Good evening, I'm Letyna Arleen Roberts. I flew with DELTA Airlines on Friday, September 9, [redacted], from Detroit, MI, to Nashville, TN. I was heading to my aunt's funeral. As a disabled passenger, I requested assistance. During the flight, I asked a stewardess called "Dianne" to help me store my carry-on as I couldn't reach due to spinal issues. Unfortunately, she responded in a demeaning and unhelpful way, making me feel embarrassed and ashamed. Another passenger kindly assisted me. When I later asked for the stewardess's name, another crew member refused to provide it, saying they don’t share names for complaints. I asked to speak with a supervisor or team leader, who didn't handle the situation well, making excuses. Eventually, I spoke with the pilot, who revealed the stewardess's name. It was a disappointing and unprofessional experience, and I felt my disability was misjudged.

My 82-year-old mother was left unattended in a wheelchair, causing her to miss her flight home. She had to wait alone at the airport for 6 hours for the next flight from Miami to Buffalo, New York, confirmation number HBPPST. Despite my efforts to seek assistance from two ticket agents and applying for help online, there was no support provided. I had to return to the ticket agent to ensure assistance was noted on her ticket, facing reprimand for doing so. This level of treatment is not acceptable. A $[redacted] flight certificate was issued, but my mother's experience has caused distress, fear, and anxiety. We will not be flying with Delta again and are seeking a full refund and compensation on my credit card for the ordeal our mother endured.

On September 22, my flight from Portland to Richmond was supposed to get me home by 4 pm. However, the journey ended up being much longer and more frustrating. I was shuttled between several airports, spending over 7 hours on the same plane. I couldn't find available hotels or even a comfortable place to rest during my layovers. At Laguardia Airport, where I had to wait until 3:30 am, I had to sit in a wheelchair for hours due to the lack of seating. Even the food vouchers provided at JFK were of no use because it was too early. The entire ordeal has taken a toll on me emotionally. It's now September 25th, and my luggage is still missing, reportedly put on an American Airlines flight. The stress of the experience has been overwhelming, and I still find myself on the verge of tears thinking about it.

I wish to file a complaint about WestJet through your partner, WestJet. At LaGuardia Airport, the Delta gate agent was unable to print my WestJet boarding pass due to system issues. Despite a delay, Delta got me to Toronto with time to spare. However, I faced challenges at Toronto Pearson Airport finding the WestJet ticket counter, needing assistance to print my pass from WestJet Supervisor, Eva [redacted]. After finally getting my boarding pass at 6:00 PM, I was refused boarding by 6:23 PM for my connecting flight. I was rebooked for the next day by the WestJet gate agent and received exceptional service from Delta's Shika. I am seeking reimbursement for additional expenses due to the inconvenience caused by WestJet's errors. WestJet's response to my complaint lacked empathy and they only addressed ticketing errors, declining responsibility for my extra costs. I believe WestJet should cover these expenses as they wouldn't have occurred if I had my boarding pass initially at LaGuardia.

I arrived in Manila on September 22 and noticed an error in my return flights to PSC. After missing my original flight due to a Philippines OHP requirement in SEA, I was assisted by a Delta rep named Jane who rebooked my flight. She informed me of new Philippine guidelines limiting stays to 30 days. Despite her changing our return flight dates, there is a mistake with the MNL-ICN flight. We want to stick to our original plan and return on Nov 1. Gabriel from Delta Chat said he corrected the error, but my online account still shows the wrong information after two days. My spouse and I had tickets for a trip from Winnipeg to New York with a layover in Toronto departing on September 20, [redacted], and returning on September 27, [redacted]. During our transfer in Toronto to flight DL4722 to New York, my husband faced issues at security related to charges from [redacted] for which he had a discharge 40 years ago. Despite our history of crossing the border hassle-free, he was denied entry into the USA. This situation disrupted our plan to celebrate our daughter's birthday together in New York. I recently had a flight booked from Sitka, AK to JFK with a connection in Seattle on August 21st. Unfortunately, my flight from Sitka to Seattle was canceled after an 8-hour delay due to fog, causing me to miss my connecting flight to JFK. I tried to reach Delta for assistance, but they were overwhelmed with calls and placed me on hold multiple times. Since there were no available flights from Sitka to Seattle the next day, I checked Alaska Air and managed to book a seat on a flight leaving Monday morning to get me back to JFK by 1 am Tuesday. Prior to the cancellation, my original flight experienced several delays, leading to automatic rebooking for later connecting flights by Delta. Despite the cancellation in Sitka, Delta kept my Seattle to JFK flight reservation, which I later canceled seeking a refund. Currently, I am awaiting a response after receiving an email mentioning a potential 30-day review period due to high volumes of cancellations and service inquiries. It has been 6 weeks without any update. On Friday, January 16, [redacted], our Delta flight [redacted] from JFK to Paris was canceled. We appreciate Delta providing Lyft and hotel vouchers via our phones. The Lyft to the hotel was convenient, but we encountered issues with the return Lyft to the airport. Despite multiple attempts, we couldn't get a car using the provided voucher and had to use our own Lyft and cash for $[redacted].22 to JFK. I traveled from August 3rd to August 9th and had purchased flight insurance with Travel Guard. Unfortunately, my flight from Atlanta to Detroit on August 9th was delayed due to mechanical issues, causing me to be redirected to another airport. My Expedia ticket number is [redacted][redacted], and my Travel Guard claim number is G3S26X. I also filed a claim with Delta, which has the number [redacted]1. I kindly request a formal letter from Delta confirming the delay of my flight [redacted] on August 9th, which led to me missing my connecting flight to Ithaca (flight [redacted]). I was stranded at the Detroit airport for approximately 9 hours before being able to fly to Elmira, NY, due to no available flights to Ithaca until August 11th. Travel Guard requires this verification from Delta before processing my reimbursement.

In April [redacted], I bought a ticket from JUSTFLY for a trip from NY to DUBAI in July [redacted]. Unfortunately, in July, I tested positive for COVID and couldn't meet the travel requirements. I approached DELTA, as my preferred airline, but was directed to unravel travel for rerouting at an extra cost of $[redacted]. I agreed to the changes via email but never received a receipt, only handmade PDFs confirming the alterations. Despite this, I was informed by Delta that the rerouted trip was not feasible due to connection issues and that unravel travel was now handling it without confirming any ticket funding. Attempts to have the trip revised based on Delta's recommendations were met with a demand for an additional $[redacted]. With no progress made and no ticket issued, I eventually paid Delta directly $[redacted] for a flight the next day, feeling financially drained by the situation. Despite having used JUSTFLY before with no problems, this experience felt like a scam as the original ticket and fee paid for changes seemed held without resolution. This process led to stress, financial strain, and a lack of support from Delta when trying to rectify the situation at the airport.

Dear all, I require assistance urgently. On September 29th, I had a flight from Atlanta (DL74) to Amsterdam and then on the 30th to Hannover (DL9559). My Ticket reference is [redacted][redacted]. I utilized the automatic luggage check-in with my passport at Atlanta airport to save time. However, upon arrival in Hannover, my suitcase (details enclosed) was not delivered. I need assistance urgently. I am sponsoring two Ukrainian refugees through the U.S. United for Ukraine program to come to the United States. They are currently in Germany and have been approved by USCIS. However, the mother does not have an international passport. After various discussions with USCIS, CBP, the US Embassy in Germany, and German officials at the airport, it seems the mother needs specific documentation from US CBP to be allowed to fly and enter the US under the U4U program. I accidentally left my iPad at the Atlanta airport while changing planes on Delta Airlines. I submitted a lost item report to their service, but have not received any updates on its whereabouts. The latest location shown on the "Find My" app is at the Delta Luggage Desk in the mail terminal. Despite my efforts to contact them, I have been unable to reach anyone at the Delta Luggage Desk. The lack of communication is frustrating, especially considering the urgency as my iPad's battery is running low. I expected to receive an email with instructions if they had found it, but have not. I have booked 4 flights with Delta Airlines, the first one on November 9th, [redacted]: - Madrid to Atlanta - Atlanta to Louisville - Louisville to NY - NY to Madrid Unfortunately, due to health reasons, I am unable to fly on these dates. I need to cancel my flights and receive the corresponding eCredit to use for future travel. I have been trying to contact Delta Airlines for 4 days in both Spanish and English, waiting online for 2 hours each time without success. I must cancel before November 9th to avoid losing all the money. However, the cancellation function on the Delta Airlines website always gives me an error, making it impossible to cancel online.

Our return flight from Amsterdam on July 17, [redacted], was unexpectedly canceled without prior notification. As a result, we were left stranded at the airport, necessitating an overnight stay. Our flight was unexpectedly canceled, leaving us unable to see our family in NYC as planned. On November 13, [redacted], our scheduled flight from Athens to New York was delayed for 2 hours. Hello, I recently received a ticket from Delta (Ticket #: [redacted][redacted]) for a flight from London, Ontario to New York, LaGuardia airport. The flights were operated by Delta's partner airline WestJet. Unfortunately, I experienced poor service from WestJet as they did not provide the wheelchair assistance I had requested.
