I was expecting a package, a used watch for parts or repairs, shipped from the US through eBay Global Shipping Program with DHL. Despite delays at Bombay Customs, it was eventually cleared and marked as "PASSED DUTY FREE" by Foreign Post Mumbai. Unfortunately, the package was misdirected, delayed, and held at Nerul Node III Post Office. When I went to collect it, I was surprised to be charged 28% of the declared value, which is not required for items under $25. I am frustrated with India Post's handling of international packages and duties, especially when a pre-paid courier service like DHL is involved. If I had known this would happen, I would have chosen a different shipping method.

I have a tracking number, [redacted], for a parcel from Iherb. I recently received an event notification that stated the parcel would be delivered by the end of the day on Monday the 13th. Despite being home, the status changed to "unable to deliver due to no one being at home." I rescheduled for delivery on Tuesday and received a confirmation from DHL that the delivery was successful. However, the status then changed to "to be collected by recipient," which was unexpected. After facing difficulties reaching DHL's call center, my wife visited their office, where they provided excuses for not delivering and changing the status incorrectly. This experience with DHL’s behavior is disappointing, considering the premium fees paid for their services. Despite reaching out via email with no response, the lack of accountability and transparency in this situation is troubling.

In September, I sent a document from The Netherlands to the US. It appears that the document was delivered to the wrong address in Chicago. When I contacted DHL customer service in the US, I was instructed to initiate a search from the sending location in The Netherlands. However, this is inconvenient for me as I am currently traveling and will not be back in The Netherlands until December. The worldwide tracking system should allow for tracking and locating shipments from anywhere in the world, regardless of the sending location. It is frustrating to encounter such a policy from DHL, especially when the mistake occurred at the receiving location in Chicago. I paid a significant amount for this shipment with the expectation of timely delivery, but now it seems like a chaotic situation filled with excuses and bureaucracy. The service in Chicago appears to be lacking in resolving this issue effectively.

I paid extra for my package to arrive on October 26, [redacted], but now the estimated delivery date is November 3, [redacted]. I feel frustrated about the delay, especially since the package is essential for a Halloween costume. The package is currently on hold at the Ohio facility. Amazon indicates that it should arrive by 8 pm today, but DHL states it will be delayed until November 3. I am considering picking it up in Cumberland by Friday if possible. I just need it by Saturday, even if I have to collect it from a different location. It is disappointing that the delivery timeline is unclear. I have an urgent parcel that needed to be delivered to the next county in the UK by Tuesday, November 2nd. I paid a premium rate last Friday and was promised a collection on Monday, November 1st, between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM. Unfortunately, the driver did not arrive at the agreed time. Despite rescheduling and waiting again, the driver did not show up. After several failed attempts to contact the company, I was informed that the driver had left for the day at 4:30 PM. I had to incur additional expenses for phone calls and wasted time. The parcel remains undelivered, causing inconvenience and disappointment to my customer. This level of service from DHL is unacceptable, and I expect a full refund of the fees paid along with reimbursement for my phone bill. - T.J.

I missed a package delivery from a driver today even though we were home, but we didn't hear the doorbell. I've been waiting for this package, and when I tried to track it, there was a message asking me to contact DHL, but no details on how to do so. I have been eagerly awaiting the delivery of my order for the past two days. Despite providing clear instructions that my door does not require a code, the delivery attempts claimed by the company have been inaccurate. I recently shipped three packages and received an email from your company stating that a shipment to the United Kingdom is on hold due to missing paperwork. The email requested a copy of the commercial invoice to release the shipment from Customs. I provided the packing list and shipping label to the driver during pickup. When checking the delivery status with the provided shipping number, it shows the delivery date as the 22nd of December. I would like to understand the current status of the shipment and if there are any additional steps I need to take.

I ordered a jacket from Grailed.com with an expected delivery date today. The tracking number I received is [redacted]. Our package was sent from Denver, Colorado, USA on October 19, [redacted], with Tracking Number CH[redacted]62US to Berlin, Germany. Things were going smoothly until no delivery attempt notice was left at the destination address. This happened twice, resulting in the package being returned. The next tracking event showed it in England, then back to Germany, where it remained in one location for an extended period before being sent elsewhere. My parents sent me a parcel from India, and I received it today. However, I am disappointed with the delivery person's behavior. They should have informed me upon delivery as I requested, and handed it over directly to me in the specified location. Unfortunately, the delivery person did not follow these instructions, leaving the parcel without notifying me. I only found out it was delivered after receiving a notification half an hour later. Upon reviewing the tracking information, it appears that a mistake was made, leading to one item being returned to my shipping partner. The rest of the items are currently held at Sri Lanka Customs due to a customs delay. I have been requested to provide the invoice again for these two items, although I had originally provided it along with other supporting documents to your DHL local agent for all three items. This marks the second time I am being asked for the invoice.

My package was supposed to be delivered without a signature, but due to a nearby road closure, I was informed this morning that delivery couldn't be completed. However, no delivery truck ever arrived. My address is accessible despite the road closure being nearby. The correct route to reach my house is taking 65 to HH in Urbana, MO, and turning at the last driveway before the closed bridge. Our two driveways after the road closure sign are clear for access. There was no genuine attempt made to deliver my package, and it is frustrating that the tracking falsely indicates a delivery failure despite no effort being made.
