at 18:56 with Invoice No. [redacted]/19/[redacted]). I'm confused as to why they couldn't deliver my order to my location but were able to deliver another order in the same place.

I ordered 2 pizzas and 3 sauces from the Harrisburg, PA location but received a pizza with no sauce, extra cheese instead of pepperoni, and a rude response from the manager Brian. When I returned for a replacement, Brian was unprofessional and the new pizza was overly sauced and undercooked. This behavior seems common at this store based on online reviews. Despite the quality of the pizza, I will not be returning to this location due to the unacceptable treatment from the staff. I will try other locations for my favorite pizza in the area. Thank you, A loyal customer

On June 15th, I placed an order for three sandwiches at our local Domino's. Unfortunately, when we received the sandwiches, they were poorly made with only a few bites of bread and barely any meat. After contacting the manager, she mentioned providing a $15 credit on our next $25 purchase for three sandwiches. On June 16th, I decided to give them another chance and called to order a sandwich, pasta, and cheese bread. My total came to $12 after a $10 discount was applied. I am confused as to why I was promised $15 but only received $10. Although I discovered Domino's during my trip to West Virginia and loved their cheese steak sandwich, this recent experience has left me feeling frustrated and unlikely to order from them again.

I ordered pizza from a location 10 minutes away. The delivery driver called at 9:24 pm to confirm my address. After waiting and not receiving the pizza, I called at 9:41 pm. The manager knew my details without me providing them and mentioned order number [redacted] B. I explained the situation, but the manager seemed unhelpful and suggested I was being loud. I requested a refund, mentioning I had used 60 points. I hope to receive an immediate refund without delays from the bank.

Hello, I am from Australia and recently ordered a Father's Day dinner for my dad in Rohtak, India. The delivery was supposed to arrive by 9:15 p.m. However, it did not show up. Despite my efforts to contact the restaurant multiple times, no one responded to my calls. My dad, who is unable to drive, had to be taken to the shop by my cousin. The staff informed them that there was no delivery scheduled, and only started cooking the food at 10:30 p.m. They also treated my dad poorly. This unprofessional behavior is unacceptable, especially from a well-known brand. I am seeking an apology and compensation for my dad. The order ID is [redacted], and the location is Skytech Mall in Rohtak, Haryana, India. I am awaiting updates on the progress of my complaint. Thank you.
